Their dog food caused our dog to get very sick and they wouldn’t exchange it for another bag even though hardly any of it was used. They didn’t seem to even care when we asked to exchange it. No way we’re shopping here again. Stick with real pet stores like patio or pet smart.

terrible pet store. we bought dog food here and our dog began having violent diarrhea. I asked to exchange it with another food and they wouldn't do it and wouldn't check the credit card to show we purchased it. terrible customer service. guy clearly didn't care that their food basically poisoned our dog.

Very friendly staff/ and extra helpful... pretty reasonable priced pet products/ foods/ treats, etc. No live animals though for sale from what I saw. They do offer grooming, and a self wash service. There is also a pet vaccine clinic, pet ( dog/ cat) clinic. May have to call for more info. They use to carry live insects, but not anymore so that's a downer, since I have to travel to another pet store for that.

I wanted to give this pet store my business as a local family business in my neighborhood. I brought my dog there on Thursday to get groomed. As the groomer brought him out, he was limping and the groomer specifically asked us what was wrong with our dog. We said I don’t know. He wasn’t limping when we brought him in. A lot of times dogs will be annoyed with their nails being cut or a new haircut so that’s what we assumed. Two days later he was still crying and hopping on three legs. We took him to the vet and he has a torn ACL and he is now needing surgery. It is going to cost us $5200. The vet said this injury is specific from when dogs jump from a height. As we all know groomers have tables that are very high and if they don’t secure the dog, they will jump off this is 100% the groomers fault and did not even let us know that this happened. The owner is on vacation until the 20th so I cannot tell the owner anything till then but shame on you C & C pet store.Do not take your animal here if you love them!

Bought a muzzle for our mini pinscher who likes to nip us when we clip his nails so.... got a bigger size and the owner and the store clerk were so nice and allowed us to exchange it for a smaller size when we came back a few hours later.

One of only few places in the valley to offer self wash for dogs.. I like the service. Their supplies are little too expensive compared to online and local big retailer but maybe just cause they are a small shop.

This review is for the lack of professionalism and consideration to the client. I waited over a week for my dog grooming appointment. I drove all the way there on the day of my appointment (gas isn’t cheap) for them to turn me away to say that the person who grooms got sick the night before. I get it, COVID and flu season is among us. But my appointment was at 1pm on a Saturday and I never got a call about it. When I asked to get rescheduled he just said to call them… it is very frustrating and completely inconvenient that I had to drive my dog all the way back home when I had other errands to complete around that area. I would appreciate a discount of some sort or I will not be continuing to take my dog there for service. For reference my dogs name is Misty, you asked the name of the dog for the appointment. And I definitely will be mentioning this again when I call to reschedule.

I like this store, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only carry good quality food. I took my dog today for grooming for the first time, and I am very pleased. The lady who grooms is clam and sweet, which I think transferred to my dog, that’s why she wasn’t terrified when I got there. she even has her own pup there while she works, I like that. Every time I’ve taken her to petco or petsmart, she comes back as a nervous wreck, and sometimes with fleas that she didn’t have before. I’m very protective of my dogs and I will definitely continue grooming her at C & C. She also smells so good.

Poor pet grooming service, everytime these people call me, I come to find that my Dog still needs about 15 minutes of grooming. Even after i've explicitly told them, don't call me until my dog is ready.

AVOID this place if you want to keep your sanity and piece of mind. I really wish I could give negative points to this place.This place is lacking in responsibility, consistency, reliability, and communication. I used to believe that this place was good, especially since it was close, convenient and reasonably priced. WOW, was I wrong!Little things started to happen, that at first was just a mere annoyance, but they started to stack up. There is one guy working there that no matter what you ask him about the products, he will answer that he is not sure and/or doesn’t know and just reads the packaging. I mean, I can do that as well. I called one time to get a price on something and when I got to the store the price was different. Another time I was picking my dog up from the groomer and asked the cashier to make change for a $50 bill so that I could leave her a tip and he said that he couldn’t, while the owner was standing next to him with a wad of cash in his hand also said that he was not able to.This time it was a groomer issue. First, let me say that I had my youngest son with me to help since I have major knee issues and I am currently wearing special knee braces and using a walker.I called two days ago to have my dog taken care of but I was told that the groomer was very busy for a full service and I was offered an appointment for today at 12:00 pm. I brought him about 10 minutes before my appointment at Noon and I asked to clarify “the usual 2 – 2 ½ hours?” and the woman said yes. I was able to run a few errands but I was constantly checking the time and wanted to stay close so when they called me I would be available to pick him up. Around the 2-hour mark, I stopped by to see how he was doing and he wasn’t even touched yet. When I asked about this I was told that they were a little behind but he was next (this was a lie but I didn’t know it yet). Then 3 hours went by, 4 hours and still no call.Finally, at 5:00 pm, I called to see what was happening and the guy told me that he would go to the back to check. When he got back to the phone, he said that it is going to be a few hours because he is slotted as the last one for the day. I stated that I had an appointment at noon and if I was going to be the last one for the day, why was I not given a later appointment, why was I not told that he was going to be done later, especially after the groomer confirmed the 2 – 21/2 hours that I asked when I dropped him off. The guy told me that the “appointment” is just to save a space for the day. I was getting even more upset and tried to explain the concept of an appointment and absolutely nothing was registering. I finally told him not to do anything and that I was coming to pick him up.When I went to pick up my dog, the woman was very apologetic and tried to offer me a discount for next time. I said that there would not be a next time since I could not believe or trust anything they tell me. She just continued to say, “please, next time we take care of you, half price”.WHAT IS AN APPOINTMENT:an arrangement for a meeting; a meeting set for a specific time or place; a fixed mutual agreement for a meeting; engagement … If you have an appointment with someone, then you have arranged to see them at a particular time, usually in connection with their work/services or products.Those who make appointments are guaranteed to be served within a reasonable time of the appointment time slot. This allows the business to know when their clients are due and allows the client to know that they have a time slot to be taken care of. Almost every business makes an appointment to make sure that everything is in order. Without proper scheduling, businesses will quickly become a chaotic, unorganized mess. This raises stress not only for the staff but the clientele as wellPlease take your business elsewhere, even if you have to pay a little more and travel a little farther, your mental well-being will thank you.

This place is awesome and actually has healthy pet food. There is just so much bad pet food out there. Pets are not supposed to be eating peas, sweet potatoes, etc, but all pet food has it as a filler. It is just so hard to find healthy pet food, and this place has it. They also have a lot of the bad pet food here too, but you just have to look through to find the good.

This store is sooo clean and well stocked. They had the great idea to take the dog wash station outside (inside the store) Before it was a seperate room and not inviting. I think they got rid of all the fish, chicken and Guinea Pigs. Thinking about that...I always enjoyed that part...sad :(

Went to Petsmart, Petco , Walmart and looked up at least half a dozen other pet supply stores for the Wild Prey Angus dog food and nothing! Petco actually closed at 8pm what? Finally C & C Pet Food had it in stock! Plus they had a variety of every pet food and toy and other supplies! I will be a regular customer from now on.

I love this place! Not only do they have a huge variety of dog food to choose from, there's treats, toys, just about anything you can think of, C&C has it. There's also a friendly chicken you can pet, who would had thought!

The grooming lady absolutely shaved my golden retriever. My dog has uneven patches all over her body and her head and tail was extremely uneven. This is the worst haircut my dog has ever gotten. This was the worst grooming experience of my life.
