Trader Joe's has the friendliest staff. I go for the smiles and cheerfulness as much as the excellent products. I'm recovering from an illness so it was nice to be able to find a few treats at Trader Joe's so I could still gift my loved ones for Valentine's Day. The raspberry shortcake cookies were so yummy! And they have beautiful flowers! My husband loves the Chicken Marsala so we can have a quick and tasty meal in just minutes, that looks elegant when properly presented.

I absolutely love shopping at Trader Joe's. I have to travel 30 minutes to do it. For the fresh produce, unique products, and wonderful staff, it's totally worth it.

OH !! HANDS DOWN , 5 STAR. I love this place, it's got all your needs for a PERRRFECT DINNER PARTY. Fromgreat produce , appetizers, and an awesome selection of great tasting meals that you can put together in minutes. Also,fantastic desserts are all at your fingertips. And let us not forget the wine !!! Great selection. And no dinner is complete without an arrangement of flowers. They have got you covered ttoo!! If I'm going to be getting home late from work, this is my for sure go to place. A few items from here, and you can have a DELICIOUS MEAL in no time. Need I say more?Oh, the staff ??? Can you say friendly and helpful? Love them , love this particular store . Great job!!! ❤️

This is easily the best trader Joe's in Northern California. They are the most informed staff and the inventory is always kept full. If you need more of something they will do anything to get you what you ask for which is very rare in other stores. The staff here is incredibly friendly and well informed about what day they sell.

My favorite Modesto supermarket. Reasonable prices and unique grocery items you can't find anywhere else. Then there's the service which has always been superior to just about every grocery store in the 209 area code. Their non-dairy milk selection and dips (hummus, garlic, etc) is unrivaled. Then there are the Barbell protein bars that are simply delicious. Absolutely love this place!

I love their salads and their food selections. The staff are also very friendly. I wish the store was bigger, though.. it's usually very crowded and has a lot of customers reading labels and crowding up the place. It's better to go earlier in the day.

Everything is so well organized and clean. Everyone is always so helpful and not bothered in the least if you ask for help. All the employees are great with our kids, but Steph needs a raise! He has all the patience and is absolutely phenomenal with the kids at the checkout!

Trader joes is always great but I wish I could give out reviews on individuals, a few weeks ago my 4 year old daughter and I stopped in to do some shopping after playing some games at the nearby Dave and busters. We got our items, proceeded to the checkout line and went to the next person avaliable where we met Edgar. He stared checking out our items when my little girl started telling him all about her "prizes" she had won at the nearby arcade, Edgar asked all about them as if he was just as excited as she was. They both laughed and shared some jokes but to top it off he asked if she wanted some stickers and then let her pick some out. What seems like such a small thing to some people sure made a difference that day for my little girl. Thanks Trader Joes Modesto and also the world needs more people like Edgar!

This is a warning for people that shops at this store. There are thieves working in coordination to steal purses an wallets by distracting females by talking to them. So far I know about 3 incidents. Thieves are taking advantage of the store not having any security cameras.Be aware of the people around you when you are in there.

I ❤️ me a Trader Joe's! The Modesto store is no exception. Every staff member was nice and welcoming. As I was checking out, the cashier asked if I had checked my eggs. Normally, I do, but I had forgotten as I was on the phone when I picked them up. He quickly checked to be sure there were none broken. In all my years of shopping, I've never had someone ask, nor help by check. This has made me realize how much I appreciate great customer service!
