Scam alert! They give you back the wrong change when you pay cash. The first time it happened I thought "mistake" and "it's only 50 cents" but the second time I'm thinking "pattern". You are well advised to count the change they give you. Or better yet, do what I do, and go elsewhere.

The staff here is always lovely. Clean and in stock of everything I need. My only complaint is that they close daily after 1 or 2am.If you’re not 24hrs you really should change your hours of operation on google maps. People come to 7eleven late at night because they except them to be open. The one right down Cahuenga on Magnolia is open 24/7.

Worse experience ever I when to get something to drink they have a offer 2 Snapple for $3 I when to pay and the cashier was so rude and she say that a was not in special and I will have to paid regular price , no problem I could pay regular price but she was so rude and unprofessional to the customer also the advertising say a was good until May 24 ,2022 so becarful this people don’t respect rules and they do whatever they one and chances prices they need to check weights & measures guidelines about price to the public if not they will get in big trouble for not respect rules . Don’t buy in this 7/11 the worse .

Soda machine not working properly. Slushie machine not working properly. And when we told the ladys...they answered like they didn't care...little food...nothing ready...I wanted chicken tenders. Didn't have any...and still like if they didn't care.. won't come back to this store..

Stopped to coming to this store because its filthy and the staff talk to me Spanish (they are spanish, Im 6.2 Caucasian)Anyway, today I had to stop here to get my coffee.While I was fixing my coffee one of the employee came over (because she had the urge to change the trash bag while a customer is there), stepped so closely i had to move back so i spilled my hot coffee all over my arm........

I really try not to go to 7-11's.-Why you say? Because they all have that samestink to them. Don't know why either. Would much rather go to a regular liquor store and not have to breathe in all that stink.
