If i could give 0 stars i would. never had a big problem until today. My sister and I were RACIALLY PROFILED. we were accused of attempting to steal by the racist and Xenophobic “manager”. I was shopping with a few bagged items that i had previously bought. as i was checking out, the “manager” had approached me and my sister accusing us of stealing the items we had previously bought. even after showing the receipt with the time and day of purchase matching what we had told him. he asked for the card i used and i had told him i used my apple pay. i then gave him my card that is attached to my apple pay explaining that i did use my apple pay but this would be the card that’s attached. before i could explain that i could show him my purchase on my phone, he walked away to so call “verify” our purchase. As we waited the other employees, who had watched us pay for our pre-paid items, were starting to gossip with each other as they stared at us. I don’t understand why they did not say that they had seen us pay for those items already. once the manager came back he gave us the receipt without apologizing. this manager should be fired for being racist and incompetent. feel bad for the employees that did not have anything to do with this. overall a horrible experience and disgraceful customer service. never coming back and no one should either.

Zero stars should be given,I’m writing this just after my experience at the Vons in newhall. While I was shopping with a few thing’s ALREADY brought in my cart and I went back to buy a few things I forgot to buy when I first came in. As I went to check out the second time I was approached my a ‘manager’(about 5,9 male with brown hair, brown eyes, white, beard) he accused me and my sister of stealing and when we gave him the receipt with the time and date he still refused on believing us, so he left to go on a check something, while we waited for him to come back, some other employees when making comments and judging us the same employees that watched us make our first purchase. As the manager came back he finally realized that we did pay for BOTH times and didn’t even apologize. This isn’t the first time we come to this location and given stares, I’ve felt racially abused and harassed at this point. He should be fired. No one should ever feel this when doing their regular shopping, especially a kid.(My sister did another review on her own point of view)

Not the first time happen, I ordered 8 pieces of fried chicken, supposed to be 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 breast and 2 thighs. When I got home I found 1 wing 1 leg 2 breast and the rest is thighs. What a rip off. Terrible.

After my experiences at the Stevenson Ranch location, this Vons is a dream. I love the way they merchandise the store and they may have smaller isles but everything else is wonderful. The staff is also very nice. Products are not expired. When the other store didn't have enough of something I always find it here. I have no idea why I kept going to the other store.Thank you Lyons Vons!

Nice store with everything I was looking for and a few things I didn't expect to see such as Bangers. I purchased mashed potatoes too in order to easily enjoy a British meal of Bangers & Mash. They also have a nice collection of plant based protein. The bakery was nice and the store is clean.

The 1 star is for the online ordering and the customer service center. I ordered online for the first time, horrible experience. At least 6 items wet out of stock. I find that often for the Friday sales. I cancelled and called the customer service and was told I have to wait 5-7 days for my order to be cancelled and my refund. I was also told I can’t use my coupons now if I wanted to order from another store. Had to call 3 times. Such a mess. Going into this store is good. The employees are great. Since this review I’ve had a better experience with the online ordering. Going in store is a positive experience, the staff are super friendly and helpful. 5 stars for in store experience

I'm ACTUALLY comfortable when I enter this store, its actually pretty crazy how many places have all these employees who start making customers feel strangely uncomfortable, judged(stereotyped), smothered, and in some ways maybe followed( stalked).but this vons hasn't made anything displeasing/ uncomfortable for me in the 25 years I been going there..HOWEVER! OUT OF ALL THE GROCERY STORES NEAREST ME( smart n final, Ralph's, aldi, VONS)I HAVE NOTICED VONS IS BY FAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE STORE OF ALL..THE MAKE IT LOOK AS IF THEY HAVE STUF MARKED DOWN/ ON SALE... but the bargain deals here aren't by much really at all

Fresh and organic produce and great customer service. Shopping using WIC is tough as there are no WIC labels on the approved items on the shelves.

Their prepared salads (Greek specifically) was exceptional. Starting at a motel in the area, they were great about providing forks, napkins, ect. Price was reasonable for a large salad, enough for two. Fresh produce, great dressing & good service (even at 9:30 p.m.).

I love my Vons! It's the only place I shop and the staff is great. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Bakery guy is very nice! He know what I want when he sees me. Great place to shop!

Friendly staff, well maintain Vons with a good pharmacy team. I get my shot with them. I really like the floral Department designers. I can usually find my food items and supplies on the shelf here. Produce Department is fine as well. Convient location with ample parking.

Visited the Starbucks at Vons, been to this location before, and the service was ok. This time, however, the barista, Emily, took my order, she had such a pleasant demeanor that I decided to give her a kudos. She did a great job and she definitely goes the extra mile!!

I've been going here for years and they've just recently begun a slew of improvements. Self checkout lanes, new flooring and fixtures, and as of this month, a new Starbucks in house. The employees are always in a great mood and helpful and everything is clean and well stocked.

This Vons is cleaned, organized and with great products. I want to bring notice to Jack who assisted me in finding food coloring. He was nice and kind. Also the cashier and the Packers were nice but Jack went beyond my expectation. Prices are higher that the Vons by my house. Thank goodness I am a club member. It saved me money in many products.

Very nice store, in my opinion better produce than Sprouts, as they seem to have lowered their standards.My only complaint is store layout. Why you put sandwich meats and cheese for sandwiches 40 yards apart? Its at the opposite end of the store.

good clean grocery store with a pharmacy and a quest diagnostics in it as well! talk about full service. if it had a Starbucks as well that would make it beyond unique!

I prefer to go in the morning. In the afternoon the shelf's are kind of empty and hard to find parking. That's because of the restaurant and shops around there. Helpful employee's. Another good place to meet people. Still the same empty shelves and no parking

Its okay emploees are cool and polite. Very clean. But they diddnt have anything I needed but that was do to the holiday. So I understand. But the parking I give a minus 3 stars. I know its all from the customers that visit that so called restaurant. As you can probably tell I dont like that place.

I don't shop as often at Vons due to the higher priced items.Their bakery is the best. Everything is very good including their muffins, but every time I pick up a nine pack of blueberry muffins they seem to be smaller. The muffins are very moist and tasty, but they almost could be mistaken for cupcakes.All the cookies are great. Don't waste your money in the cookie aisle. Buy freshThey also have cheesecake from the cheesecake factory!Updating the above Post.The blueberry muffins continue to shrink at Vons so now I buy blueberry muffins at Costco. They are cheaper, larger and tastier than at Vons.The chocolate chunk large cookies are the very best a Vons. Costco cookies are just OK.Hope that helps coming from a bakery foody.

I could say the only thing here is good is the beer batter french fries and their whipped cream they have around Christmas that's peppermint if they have it. The customer service is good with the old employees who have been there for over 10 years. I will say I do not like that I have to wait in line for more than 10 minutes to just get a few items. It's very overcrowded I don't like waiting., I do wish they had the self-service checkout system here which they don't. I used to come here for my recycling then I got hassled by one of the men that work there and didn't go there again. I have purchased old things there on the Shelf so I really don't like going there because I don't think they look through their inventory.

We are happy that Vons have assisted checkouts now. We didn't have to wait, no time wasted. The guy who assisted us was marvelouz - very helpful, great customer service. More power to Von's.

Every time I come into this store it looks/feels not so clean. I can't even buy meat there because the last few times I tried to lift a tray I got blood on my hands and saw a few ripped packages that look like they had been sitting there a while because they turned light brown to grey in color. Yea, no thanks. I'm sorry I'll try to have a pic for you all next time I am unable to make it to the one in Saugus instead.

They had large eggs on sale for .99 cents , but I didn't know there was a limit one per customer so I picked up 2 , when I paid for it she charged me $3 and some change , I told the cashier it's on sale for 99 cents , she said it's only one per customer so I have charged you 99 cents for one and regular price for the 2nd , i told her I didn't know that just give me one and return the other one , she said I can't do that you have to wait for customer service , but no body helped me with the return for about 20 minutes , when I told them I have been waiting for 20 minutes how long do I have to wait , she said we are all busy you just have to wait life is not easy some one will help you when they can I asked to see the manager , she said manager is busy , I had to wait for about half an hour just to return the eggs ,they are very rude , she said i should have looked at the add. More carefully . I am never going back to that store again
