Beware of the lady Pearl, she works in the bakery department. My mom went in last week, and she was being so rude! She was talking down on her for wanting a simple white cake! My mom came home crying because she felt like she was being racist to her! Never getting a cake here again!

Beware of the cashier Sherry ( she wears glasses and on the heavy side) she accuses people for stealing. She’s very unprofessional and rude. She needs some help on her customer service skills and how to approach customers. The rest of the Management is very helpful and nice besides SHERRY.

Today, I was at self-checkout and when I was paying, my card declined. But the worker paid for my groceries although I paid some he helped me with the rest and that was so kind of him. Even though he didn't have to, he showed kindness to me when I needed it. I will be forever grateful to him.❤️

Albertsons might be pricey but there's a great fresh selection of food varieties. Plus the customer service is great from all of the Albertsons employees. Joe is always a great help and a pleasure to see every time.

I have been shopping at Albertson's for Years, I LOVE their SALES and APP!!! Especially when they have the 5 or more Mix and Match sales on products or the SUPER LOW prices when You buy 4 or More of the same product. I ONLY DO My marketing every 3 to 4 weeks. SO, the SAVINGS on the 4 or more is SO WORTH it to Me. I CAN USE 4 of the SAME item in a month, LOL!!! 😃😉

Always love their cakes ordered one for my husband birthday came out so delicious but the lady forgot to write down happy birthday wish on cake someone pickup the cake for me so they didn't check it I told them when I ordered the cake that write down happy birthday husband but they didn't do it so when we open the cake I didn't felt that happy

There is just one cashier who ruins the whole experience no matter what, this guy is such a downer and is always in a mood, practically discriminates against customers in general from what I've seen, that guys named Gilbert. Every time I enter a line with that guy, I always witness some kind of issue that he has with a customer. I've honestly started taking business elsewhere because of the guy. Seriously disgusting attitude, he needs to work on that.

I can always get in and out pretty quick at this Albertsons, so it’s my go to particularly when I am short on time and need a few items. The associates particularly in bakery are always available and acknowledge you. Not to say there are not others, but the folks in bakery are standouts. Great store!

Albertsons is right down the street from us, so we almost always do our grocery shopping there. They offer a lot of weekly coupons to clip, and I always make sure to do that. If you're a member of URewards it can really make a difference. Service is always respectful and upbeat as well. I appreciate the staff and their hard work. They always have an upbeat attitude.

Great Shopping Experience. Associates are very friendly. They are quick to call another checker if the lines are getting long so checkout is very quick. I love that they offer a great selection in the deli and they have sushi made fresh onsite every morning.

I'm from Texas, and we have a little bit more choices on brands of can foods and over all 10 to 25% cheaper prices. On top of that, we don't have surcharges for bags and bottles. We recycle for free, we don't get paid back.

This store is much better run than previously. "Friday Frenzy" was well executed, front page was well-stocked, and the store has a clean and friendly atmosphere. Good Job Paul. 👍

Best brown bread for sandwiches!!! It's the signature brand! Haven't had bread this good in over 30 years when Ralph's use to make one.

Store was clean, well stocked and had most of what I needed. Overall I liked it and will likely shop here in the future. Taking off two stars because the employees were incredibly rude. It was shocking! The man rigging up my groceries literally stopped mid transaction, got out his phone and stared at it for a good 2-3 minutes. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. The store was busy and the lines were long, no wonder why! The lady bagging my groceries gave me a dirty look for putting in my husband's phone number instead of my own. Neither of them said a single word to me the entire time. I did not want my things bagged in the first place, but God forbid she use her voice and ask me.Hopefully I run in to nicer employees next time.

We often shop here late before closing. They’re usually always stocked with whatever we are looking for and everything is nice and tidy, easy to see.We have had two different instances, though, with two different people that were not the best. One was while we were ringing up and the lady was literally throwing our stuff after she rang it up and I was bagging. The other instance was actually tonight my husband and I were about to leave and check out and we were rushed personally by some lady that was closing I think. She yelled at us to check out and that we were the last ones (which we we not, and I stated that).The cashier we had tonight, Leah, was super nice though and when she rang us up she was very organized and placed our stuff down with care. Thank you Leah!

Always happy with my purchases. Low prices and great service. Associates always willing to help you, very polite and courteous.03-09-2022 as always, one of my favorite places to shop....fresh sushi...fried chicken always available for a quick snack. Personnel always wearing a smile 😃 😄 😊05-23-2022 went in to get some ICE sparkling drink......79 cents until tomorrow with coupon, or 10 for $10.00 w/out coupon. Good price. Very polite associates.....becoming my favorite place to shop. I also shop at the Albertsons in Oceanside when im in that area, although a little off my regular route, but i enjoy their Ready Prep Meals. They have quite a selection at reasonable prices.

It was a great experience working with Elsa in the bakery for my husband’s birthday party. She promised me 6 different kinds of beautiful cupcakes and that’s exactly what I got. Ready on time and delicious. The guests loved them!

I went to the deli for the first time. Two things I bought and absolutely loved is their chicken, fried or baked, but not the spicy stuff. I don't do spicy hot foods. They have this apple, caramel, raisin fruit salad that is delicious! A few things I didn't care for, but that's my taste buds. Visit their deli if you never did before. You won't be disappointed.

Got home to find moldy strawberries and the next day, moldy grapes. Will definitely not be shopping here anymore! I know Stater Brothers buys local grown fruits and vegetables if they can. I know who grows them and will only be buying there from now on.

High prices. Several employees often seem uninterested in shoppers or their jobs. A couple employees are overly friendly which is nice. Great selection of food items. Bakery items very good. Daily clearance bakery items in back of store is fun.

I get my groceries via Instacart. I'm very pleased with that service. I shop at Albertsons on Scott because of the selection of seafood which has always been fresh. The bakery is excellent.I used to love the fresh made sushi selections. I'm wondering if the vendor thst prepares the sushi has changed. My last three sushi selections have not met the quality I became used to. Today's rolls were very small and tasteless. The last order a dew weeks ago did not seem fresh. In that order celery chunks were watery and not crunchy. I am truly disappointed.

Decided to order a cake from Albertsons since I used to work in one many, many years ago and the cakes were always spot on and delicious.Ordered a cake for my 6 year old's birthday from the store off of Scott Rd. My sister picks up the cake, brings it to my house, and there is NO name. Just "Happy 6th Birthday". Not the biggest deal right, I call the bakery to inquire why, the lady says as she is looking at the sheet that "It says happy 6th birthday and then squiggles". EXCUSE ME?! The lady over the phone asked me two times to spell his name so I don't know where the discrepancy arose, but just poor, poor taste in customer service. We also asked for fresh strawberries and we got probably 5 cut up in the WHOLE cake. Everyone kept asking where the strawberries were! Also, white cake was not how I remembered, it was on the dry side. Definitely sticking to Nuthin Bundt Cakes which is my go-to anyways from now on.I asked to speak to the store manager and he was annoyed that I was annoyed. This store just lost two customers forever. Not that I shopped there a ton anyways, Target groceries are cheaper 99% of the time plus they do free Target pickup. Hope they treat their next customers better.

They have a really good organic selection, which I really appreciate! The store overall is pricey, but the organic selection is worth the price because its hard to find. I do wish that the organic foods were better quality because they are usually not ripe for the most part. They have really good staff there. I get my major groceries elsewhere, but I do go here often. (Try their Signature Ice Cream Brand! Its amazing quality).

I don't normally give poor revues With gas prices being the way they are, I can't afford to go traipsing all across town to another grocery store to get the simple things I need for that night's dinner. So Albertsons is on my way home, easy in & out.Well, approximately 80% of what I needed wasn't stocked.Let me apologize now... this next part is TMI but needs to brought up....So I had to figure things out. I needed to go to the lady's powder room before I did this... whatever you do Do Not Use the 2nd stall at this particular store - possibly any stall. I spent 20 mins trying to get 1 piece of TP out, while listening to the lady's conversation who obviously went in there to have a private conversation with someone... it's was CRAZY! I told a few staff & some admitted they knew about this because it's happened to them as well, which means they've done nothing about it. This all boils down to poor management &/or they need to hire people who care about getting things done all around. It was not a happy trip to Albertsons. Next time I'll travel ALL the way across to the other side of town to get my groceries at Stater Bros. or Barron's.

Employees here are so friendly and helpful, unfortunately I went in just after 4 pm looking to get fresh Hot French bread as I did at our old Albert sons, the bakery lady was super nice and informed me this location only makes the bread as needed, no set time, maybe one day they will have a designated time for Hot French Bread, & it will help pull in extra customers in the pm. Who doesn't like hot fresh bread with their dinner.

Some food item prices can be high but they always have good sales. Also friendly staff. Always get our birthday cakes from the bakery and they are always delicious.

This store has a good variety of groceries and items. The store also smells good. Near halloween in mid to late September they get the pumpkins out, it's best to get them at this time before they mold. They have a good selection of sodas for sale. Overall they are pretty good.
