Overall awesome experience!!!!! We recently had our first exam with our new puppy. From start to finish, the experience was amazing! When I made the appointment, the receptionist was very friendly, patient and attentive. Then, the actual exam/ vaccination process was smooth and super pleasant. The vet tech Kelli was super sweet, knowledgeable and personable. She made the entire experience feel easy and effortless.Additionally , the veterinarian was excellent. The staff is superb! We definitely had a positive experience ( no wait, no pressure, everyone attended to our needs and answered all of our probing new puppy questions). We felt like valued customers. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office to anyone seeking top notch quality professional care!!!!! Ten stars!

From start to finish the staff got me (and my sick little one) out without waiting. I have been without sleep and asked several questions and the staff didn’t mind having to answer (sometimes repeating because of the medication I would have to give the little one) but everyone seemed to be very interested in the care and wellness of my baby!

I've had pets my entire life, have gone to plenty of Veterinary locations. This by far is one of the best! I live in Corona and drive to Murrieta because it's worth it. Angelica and the team are amazing with our fur babies; very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our pets. Location is clean and easy to get to with plenty of parking.

We are visiting from Wyoming and I have to say this was a great experience! I had a puppy who was vomiting from the trip. Not only did they get me in same day, I arrived early and was taken right back. The staff and Dr. Schmidt were friendly, professional, and truly cared about us as a "family". Also, this is an extremely efficient practice. You check out while in the exam room thus eliminating the wait and bottleneck at the front desk allowing the front to focus on incoming patients...very efficient!! I was very impressed!! The care at this vet is outstanding!! I highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience! My family is new to the area and did not have a vet. Unfortunately, our dog ate my son's diaper and after calling around to numerous vets they were able to squeeze me in. I came in with my sweet pup and three kids. I was exhausted and stressed, but everyone was so kind and took care of my dog right away. After about 30 min we were good to go and one of the employees helped walk my dog out while I loaded my three kids into the car. I was even given a towel to put on my seat just in case my dog threw up again. While I am bummed that we had to go in, I am happy to now have a wonderful vet to go to. Also, the cost was very reasonable!

This place is AMAZING! I had an urgency and my vet was not available. I called many places and was unable to get my puppy seen! They were not only able to see him right away, but fixed my baby! They were super friendly and professional! They also have completely reasonable prices. If they weren't so far away from my location, I would definitely change vets! This is THE best pet hotel in the area. We've housed our Ferdie here twice and they've been excellent both times. I love the fear-free boarding option and just the whole idea of the hotel: patios lol; classical music; windows to look out of etc..., they thought of everything.It's just a great place overall and we feel very comfortable leaving Ferdie to their care. He likes it (as much as a cat can "like" things-he's a cat and a cats gonna cat) and we'll be using them from here on.Highly recommend!

For an anxiety prone dog, and a highly anxious mom this place is great to take your animal. After being refused by another vet, I contacted Murietta Oaks They were able to squeeze me in the same day. My dog had an ear infection for almost 2 weeks after dealing with a beyond rude situation at Perris Valley animal Hospital. This hospital save the day and also helped my sweet boy feel a lot better. I would like to personally shout out Brianna for helping me through this process from start to finish. She was very calm. We had to sedate him and it was a very stressful process for me personally the girls and the doctor went over and beyond to make sure my dog and I were safe and comfortable. I will be returning for future vet visits. Great pricing overall just a great vet. I’m glad that I found you guys thank you again! Bandit is healing wonderful.

Great visit!! My fur baby received his yearly checkup along with needed vaccines. Tech and Dr were both very professional and explained every part of the exam. They both interacted with my pup all throughout the visit. PawPlan covered everything that was done. Highly recommend this office.

This team is top notch! I have an 80 pound reactive 4 yr dog. He needs an understanding team and we found it! Allowed him to snuggle the tech and the doctor was supportive to his comfort level. Highly recommend. Our new doc ✅

My first time at this veterinary office. Making an appointment was easy , I was able to get in quickly. The vet I’ve gone to for a couple of years is never able to accommodate quick appointments, they are usually 1-2 weeks out. That does not help when you cat has a nodule on her neck that has started to bleed. The doctor was attentive and caring. She took good care of my kitty. I will return.

I've been going to this hospital since 2020 and they are tremendous! Great customer service, they go over everything with you, answer any questions you may have and are great with one's fur baby or babies. You can tell they very much care for your pet and will do their absolute best to keep them happy and healthy!! I highly recommend visiting them as you won't be disappointed!

I love Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital so much! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they always treat me with respect, and they are great with my dog. They recently cut her nails- an impossible feat for me- and they even invited us back to do it again, haha! The prices are fair and I never feel pressured to purchase or spend on something I don’t want to. The facility is clean and there are oftentimes kittens to view while we wait for our appointments, which is always a plus for me!

Such a great experience! I took my 4 year old dog here the other day for the first time for an ear infection. You can definitely tell that everyone who works here loves what they do and cares for the animals. The veterinarian took her took her time with my dog and I in the room and made sure I had all my questions answered. I never felt rush which is amazing for how busy they are!

I brought my 13 year old retriever mix for her rabies booster and an exam. I was very impressed with Dr. Lee. She was very thorough in her exam and made some suggestion to help improve my old lady's health and comfort. I understand that veterinary facilities are a business (just like people doctors) and that they are in business to make money to stay in business however I still can't bring myself to be happy about listening to a sales pitch for additional services regardless of whether it is hard sell or just suggestive selling.

We’ve been coming here for years and the staff is usually very good and the doctors are all thorough. This last visit felt like they were more concerned with getting me on a paw plan than taking care of my pet. She tried for about 10 seconds to listen for his heart and lungs, said I won’t be able to find them, and said he needed an X-ray instead. 700 dollars alone. She then took him to the back told me 45 minutes. 2 hours later they had taken my money by still no word on my pet. By this point I became very worried because she had been talking about possible heart failure. So after watching 11 people come and go, I finally asked if someone could check on him. She sent me home with medicine for a “cough”. Two days later he’s been throwing up multiple times a day and I can’t get a call back. I’ve never felt this way before this last visit so maybe it’s a change in staff, but I felt like nothing more than just money walking in the door. And my daughter’s poor cat is worse off than when he started. So heartbroken over this experience.

I came across Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital when on a desperate search to find a sooner-than-later appointment for my senior lab, Mandy, to address some concerns with her eye when my normal vet was booked weeks out. Murrieta Oaks Vet Hospital was able to get me in the next day, less than 24 hours after the time I called. The wait time was quick, and I truly felt that Dr. Siobhan Lee (and the technician, I didn’t catch her name, I’m sorry!) were very thorough, gentle, and understanding of Mandy’s condition and I had no worries or concerns when they handled her. Mandy is fully blind and can be a little stressed and unsure of her surroundings, but she was very relaxed, and even complimented on her sweetness, calmness, and tolerance during the tests they performed. I am so thankful for this hospital, and I am more than confident in their level of care and dedication. I will be bringing my other fur kids here in the future, too. Mandy and her pawrents say thank you!

I’m so glad we found this vet for my fur babies. They treat your babies special and treat them very well. They’re not scare of them, which I love. If you have an emergency, they do their best to see them quick, not like other vets.. which they leave you in waitlist forever.

Our basset hound enjoys boarding here since she gets lots of walks & attention. The staff keeps us informed when we're away. She even likes the veterinarian staff. I feel the fees are reasonable.

Our dog loves Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital (and so do we.) We board her here and they take fantastic care of her. They just did some dental work on our dog and the whole process was smooth and stress free. They were very caring and communicative throughout the process. There are a lot of vets in the area but the staff here are number one!

I brought my fur babies in for the first time. Staff and Vet seemed very knowlegable. They explained all my treatment options so i could decide the best way for us to proceed. I really appreciate that in a doggie health care facility. We moved to the area a short while ago and have been looking for our vet, trying out a couple others. They killed my dog and cremated her asap free of charge.Stay tuned for the real and raw story while I collect my thoughts about a rescued dog from an abused home named Moose and a compassionless vet that assured moose well be just fine under their care. ..Let me start from the beginning. One day I cleaned out the fridge and threw out expired food. Morning I seen the dog going through the trash, oh great. Day later I noticed stomach started swell thinking she looked like she wàs kinda preggo. Week later she was bigger. Week after that my wife took her on walks and reside somewhat. Week after comes back. She's searching online comes across this place and buys some paw plan or what it's called. She shows up and they refused to accept there own plan for whatever the deal was and told her she has to pay cash for exactly the same stuff that was paw plan and a 60$ for the office visit. And then gave her a ton of estimates for the variables all of course outrageous. She comes home she's crying and calling every body she knows to barrow money. 2 days later she returns against my advice because It came across they only care about money and humanity sounds awful thin there. She drops dog off for ultrasound 8am or so. They assured her everything was gonna be ok it's only fluid. 2 hours Fluid ... I remained silent and of course optimistic.. 4 hours later she's worried and calls, nobody knows nothing. Another hour she calls , they says it's been busy call later.2 more hours they said they'll call back. They call back your dog is happy and eating and she's ready to go. Had use restroom we are 28 miles from the place. As I'm in relief phone rings I hear her stutterin and then full tilt crying. I didn't even check to see if t.p was clean on first wipe pulled up my pants because I knew some was up from the get. She says she's dying and to she's drifting if u wanna see her alive you have to hurry. Im going with you babe. Im the car trans starting slipping bad and were dead. Babe back up to the curb (we were on an incline)she put both back tires to the curb. Parallel Babe get out. It took a great deal of finesse to get it back home. She's on the phone, I'm checking my wipe job she's crying, me excellent history of getting all the life one can out of a car and slash mechanic. Get in the car babe, but ,shhhhhut it get in. But look shut up we gonna get there I got this.i apologize to everyone on the freeway that day if any of you seen a dat'rk blue impala that seems to be driving wreck less, I barley got that thing up the onramp and got her going really good now knowing I don't have much transmission left I took every opportunity to not slow down and not to stop at signal lights. Get there, I waited out side for a sec as she walked in telling,e to be good if I come in. Funny they there was a staff awaiting our arrival out side and as I start to walk in, this is where things really got extremely questionable. I was escorted to the back and many staff was surrounded the dog and she barely had enough room to hold her as she played there. I was thinking how come these people won't let me in this thight barrier they form like linebackers. I could barley reach thru them to pet my dogs head and noticed she is heavily sedated and all that moves is her eyeballs.odd and even more odd is they're not letting me thru this barricade, I'm trying my best to be good and refrain from, saying anything. Im standing there cuz I can't really see my dog very well do thru the line backer barrier and notice the fabric she was laying on was very thin and noticed a faucet the noticed it was a sink and not a table and a metal grate on top this sink with the dog. I can notice looking down towards the drain and there slightly was flowing fluid, couldn't tell if blood or what it's dark due to the light peice of fabric, i can seem the light gleam reflecting from the flowing fluid though. I asked if they can give her some space [I wanna see what's up ya know]. They all of a sudden appeard to be deaf. I asked politely again. Will finish later in pics to follow.

Terrible! After 5 years , I am forever leaving this vet office. They are all about how much money to get from clients and will not contract with Costco or Chewy for medications. I do not recommend them and highly recommend ARK in Murrieta.

I can not begin to express how grateful we are for Murrieta Oaks. We’ve had 3 big visits in the last year, a neuter gone wrong (not performed here) that went bad and murrieta oaks staff got us in, made us feel confident in the plan and truly care about the wellbeing of our boy. The second time our dog ripped her nail out and licked it to the point of infection. They got us on the schedule promptly and got her fixed up. Most recently our new kitten we adopted from the shelter somehow broke his foot. We got an appointment right away and the doctor acted quick and went over scenarios to expect, treated him and communicated through out the day when we left him to wait for results. It’s so refreshing to be able to take our animals somewhere that truly cares about working to create a plan and making sure the best care is given. We can’t say enough good things about this veterinary practice.

Took my almost 2 year old mastiff for suture removal. Staff was patient and understanding, she had traumatic emergency surgery two weeks ago. My puppy was nervous, not aggressive, and they listened to us and let us be with her and hold her while they removed all the sutures. Vanessa was calm and patient and made my puppy feel special. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be back for routine visits
