Excellent service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I came in looking for a specific brand and type of dog food, and not only did the staff member help me find exactly what I needed, she also gave me great tips and advice about other products that I was interested in as well. Upon her recommendation, I got a No Hide chew for my puppy, and my pup LOVES it! I'm very grateful for her help and will definitely be back!

We go here all the time. My dog, Larry gets so excited when he gets to go and the staff know him by name. Great place. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. I always call ahead to double check on inventory due to supply chain issues. Plenty of peanut butter toothpaste for my golden. Thankful to have a shop in the neighborhood.

Super nice staff! We get our dog weighed every time we come and they always give her treats. Buy all toys and treats in sets of 4, (buy 3 get 1 free). The frozen food for dogs is great too. They are definitely the best at dog food.I go to petsmart for shampoo and conditioner: their selection here at Pet Food Express is not the best. Also I think toys can be slightly more expensive than petsmart.

We have 2 cats and we love Pet Food Express! Prices are reasonable, especially with the ‘buy 3, get the 4th item free’ deal they do. You can tell the employees genuinely love animals and care about our pets. I would recommend checking this place out.

Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. A very good place to get quality pet supplies. I come here for dog food and they have a buy 3 get a 4th free on any of the same category foods/treats. They will even special order you food if they don't have a particular food on their shelf.

Good selection of high end pet food and toys and stuff.. they don't have a wash at this location but there's a pet wash next door. Staff is always super help and friendly. Very good about taking returns.

Love PFE! They have an unconditional return policy where if you don't like anything you've purchased they'll always take a return no matter what condition the item is in. They'll take food back as well and they donate any food returns which is rad. They're not even more expensive than Petco so it's worth going there for the friendly staff and awesome quality 👌

Staff is all so knowledge and have a genuine intrest the pets that come in. Wherever you go to get pet supplies, just stop goimg and come here instead. Prices and quality are fabulous. My cat loves everything i bring home and my friends dog does the same. CHECK IT OUT!

Three staff standing around talking and the aircon had a piercing noise so I left after 10 mins when no help was offered. I'm a petco and petsmart customer but after reading reviews of our helpful the staff were I went and now I'm back off to petco.

Very misleading business name "Pet Food Express", doesn't stock reptile food. Petco and PetSmart do have it, and they don't claim in their name. 🤷🏻‍♂️

People are friendly here. I bought dog food which my pup didn't like so I returned it and even though it was opened, I got a credit back which was used towards a different brand food. The returned product I hear is donated to local animal shelter.
