BEWARE, GO TO ANY OTHER STORE!The employees are not trained in transactions.Worst of all they will discriminate and treat you like a crimnal any if you drive in a nice car and have money. Horrible treatment when there are 2 other 7-11 stores in the same area. They are not even well stocked like the other ones in the area. I would drive a few more blocks, rather than give my business to them. They are not worthy of having good paying customers.

It's interesting because this place used to actually be a convenience store. Now its a "when it's convenient for us store". I valued this store a lot because being that I work very inconsistent hours, sometime I'm called to work in the very early hours of the morning. Google lists this very location as a 24hr location. Living nearby I knew that I could walk to the store, grab some protein bars or something, walk back home, get in my car and go to work. But now it seems like they just lock the door whenever they feel like it. And there's quite literally nobody to be seen. Its almost as if they leave the store or go and hang out in the back somewhere to avoid interactions with people. I understand we have a homeless issue. Possibly a theft issue. This COULD be why they don't like to leave their doors open. But I would like to suggest that a very large statistic of people including myself just need to get a few things at the store before work or whatever other obligation. I cannot trust the hours anymore. I am unsure if this is a corporate or franchise decision but it's not a good look. Many other 7 Elevens are open very very early in the morning. If this place does not feel like they can operate to that capacity, then they really should report to google that their 24hr schedule is not accurate and should be changed. Its extremely frustrating. I get that this industry can be difficult. But why take it out on what I believe to be the majority of people who just want to give their money in exchange for goods? It is not fair to the people with good intentions to google this location and arrive there only to be denied service by a locked door. This shouldn't be the average customer's problem. It makes no sense to me.

The older couple who work there are the worst people around. They'll try to rip you off for the smallest things and very rude. There's another 7-11 3 blocks north. Go there

One of the worst I have ever been to. Rude, lazy, incompetent employees who like to openly ridicule customers; do not complete checkouts; ignore customers in favor of socializing in the back areas; do not restock products in a timely manner. Convenience stores are never bastions of customer service, but this store is utter baby-town frolics. Most of their employees have no rightful business interacting with the public in any capacity.

The most inconvenient convenience store in the area. Hands down the worst 7-eleven that I've ever been to in North Hollywood. The most inconsistent night/overnight staff I have ever encountered.

They treat me bad here. I live a block away and I have for 20 years. Don't be surprised if they hard card you as if it's their Identification card.
