Nobody is worried about customer service. It takes sometimes like 20 minutes to get help if at all. Everything is behind glass so 5 thing and your there over an hr. Then they damn near tackle you for your receipt. I get shoplifting but they have commandos working there and the security system is second only to DOD and NSA. NO REALLY. Left phone in store and 4trips to store and still no phone. In find my phone it showed my phone move from front of store to behind the place and still no one will help us at all. . Just a terrible company anymore as they bleed cities dry then close the stores and devastate cities.. Shop Walmart. Only if no other options..

When I came, store wasn't crowded.. I was able to get assistance with no problem.Check out was no more than 3 in each regular check out.Self check was another story.

Upon arriving at the check out, after waiting in a long line I was told I could not purchase something because it did not have a sticker with a sku# on it. I was told by the cashier Kisum that if I wanted to purchase the item I would have to go get one with the sticker on it. I asked isn't there someone available to go an get one with a sticker on it. She stated no there was no one available. Looking at the front area around the registers there was no less than an a half dozen people standing around doing nothing from what I could see. Not wanting to delay the other 6-7 people waiting in line I chose not to go and get another one. After all it was not their, or my fault there was not a sticker on it! So I left the store angry without it! Obviously Walmart must not want the sell their items. I will be making my future purchases elsewhere. I don't mind paying a little bit more, and getting better customer service! The savings isn't worth the aggravation.

well I was there right when they were closing and observed several loud arguments at the door of people offended because they had to show receipts, when I used the restroom i was digusted by a #2 in the urinal, that and all the graffiti everywhere was very disturbing. Clean it up for god sake!

It was a nice enough location. Ended up stopping here because of a vehicle that a coworker and I were sent to pick up was overheating. We walked around, and the location seemed clean on the inside. The bathrooms didn't look horrible when I went to the bathroom. It's not a place I would go back to since it's so far out of the way.

This walmart is one of the worst stores in Sacramento CA . I tryed taking a item back with a receipt because it wouldn't work with the peace of equipment that it was bought for and it ended up pulling off the card board and I paid cash and they told me that they would only give me a store Cridet I said that's bull and I took it out side and put it back on the card board and went back in and they still refused to give me back the cash back for and item I paid cash for n{y to mention I brought on a cheek to cash and my id crackedyo

Besides being one of the highest for theft in the area, & the lower quality employees, as is known for the Walmart chain, this one does try to be a customer serving location. From my experience being there shopping right before closing, I get the impression that the stocking department is a hard working crew, dedicated to getting their job done according to time & company expectations, give them all raises in pay! I'm not one to post about complaints, but I've had a few bad experiences with a male manager in the customer service department, & since has continued to treat us well below company standards. I feel he should undergo further training in the managerial department in order to properly handle customer issues when in his hands. I've had no other issues with employees or management in this department since I started coming to this location almost four years ago & actually they all have been quite pleasant & handled my returns to my satisfaction, & sometimes exceptionally well. My request for Walmart in general would be to screen it's potential hires more extensively to ensure the best possible experience for it's customers. Overall, Walmart is the best priced store to get everything you need in one stop, & I appreciate that. Another thing that is sad to report is that their quality in produce, especially the watermelon & oranges have NOT been great at all for about the past 2, almost 3 years in most locations in Sacramento. I've tried many stores & nothing better, but in just about any other place, these fruits are delicious. U can do better, Walmart Produce Selectors. Raise the bar!

Walmart is walmart...you get what you pay for...I don't expect quality service from a discount box store...but what really disappoints me is the paying methods...none of the card readers offer to tap your card...using the security chip on your card has lesser chances of your card to get compromised..especially how recently Walmart is on the news about card scammers found on the card readers inside the store...update your system!!!

This Walmart is in the bad part of town but the International Police 🚔 is there now so the rampant shoplifting has grind to a halt and all the shady suspects are being watched like a hawk. So it's a good time to go there now. Thank God.

I just went there to get a couple pictures developed from my phoneAt the electronics department. There was only one employee at theThis department. 25 minutes later he got to me. 😶. I don't blame him.He was spread out all over helping everyone.i blame management .And I wasn't the only one frustrated other people too. Waiting for help

I actually had a very nice experience this time I went over to get some cheap bail polish for arts and craft project there was a new worker at the makeup dept she was so nice and helpful it didn't feel like I was actually at Walmart lol I wish I would have gotten her name she said she'd only been there a week but she had a few of us in smiling. Walmart should get more employees like that she was polite and offered her help without " I will see if I can get someone" she did her job and enjoyed it.

Today my visit was 4 out of 5 a lot better than previous visits, I was able to easily find what I needed, the self checkout was working perfect no issues with my card like the last times I've visited, also there was plenty of staff throught the store so overall it was a pleasure to come it today Thank you!

It's a Walmart. It's in a redevelopment/subsidized housing neighborhood off a major freeway. I expected a lot worse that it was. The staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful in response to polite requests. My major dissapointment was the condition of the amenities - fitting room, rest rooms - and parking lot. Just ugh. I can't imagine what it would be like if the employees were not making an effort.

Loss prevention is very active at this Walmart! Make sure and keep an eye on the kids! (Their are alot of Homeless in the area!) Lock your car! They have all the right bike parts I needed!

I just purchased a home and I'am in need of many small items to fix my home the way I want it. This includes pictures, new locks, addition lights and groceries. Walmart has a large selection of products to choose from as l expand my needs. One thing I would like to say. Some thing has to be done with the theft from all businesses. We can not continue to pay for theft by others. Our elected officials don't seem to care as they have police protection and live off Other People's Money, THINK ABOUT IT.

The staff are horrible at their jobs. The store is filthy They never resupply the store. If you want an item that is locked up behind glass it’s going to take 20 minutes. This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to and I’m from St. Louis.

Just went to this walmart to grab two propane tanks at the register checking out I had added a slim Jim the lady scanned the two tanks and the slim Jim .but when I checked my bag the slim Jim was not there .the lady even shorted the people in front of me . Try calling the store and no answer

Their customer service skills at this location ain't that great they're pretty rude it's pretty ghetto in that area but the store does have good items in a lot of items I can't find other Walmarts I do find there so that's why I give them two stars there's always crazy stuff going on at that at Walmart that I've seen all the times I've been there

I wasn't allowed to charge up my mobility scooter at the store today when I arrived with a low battery to shop there. I was told by a Walmart employee,via the Store Management (who wouldn't even come out to talk with me),that if I didn't leave the store within the next 25 minutes,I would be escorted out by security. I was basically treated like a criminal by Walmart North Highlands when all I asked was to charge my mobility scooter for a short time and do some shopping.I will NOT be coming back to this Walmart EVER again.I will also be reporting this treatment by Walmart North Highlands to my ADA Attorneys as well.

Believe it or not, this is one of the best Walmart Centers I have ever shopped at. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful, and they know where the items are located. This store is located in North Highlands in a suburb of Sacramento, and the store is well stocked.

Beware! Someone is using a vending machine here to test cloned credit cards! I’m guessing a claw machine or something similar. Be warned! My credit card was ran for $5 in one of the machines here. Never been to this Walmart.

After moving into my new home, I visited this location of Walmart to pick up a few furnishings. Apon me leaving the establishment, a greeter named, "Bernadette", stopped me and asked for my receipt. She then tried to tell me that the microwave in my cart was not paid for and that she was going to have to remove it from my cart. I tried to explain to her that the rest of of items did not total the over $200 that was paid and that it was definitely on the receipt. Whilst treating me like a criminal and raising her voice towards me, she let about 10 other people walk right out the front door without checking their receipts. After consulting with the lady who checked me out, Bernadette discovered that I did in fact pay for my items. She acted disappointed that she was wrong, but never had the decency to apologize to me for the trauma and embarrassment she put me and my 7 year old daughter through. As someone in customer service myself, I think that Walmart should focus their efforts on re-training their staff to handle situations like this with more tact and care. Bernadette seemingly gets a thrill out of playing, "Catch the thief. " Really disappointing Walmart!!!!
