Very clean facilities, friendly and efficient staff, prices are great for what you get. Fried chicken here rivals most brick and mortar restaurants, lots of heat and eat food options, their soft drink cold cases are next level. I've been in many Albertsons and this one is top tier.

I conducted a last minute flower mission here and was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had. The Albertsons flower section is a well oiled machine and receive 5 stars from this Alaskan traveler.

Came in for the hot fried chicken tonight and left with a stale 8 piece. They had a whole bunch of fresh chicken near closing but they decided to give me the stale meat they cooked this morning. Next time, I'm going to open it up right there and sample it..Times are tough, food is expensive, so this pisses me off.One of their other cook on another day, served great hot food that had me coming back. He rans a tight shift, food look presentable, offered meals deals, very helpful and serves you fresh food. Then tonight there's was some other guy that makes you feel like you're inconveniences him, he looks you in the eye while bagging you old stale food..Man that pisses me off!

The staff here are very unfriendly and look miserable. They don’t smile and look at you like you are bothering them with your presence. The guy who stocks the coffee creamers is especially rude. Every time I’ve come to this store to get creamer, he gives me dirty looks for wanting to grab a creamer while he’s stocking. The only people who have ever been friendly or even smiled were the staff who work the fresh deli area.Albertson’s teach your staff how to smile and how to be professionals while working with the public.

Been shopping here for 15 years and things have always been good. Lately the store has been taken over by homeless out front. Today there were one on each side of the door and one on a bike checking cars. Spoke to the manager and he stated there was little he could do. As we were talking a guy and little boy ran in grabbed some items and ran out. Hire some security please. We won’t be shopping here until things change.

This location is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Items are easy to locate. Highly recommend this Albertson's to anyone who is always in a hurry like me - there are plenty of checkers ready to help! Parking is also very convenient - has a large parking lot, which is easy to get in and out of.

Clean store, plenty of parking outside and never too much of a zoo inside. I used to go to Winco mostly for produce but have recently noticed that a lot of things, particularly root vegetables tend to be cheaper here.Don’t have much experience with the staff here as I always use self checkout, there’s hardly much of a line for them when I’m here so I take advantage of it. The few times I’ve had to ask where I could something, the employees have been very helpful and friendly, so no complaints on customer service from me.

I like this store, though it's laid out a little odd, with refrigerated items like dairy, cheese, lunch meat, sour cream etc... spread out across the store. Needs an improved layout. Beware, when three chip aisle has a lot on sale, they get destroyed!

I liked this Albertsons market.But sometimes I feel a few cashier got racism and discrimination minded.i knew that since moved from Irvine to here murrieta area more than Temecula.self check out problem.she(cashier) called another employee.i know her name but won't mention here. She worked very well for me money transferred with western union .morning time cashier was busy. Opened No.9 only. And stressedBut i waited contact with her eyes and sayGood morning or sorry for make u wait.... But her eye sight and feeling is not kind and nice. She does not say any greetings .non professional and didn't her responsibility as cashier. Sometimes I do greetings first than cashier in there.Albertsons customer services is no good . I mean stock arrangement people so kind and nice . When i pay the money... i didn't happy. But i liked western unionmoney transfer and money order from them. They worked sincerely. When they hv stress let stress out to the customer.Behind me to another customer she say greetings. Actually he was white guy. I am really consistent big purchasing good customer. My behavior is nice honestly.What is this? Even she did not ask to me need bags? Actually so~~~ upset.This morning messed up my mood a lot by discrimination.May 27th 8:10am~8:15am2023 is my last chance to stop by here.i will not use this Albertsons any more..

I was there tonight and had a bad experience with cashier. Tina was her name and can actually said she was rude and unprofessional. Seemed to be mad for being there. I understand people have their bad days, but I did not felt I received at least a good customer service. She just looked at me and did not speak nor offer me any further help. Disappointed that a big store like this one offers such negative and bad experience.

Very bright, clean, and well organized store. The parking at night is a big scary with what not going on and shady characters more often then not. If it wasn’t for the parking lot shenanigans we would shop here more often.

I went to their amazing deli. I did not have to ask for help. Before I could get to the counter an amazing deli worker asked, “How May I help you.” She asked me if I was having a good morning and she wished me a Happy Mew Year. I went to the apples 🍎 and an associate asked me if I was having a good day. He was so friendly. I went to pay for my items and another associate asked me, “How was my morning?” When I got to the registers, a cashier enthusiastically stated, I’m here to help you.” I felt like the president. I have never been treated like that in any store. Go Albertsons!

I really enjoy this Albertson's. Knowledgeable and helpful employees. I absolutely love the fried and baked chicken they sell. The coleslaw is to die for. For the holiday season they have cranberry sauce. Omgosh. I would have stuck my face in the pan if I could. Delicious 😋. Take a drive and come check this location. You won't be sorry.

I often frequent this location for quick random items or ones that might be more difficult to find in other stores. Produce is nice and fresh and items are always pretty well stocked. I do wish they had a generic Lactaid though, but as a whole you can pretty much find most things!

my grandpa placed an order at the deli for a party we were having today. I tried to call and ask if it was okay that I picked it up instead of him. The lady answered the phone, I asked her and she proceeded with a rude tone asking if it was a DUG order not even listening to me or asking me what the order was. And when I was about to explain what I was trying to pick up, she cut me off and told me I had to park and that they bring me my order to the car which still didn’t make sense. Then she rudely just transferred me to another line which no one picked up. Then I come to pick up the order at 4pm just how we asked for the girl to tell me they forgot and are starting the order right now. I understand everyone has bad days but I’m always having issues with this Albertsons.

Very helpful and friendly management, and most of the staff. I have needed very specific items and when I ask for help the staff has scoured aisles with me and did not stop until I got what I needed. I also must recognize the woman that works in seafood. I ask her so many questions and she is very knowledgeable and nice. By the way I have been going here for at least the last 10 years.

Always a very clean, nice atmosphere to shop at. They have 5 electric disabled carts, not broken. Two always charged, whenever I have gone shopping. Always employees around to answer questions about store items questions.

Normally don't have issues at this store, however this time was different. I bought right around $90.00 of crab legs to get them home and they smelled like ammonia. For the people that don't eat seafood very often that means it has reached a state of decomposition and the bacteria has formed and produced that smell. Make sure to check your seafood before you eat it, like I said I have never had an issue here before. However, it will be the last time I buy from there.

Picked up 8 peace Dark meat Chicken today. It was not good. The outside was hard and had dry coating for flavor, Inside was Mushy and poor flavor also.

Store is very clean and everyone is really helpful the butcher went out of his way to show me where to find the seasoning I was looking for. Also the bakery department is awesome it makes beautiful delicious cakes. They keep up with the newest trends and demands raising the bar for even bakeries in the area.

This is my favorite store. Everything is clean and well stocked. But please remind your excellent cashiers during this pandemic to keep their face masks over both their nose and mouth. Wearing it across just the mouth or chin does not work. Thanks.

The Bakery messed up a Birthday cake for my 75 year old Mom. They refunded and gave a similar cake. I got a call the next day by management to remake the cake I had asked for in the first place. My Mom is really ill. It could very well be her last Birthday. The cake meant a lot to me. I wanted it perfect for her. They did above and beyond. Her second cake was perfect. It tasted wonderful. Most of all it put a BIG smile on her face. She knew she was loved. The staff was very understanding! Great great people.
