I’m so happy I found this place. My dog had an upset stomach and arthritis pain and two young ladies helped me out every step of the way. They recommended a variety of options that would be best for my dog. I did not feel pressured, they honestly cared. They even offered samples which I loved. When we got home my dog got to pick his favorite. I’ll be back!

I have never been to a dog food store where the staff knew so much about each brand and how they can help a dog. They have regular dog food raw dog food in the freezer they have freeze dried dog food they have all kinds of pet supplies. They will walk you through how to switch dog food the best approach with your type of dog whether it's a puppy an adult or senior. Will help get your dog to the right collar. You get what you pay for they are more expensive because all of their food is organic or Raw. But if you want to learn the best and get the best for your dog at least in the Temecula Valley this is the place to come.

1st visit today. How was I living next to this place for years without knowing about it? Found some raw cat food options, which are hard to find anywhere. Cat needs in general are respectably represented here and not pushed off into a dark, dusty corner of the store like in some well-known pet chains. Will likely frequent from now on.

The food was great. I tried the lamb and beef mix with a side of rice. It was a little dry so I washed it down with some vitamin water. I then felt the need for some greens and fruit, so I went to the parrot aisle and ate some treats. All in all the service was good. My table was clean and they gave me delicious doggy bones to take home. Price was a bit over Petco

Great stock , the man who helped us was amazing. We did encounter an older woman working who wasn't has helpful and rubbed us the wrong way tone wise but the man ( I wish I remembered his name ) 100x made up for it . Going out of his to to make sure we were happy and had options in case our selection didn't work out . Made us feel valued as customers and seen which we appreciated . This will now be our go to spot for anything we need for our fur baby . I appreciate the variety of raw and home-cooked meals available. They had natural healthy treats and am looking forward to finding more gems within their store !

We are loving parents of two flocks of dinosaurs, aka chickens. Just like with dog food, you can choose to feed a quality product or not. We only provide Scratch and Peck brand to our egg masters. It is second to none. It is not inexpensive or easy to find. It is no shock that they carry it but the customer service we receive and the pricing certainly was. Jay, the manager, and every single employee go out of their way to meet and exceed our needs. We have a rooster and do not feed the layer’s variety. We use the grower’s variety and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find in 40 pound bags. If it were not for the care they have for our animals and my budget, I would have never known they could order it for us and at a considerable lower price! They ask questions and look for ways to give us exactly what we need. I just put in our monthly order. Jay happened to answer and he always remembers us and our order. I should have done this review long ago. I apologize for being so lengthy but service like this can’t be covered with just stars and a few words!

And they carry a varietyline of FROMM dog food.My dogs love the Lamb and Lentil.Friendly and fast service and theyalways help bring items to my car.Store is set up wrll. I love this pet store! I've been a customer ever since they opened in the area. The quality of pet food and supplies, which includes supplements, etc, is the best. They have many brands of food and supplies you can choose from. You can also ask if they have a sample size bag of the dry food you'd like to try. Sometimes, the sample bags are free. They also have a frozen food section. The prices are very reasonable and what you'd expect to pay for high quality pet food and treats. I have an 11 year old pomeranian who will only eat the freeze dried raw food, from this store. This store also sells dog beds, bathing products, leashes, etc. It's worth checking out.

Great place to come by and get what you need. Pricing is fair, and the staff has always been friendly and engaging. The store is usually well stocked, but if you can't find what you're looking for, they are very open and willing to order what you need. My first time coming here and it was a pleasant encounter. They had refreshments-coffee and pastries- and a photo booth set up for the holiday season. I bought my pup her favorite food- beef primal freeze dried nuggets.

I have been going to this store since they first opened and even before that when they ran their business out of their home (about 15 yrs ago), they actually had home delivery and would bring my dog food right to my house or work. I love that I can talk to them about my pets issues and they have the diets there that will fit my pets needs (I have had many pets mostly all rescues with issues). I have used their high quality kibble foods, raw, dehydrated foods and raw goats milk. They have a lot of great treats, toys, and other pet supplies too and they even have natural and homeopathic remedies. Stop by and see them and if Rudy or Becky are there tell them that Linda sent you :-)

My favorite independent pet food / supplies store! I followed them when they used to be in the Rancho Temecula Town Center mall and now to their current location where they occupy a larger facility.I primarily go there to buy Halshan Premium Raw Food for one of my dogs. Prices seem reasonable, and the people there are nice.Recommended!
