I would give a ZERO if I had the ability. Total incompetence abounds. Unreal. I was buying a gift card for Christmas for $300 & was rung up for $30. O Themanager got involved, charged me the other $270 & it still wasn’t reflected on card, or discovered until after gift was given.So I’m calling to get this resolved and told that I have to call the number on the back of the card or the bottom of the receipt and I do that and then I’m told that I need to contact the store. I do that and it’s another song and dance.I’ve called at least five or six times and finally get someone to answer the phone. They need more information so I have to call back and I called seven times and it rings for two to three minutes and NO ONE answers the phone! So I call the meat department to get to the manager, nothing. I call back and the meat department says stop calling here and hangs up on me.Rude, incompetent, can’t even answer the phone & trying to send information via email and given an invalid address. Clearly, under poor management and this whole thing is ridiculous. Hours wasted, still not resolved because of the fateful day I walked into THIS store. Save yourself the frustration…shop elsewhere.

Hi prices, over worked rude employees like Kevin M, and fake discounts - I live so close but it’s so worth it to go a little further to Barron’s, Stater Bros, even Wal Mart is better than this unorganized Ralph’s store. There are so many bigger businesses waiting to come in. It’s only a matter of time before this chaos closes.

If I could give 0 stars after todays experience I would! The manager Sally is extremely RUDE! They're self checkout can't keep track of what you count. She automatically assumed your trying to steal stuff and comes and takes EVERY single item. ALL 15 ITEMS THST WERE ALREADY BAGGED! Just to count them and doesn't even bother to help rebag them!!!! Then assumes your trying to steal more stuff because she doesn't give you a moment to scan every single item before she starts accusing you more! When you get upset about being accused of stealing after paying for everything and speak up she tries to BAN you from the store! Terrible service!!!! She clearly needs some classes on customer service or get rid of the stupid self checkout if you can't trust your customers that go there every single day multiple times a day!

Great people……but please….no more self checkout…..give the people back their jobs….there’s not even room for carts in your set up…..there’s just always problems. Even one of your employees recently told me that there can be many customers even with one item each that refuse to go through self check out….and there will be long lines in the regular lines….I worked in a grocery store for 4 years while I was in high school and the people who work these jobs are a treasure to the community. People that I know personally all agree with me. Even if they have one item-they refuse to go through self check out, out of respect of the humans working regular checkout lines. No more robots, get back to being more human.

This review is for the curbside pick up option. I love this option and it’s my new thing to do all the time, especially when life gets busy!! The staff (mostly young adults) is so friendly, polite, and professional. They really try and put the utmost effort in selecting all the exact items on my list every time. Rarely do they ever substitute anything. For the first time ever, they forgot one bag (my wine) and before I was able to make it home or even noticed, he called me and let me know it was still there and apologized profusely. No biggie, mistakes happen, I just circled back and got it! Loved how he took the initiative to immediately call and correct the mistake. Kudos and keep up the good work!!

This Ralph’s sells fraudulent gift cards ! Happened to me in august. Now it happened to my aunt for Christmas. They don’t do anything to help when we confronted them about it. Their excuse for not helping is “it’s a long process for us so you have to call your bank.” But the card was bought in YOUR store !? Once is a mistake but multiple times is theft ! Stop selling fake & invalid gift cards ! Do better. Stop wasting people’s time & money.

BE CAREFUL BUYING GIFT CARDS HERE ! Another customer & i had bought gift cards but when we tried using them, they were invalid. The card has been activated a year ago but I bought the gift card 4 days ago. I bought my gift card as a present for my aunt & when my aunt contacted the store, they said they can’t do anything. BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THE STORE, they gave me completely different information. I wouldn’t of written a review but customer service told me on the phone that this happened to another customer & the recovery process is long. It feels like a scam at this point ! So be careful with gift cards at this location !!!

Outdated food, cluttered isles, rude employees, untrained checkers dont have a clue, bathroom has urine all over the floor (Not Unusual) no managers available. Don't get your fuel points and the gas station attendants dont know how to do their job. All that on top of extraordinarily high prices. Most employees do not want to be there and its obvious the place is awful.

Store never has anyone in the meatDept. Always seems unattended ans always out of stock and hard to find anything advertised. Managers didn't seem to care as well.

The store is getting more and more busier than ever, it is a good thing. The vegetables are fresh and priced reasonably. I went to the store mainly for vegetables, but rarely got a chance to look through them completely. The aisles of the vegetable section are so narrow so I hardly could stay a bit longer to get all the things I wanted at once. I had to keep moving my cart all the time so other customers behind me could get through the narrow aisles. Then I had to put my cart somewhere and came back for other vegetables I needed. Also recently every time I went to the vegetable section, there was always a store staff stuffing vegetables with a big cart, surely I don’t blame anyone doing their jobs, it’s just the extremely limited space and always blocked traffic which made me feel very uncomfortable and hard to get my shoppings done.Edited 2022: 5 star, the space of vegetable section now has been improved a lot. I enjoyed my shopping anytime in the store.

You honestly can't get better friendlier staff than we have at our local Ralphs! They get to know everyone and are great at check out and finding stuff in the store. The remodel has me searching a little more, but it was a nice upgrade.

I've gone to this store for over 10 years and everything is still great. The workers, customer service, etc. They may have changes sometimes, but there's no doubt the community can trust them to deliver their need(quite literally may I add) the have a great produce selection and the organics are pretty well priced compared to other stores.

Nicest, most helpful employees anywhere. Store is always stocked and clean. If you have disabilities, they will always go out of their way to provide assistance... and the wheelchairs are always charged! ☺
