Amazon reptile store is one of my favorite local places to visit. My daughters have leopard geckos Apricot and Mango so we come here every week to buy crickets for them. Visiting here is like going to the Zoo. They have many exotic type reptiles, from snakes, pythons, chameleons, leopard geckos, dart frogs, and the list goes on. The employees are friendly and super knowledgable about the best ways to care and keep your reptile healthy and happy.My family and I usually hang out for 40 minutes watching the reptiles. It’s a great place for kids and adults to learn more about reptiles. It’s a fun trip for the whole family!They sell all types of live reptile food. The crickets are a deal any size 20 for $1.00. Check of the feeder menu at the store for prices on the live food. They have all the supplies you'll need for your reptile. 🙂The store is in a shopping center with plenty of parking.

The proof is in the pudding! This place has been around for years. They have outlasted all the competition. And for good reason. Mike runs a good ship. He knows his stuff and they take care of their animals. They give good advice and provide quality. Thanks for being a go to reptile shop for me for at least the last 20 years.

I've been coming to this shop since 2007! It has always been clean and kept well. The employees are always a wealth of knowledge. When you take a closer look you will see that the excellence comes from the owner Mike. Over the years not much has changed, maybe a couple faces but the experience has always been great. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Service always prompt even when there can be lines out the door. They always ask if you have a set up if you want to just buy an animal from them. They have an obligation to the animal to ensure it gets to a good responsible home but it is awesome that they check. After making sure the animal has the things it needs even if you purchased products elsewhere they will HAPPILY sell you the animal. I think anyone that has come to this shop more than once know how amazing it is. From low feeder prices, to great service, healthy animals, and FREE knowledge; you can't go wrong shopping here. Definitely check them out if you are a local or on the fence about making the drive, it is worth it.

I love it here!!! Friendly staff an they have some of the most amazing reptiles. Very clean an they look like they tend to the reptiles with love, unlike a lot of stores.

The abuse of these poor creatures including mice and others, is dark and demonic. Most of the reptiles are not meant to be pets. They need to be in their real habitation. The workers must really hate their job because the long faces. I went to buy some food for my BD, but after what I witnessed today, I'm never going to give a dime to this place.

This place is only open for food for reptiles, and such.. So whatever u do don’t waste time going there if are looking to purchase a reptile... 3 stars for lack of info and one of the staffers a guy having an “it’s ur problem attitude since I didn’t check social media”, not everybody uses social media” .. Google maps is a probably the best place to check since everyone uses maps to find their destination.. Teach ur your young adults to have better customer service..

The go to spot in the IE and beyond I live in Kern county and I drive out to get Super worms and have my beardie checked out by them I made my purchase from them at the start and they have had some stale moments based off the employees that work their but never the less a great place I got my dragon at about 3 months on or younger she is now 3 yrs old I’m going to snap some pics of her and post them but never the less 4.6 star rating from me just cause I’ve had some rude customer service in the past

I’ve been coming to this pet store for about five years now and I haven’t gone to another reptile store since finding this one! I’ll be honest… Popsicle was what sold me on coming to the store and even though he’s gone to a sanctuary, I haven’t stopped coming to this store. The owner Mike and his staff are always very nice and always willing to answer any questions or worries I have for my creatures. Their prices are VERY reasonable considering a feeder mouse purchased from petco cost $6! Thank all of you at the store, I appreciate you all for helping and guiding me through my pet journey!

When in today and bought a bearded dragon. JASMINE WAS SO HELPFUL AND AMAZING!!!. I told her I need the complete set up she got me EVERYTHING tank and all. She was very informative and understanding. Amazing store for reptile owners! The store is small, but otherwise is a wonderful business. They offer a variety of pet reptiles raised by knowledgeable employees. They offer a wide variety of feeders(dubias, superworms, mice, rats, hornworms, and more) for a fair price.Always a great experience at the Amazon Reptile Center and the staff is very friendly and can answer almost all of my questions.

We've purchased over 8 reptiles from this store. Their staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is also very reasonable. They have a wide variety to choose from and all necessary supplies are always in stock. Our 6 year old daughters love to visit and look at all of the new additions they have each month.

This is a great place to go for food for your reptile. The selection is always outstanding. The insects are healthy and inexpensive. Right now they are incubating my bearded dragon eggs for me which is an awesome service they offer. You don't pay upfront for them to do this for you. All you need to do is bring your eggs in. Nice staff. Super helpful. I won't forget to mention they have very interesting reptiles in the store.

These guys really know their stuff!!! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. The animals for sale are all active and attentive, very clearly well taken care of and healthy. The care products are top notch and they have a lot of stuff you can't get at PetSmart/Co. I'll definitely be coming here for my supplies from now on!

My partner and I visited for the first time looking for dart frogs and pacman frog. They had them in-store we got so excited. The whole staff was super friendly, and informative. Definitely plan to visit again. :)
