I had been a long time customer with a previous well known groomer in Moreno Valley but I had to find another one temporarily and I found you guys. Our first visit was awesome my girl Stella Rosa loved them very comfortable, I will be returning to them again they was very friendly family owned doggie Spa.

The best groomer EVER! I’ve taken my dog here 4 times now and everytime it’s been a great experience. I was most impressed with how my fur baby turned out after this last visit. I have a Havanese dog that grows a lot of hair. I typically don’t like for him to be cut too low since it is not the most flattering look. However, he had to be cut low this recent visit but he looked SO CUTE😍. The groomer gave him the CUTEST shape for his face. Not only that, but everyone is very friendly and patient with my dog. He likes the groomers, but it always takes him a while to warm up. The women always do their best to make my dog comfortable and he is very happy after the visit :)

I have a senior baby! She has terrible anxiety and is typically glued to me or my parents. She does not let us groom her so she goes months without it. When we get Sophia back she is climbing up our necks terrified and ready to leave. I picked her up from here and she was as chill as a cucumber not to mention super cute!!! Great job took about 1.5-2 hours! Fast, friendly and professional!

The people there were very kind and helpful. They treated my doggie with great care. She looked so good when done, there was a big difference (and she’s a Chihuahua). She was calm and happy when I picked her up. She’s very nervous, so that was surprising. She was also done very quickly. Usually it would take a whole morning. This tome was like an hour and a half.

I took my dog to his appointment 12 23.23Staff was nice but they're service SUCKS!!! I did a full body check on him.They cut his ear. He hair was shaved down, he looks like a rat.I also did not like how they did not try to apologize for their mistakeI would NEVER! Take or recommend their service

Took our 3 girls to get nice, cool, summer cuts!! All of the staff were awesome with our pups, and they came back looking and smelling great!! We just moved to the area and this was our first visit...we will definitely be back!

Brought my 5 month old pup here for his first ever grooming appointment. The owners were helpful, patient and polite. They did a decent job on my pooch and even advised they were concerned he had an ear infection and I should take him into the vet. (He did have an ear infection.) The prices were reasonable as well. I will be back.

Took my 4 poodles and I had them so dirty and so matted ..they did an amazing job not cutting to low to the skin my dogs came out looking amazing I loved their service and very good job from the groomer 10/10

First time here and my dogs were pretty bad and they were patient, kind and tried their hardest to do what I asked. I asked for one dog to have a mohawk. As I said they were pretty bad looking and they tried to keep as much hair on top for me as possible. With routine grooming, he'll have a mohawk one day. Overall, I love the place. I'm coming back for sure!

Our fur baby was approach by Sharon and Jonathan with kindness and professionalism but most importantly they were caring.My fur baby -not social at all was nervous when we arrived, we were greeted and asked a few questions, we were there only for mail trimming. Jonathan was very patient and caring, my fur baby was not cooperating and was hiding behind me. Jonathan showed to be very professional on this grooming business, he asked me how he my baby respond to showers, my baby loves water in any form! So Jonathan recommended a bath and maybe he could trim his nails…thats was the formula to gain my baby’s trust! Sharon keep in touch with me and was very prompt to inform me when my fur baby was ready. They take appointments and walk-ins. I called before heading over there. Nice enough to give my dog a haircut with no appointment. They did a great job and removed any eye boogers he had. They were also careful to not scratch the couple of warts on him

The groomer here is very professional and my husky leaves very clean. Shedding practically nothing from when the dog came in. My dog did not have to sit for 5 to 6 hrs like in other places. They called me with in 3 hrs to pick up my husky. The receptionist are really good at answering my questions and it looks like they are very well trained.

Very friendly and professional establishment. Reasonable prices for their services too. My little guy showed up in pretty rough shape from playing outside in rain water. They totally hooked Spiderman up. Highly recommend trying them out.
