Horrible experience from cashier. Refused to give a discount, etc, just bad customer service when she could have just offered the spend 100 get 20% off.Apparently, pillows from the outdoor section aren't considered outdoor furniture to apply the coupon, but there was another coupon she could have offered to attempt to make it better. It seemed like she just decided to be difficult. I mean, the only reason you sign up for emails is the coupons. Either way we left without it & purchased online where we did get the discount in the end.

Not easy to get around in a wheelchair in here. Also, the service left more than a little something to be desired. Had to wait 20min for the salesman to get off the phone before getting help, then had to go to a different store anyway.

This store is very well stocked and organized. I just moved here from Florida and recently purchased furniture at this store. I would like to thank Joe and Kyle for all their help. They were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They're super friendly. I'm so grateful to them both! I highly recommend this store! THANK YOU JOE & KYLE!! You're the best :)

This place is such a cute and fun place for a quick shop. They also have unique snacks as well as cute seasonal things ranging from furniture to clothes to random assortments of items. They also have nice storage options as well as little things for around the house.

There is something good I always find at Big Lots...but they are closing stores soon. So get in why ya can with a few good sales. If your a rewards member check your email for 15% off ..I believe it is reusable too.

I went to biglots the other day to get some snacks for my kiddos, I checking out and there was a nice lady at the cash register she was so helpful and nice she had pretty makeup and she smelled nice, and unlike some cashiers she was very patient and open for conversation and didn’t make me feel embarrassed for taking so long.

They have some interesting furniture pieces and some pretty cool electric fireplaces. We actually went for their Christmas lights and got exactly what we were looking for and less expensive than buying them online!

I specifically went in for kids decor items, some of which were in stock. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was focused on new reward accounts. Once he realized I was already a member he had to delete the information he input which was a false email account. He lacked professionalism and soft skills. I will not be returning to this location.

Latoya was awesome. Her going the extra mile to assist my fiance and I purchase furniture is the only reason I chose to leave this review. Glad she was there that day, if left up to her supervisor Jake, we would have shopped elsewhere.Love our couch and dining room table that we got for a great price. Was easy to put together.

We have shopped here for years. The employees are always helpful & friendly, I even consider a few of them to be friends. As of Sept 4 2018 the whole store is midway through a complete remodel. They are open throughout the remodel & everything is well organized & easy to find despite the changes.

Prices were great a large pack of charmin for $7 off what I normally pay. This savings was soon forgotten as a stood in line for 15min, as the checker assisted another employee and took her time to chitchat and call other employees over to chat as well. She cheerfully flagged other shoppers to the other register, who must have checked out 7 people to her 1. Go to big lots and save a lot, but select a different one for you spending, and save your time too.

I went there to see if they have lamp shades, they redesigned the whole store it looks alot better, the Halloween stuff was on sale, and they already have the Christmas items on display. A great place to look around and find a little bit of everything from food to sofas, reasonable prices and friendly workers if you have any questions. A great benefit to the area for me because I ride my bicycle and I really don't want to ride to far.🚴👍

Actually pretty good. Especially for a big lots. Could definitely be a lot worse. It is always kinda dirty and messy but I never really have to wait long. I understand helping customers is important but clean the place up. Great deals tho. Most of the time I never see the same item twice so don't get attached to the products.

Im rating based on customer service at this location. Daniel was sweet and friendly. Knowledgeable about the store and eager to assist me. All of the employees I spoke with took pride in their job and I was pleasantly surprised. A MAJOR improvement has occurred! Good job!

Love Big Lots! Yes my Aunt told me about how you have to watch what you buy because of some items are refurbished, however I worked for them for almost 5 years and have bought quite a few "Refurbished" items, which by the way are fully warranted, and never had a problem with Anything! Keep up the bargains Big Lots!

Went there to buy my furniture paid cash for it had a third-party deliver it got my furniture and they tell me that the manager Ryan at Big lots store 4555 Watt town Center 3615 Elkhorn Rd., North Highlands, CA 95660 Know about the big rip at the bottom of my furniture and still decided to send it out even though it’s at the bottom I still don’t think that they should have sent it out also Said that there was no Receipt on the furniture but when I it got here the receipt was tap on the back of the furniture..You really shouldn’t buy furniture from this Location Ryan is worst..Rude

I don't normally shop at this location. However, some smer items were purchased and unable to be transported that day. They held the items for us until the next day. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. If it was closer to home would definaty return.

wasn't impressed I always like Big Lots haven't been there for a long. But at the store I think the staff was kind of rude nobody else we needed help and the prices work more than regular stores 4 everyday things
