Please don’t go to this grocery store.Or go if you want to be attacked by the staffs sarcasm and get stolen some of your stuffs. This is my fourth time not getting what I bought. The cashiers just retain one bag behind when putting the bags on the cart. (if you buy so many bags of stuffs). This is sooo sad to see this in America.what is that??? Aren’t the employees paid enough? Are they treated bad behind the walls?? Poor management?? Or what? I am telling you! Don’t go there!!!!

Everyone here is cool but that one Caucasian lady that’s got to be like 50 is the worst ever. I feel like I speak for some or even most of her coworkers when I say her passive aggression and feeling of superiority over others is disgusting.Very nice employees at Stater Bros. But that lady who has short hair and pretty tall and chunky is awful.

I have been coming for more than 20 years, it was perfect, until those new managers, I miss Alex, I bought chicken, especially chicken smells not good, not fresh, but managers said it's good but if I don't like it, not to buy it, as simple as that

I always enjoy the help people who do their best to help you here. You don’t have to feel unwelcome when shopping at this Stater Bros store! This place deserves more recognition as their parking is very vast and you can always ask any questions for help! I reccemened shopping at this SB location if you can.

There's a employee at this Particular Stater Bros on Alondra and Bloomfield who needs better training on customer service skills. Those of you who's reading this might have experienced what I'm talking about but there's this Black girl who works in the Deli department morning shift, I don't know her name but she's usually the one who serves the Hot food and cold items like potato salad, Macaroni salad etc etc. Every time I walk up to place a order she has the worst attitude I have ever experienced at this location. Usually all the other Employees are friendly and helpful but this particular girl acts like your bothering her when you ask to be serviced. Last time i was there she watched me stand there for several minutes and never asked if I needed anything, Then when I said said "Excuse me" she replied and said "What you want" after I told her what I wanted she just look at me like she hated her job and really didn't want to be there. Now when I shop here and I see her back there working I just keep walking and end up going to the other States bros on Artesia because I can't deal with her unprofessionalism and attitude. Other then that, This Stater Bros is very Clean and always have what I need, Also all the other Employees are very helpful and Respectful. One apple doesn't spoil the bunch!!!!!

Store is well stocked and very clean. It has a fresh meat section and the meat is nicely displayed and appears to be fresh. The workers are very friendly and welcoming. Their prices are high compared to some of the chain stores in the area I am in, but I do shop there occasionally. Overall, it seems the Manager and other staff are attentive to the consumers need and take pride in their store.

I really like Stater Brothers but the one on Alondra is the best they're very helpful and the stores always clean. I don't like to go around boxes that are in the middle of the aisles. But not at Stater Brothers you'll never find that

Very neat and very well placed variety of items at very reasonable prices. The working hours from morning 6 a.m. to night 11 p.m. are very convenient to the residents nearby.

Clean and neat. Each person I talked to was helpful and kind and had a good attitude. This was my first time shopping here. But they had things that I want that other bigger stores do not carry. Everything is well organized even though it is a smaller store. But I will be back here again.

The store is nice, organized and clean. However i went to the butcher counter to buy some chicken breast that's on sale for $2.99 lb. There was a gentleman assisting other customers in the deli (ready to eat section). When I asked for assistance on my order, he replied "I really don't work on that side". I asked him who does and he pointed to the kitchen where I could see someone who was washing dishes. He didn't bother to call him nor assist me. So I left with no help that worker.

Only two or three lines open in rush hour. Lines are always moving slow even there are only a few customers. Mean and rude staff. I always greet “how are you” to them but they never reacted. Treated some old customers or Asian customers so impatiently.

Super Clean. Great prices on the ranchera meat. Well organized. A lot of young people working there but don't know how to greet customers. I think this is the only thing that is missing. Customer greets.

Love this store. Great meat department, knowledgeable butchers. Throughout the rest of the store, if they are consistently out of a product and you let them know they'll order a larger supply. The bakery & deli people remember you and your orders & always ask if I have what I need, no matter what dept. It's in. Always someone available to put heavy things in your cart, even the vendors help out. The employees always smile, they're just like us with good days and bad. This is my store & always will be. Some items you might find cheaper elsewhere but you won't get the quality & service, from a nice clean store.

Lines were absolutely the longest I have ever seen here for every available checker. Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm. Why at that time? I decided it wasn't worth the wait and went elsewhere for all of our shopping needs. Love Stater Brothers. But won't spend my whole day there!

Loved that they have a wide selection of gluten free items & organic. Fresh meats & poultry & friendly butcher staff. Not overcrowded for a Sunday afternoon & lines moved rather quickly.

Stores around this area are usually great. I’m guaranteed to encounter atleast one panhandler almost every single time I go. There’s always that young teen with the horribly printed scam discount cards to fast food restaurants, asking you to buy. The parking lot situation is a big problem. There is always almost no parking and nasty humans will leave shopping carts all over the place. Other than that, great store.

My go to grocery store in Norwalk. The lack of selection compated to the Artesia store is glaring. Ahi Tuna, not always available. and some other cuts of steaks that other stores have is an issue for me. I come here on emergency runs when i dont want to travel to the artesia location.

my wife wanted milk and crackers since we had stopped by the donut shop next to it we decided to go to Stater Brothers the store's not huge but big enough to carry everything we wanted you know how it goes when you go in to pick up one or two items end up shopping and next thing you know you got 16 items well that's what happened went to the fruit Department from there we just started walking right through the whole store I got my sugar items my wife picked up stuff to make out Caldo which is soup in Spanish you couldn't help but notice how friendly the employees were from getting directions.to the checkout and even in the parking lot kudos to the store employees for their friendliness that's why they got a five our shopping experience was excellent

Stater Brothers and Walmart are my favorite grocery stores here's a creamer did I love it's called Southern butter pecan so delicious tasty makes my coffee heavenly you're not caring it no more it seems like can't find it at Walmart either so I'm stuck with Snickers or M and m flavored creamer Stater Brothers has always been very friendly one of their Staples is good prices on chips have a good meat selection and fruit selection

Friendly staff, lines are always fair and not super long. Clean store, always have everything I want in stock. Prices on alcohol are good with a lot of drinks being on sale.

No long lines. Store still stocks groceries. Cleaning supplies are limited at times, but other than that it's still a low hassle store with out any over crowding. Staff seems to be helpful here when asked for help.

They need one more or two more electric shopping carts for disabled people I had one poor lady waiting for me to finish with mine I gave it to her early because I can walk although it's painful I have two missing legs but she had worse problems than I did stater Brothers you're a great Market don't cut short there at a chair or two more love the accessibility I'll give it a five-star rating I'd bring my mother here if she was still alive
