Facility is clean, neat and tidy and always seems to be well stocked. More so than the other two target locations in modesto, as I've been able to get items the other two were out of for weeks, and they had plenty right on the shelf.Bathrooms were well cared for, clean and very tidy, thank you. Store employees were regularly cleaning and sanitizing heavily interacted with surfaces

The drive up pick up is so convenient and the workers are always so polite and professional. I love being able to pick up my purchases without going into the store where I often will waste money on impulse purchases. This options allows me to make better financial choices.

Nice and recently remodeled Target store but the lines for checkout were crazy crazy long, only two registers open on Saturday afternoon with the lines for the self checkouts going down the whole main aisle. Starbucks still closed for renovations as well.

I went to this Target yesterday and it was a great experience. When I couldn't find wat I was looking for 2 of the employees were very helpful, friendly, nice, and professional. And there's a Starbucks Restaurant inside of this Target so if u want to get a coffee or something drink while ur shopping u can. I didn't personally get anything from Starbucks Restaurant. And the 2nd employee that helped me find wat I was looking for she kept helping me look for the 2nd item that I was looking for to buy there and she didn't leave me until I found a different item bc they were unfortunately out of the the original 2nd item that I wanted to buy. Then she asked me if there was anything else that I needed help with before she left me. I told her no have great day and we went out separate ways. And the prices are fair to.

Messiest target I’ve been to. I’ve had a friend complain to me about this target for a while and I did not believe her until my visit and WOW. This target is a mess. Clothes were everywhere in the women’s section. Every table display was basically just piles of mixed clothes. Home goods sections were just opened candles scattered with the lids missing. Staff was uninterested and not a single word of communication. Bathrooms were horrendous with piles of trash just overflowing.

2 stars, that second star is only because the associate that helped me was very pleasant, but other than that I'm annoyed. I've been seeing online that people have been encountering an issue where advertised prices actually ring up higher at check out. For instance I went in and bought some spray bottles at $0.99 but at checkout they registered as $1.79. my wife and I checked the UPC on the item, and made sure the item was the one being displayed as $0.99, and sure enough it was. When we went to customer service we were refunded a full $5 which has been overcharged. Made us wonder about all the times we came to target before and spent hundreds of dollars, how much of that was over charge? This infuriates me, and I'll definitely reconsider where I spend my money in the future, if by some unfortunate chance I must shop at Target I'll definitely make a note of what each item is priced at the display vs what actually rings up.

I’m not one to write reviews however the experience I’ve had at this target location has made inclined to inform others of how rundown this place has become over the years, it’s simply such a disappointment how the management and employees behave towards its customers..these people genuinely care little for the people who provide them services

You guys need to start doing physical inventory you guys are always out of products also whoever runs the inventory online and in-store needs to be fired you guys are always out of stock on "in stock at store"items get it together target all the other targets besides the one on sisk rd always seem to be stocked take notes from those managers

Love Target over all BUT this store on sisk rd needs major cleanin.. had some kids tees after 5min i just couldn't continue diggin around further i just put everythin back.. And this mess was threw out different departments.. woman was the best tiddiest but just reminded me why i hate the modesto Target.. Turlock store is way better.. As a parent we have enough pickin up at home after our little ones why come into a messy store searching and diggin. NO Thank you.. but like i said I Love Target just not this store. Thank You

The store was clean, well-stocked, and employees are knowledgeable on product location when I asked. I normally shop at the Manteca location but was in Modesto today and was unfamiliar with a product location and was quickly helped. Also, that lady with blond hair, I believe near register 1 at about 9:25 AM, is super friendly. She has helped me before and was just as friendly then. She was the only person working at the checkout at that time today and since she did not have anyone in line, she walked from behind the counter and was looking for customers to help and she directed me to her register to check out. I have seen her do this before and it shows me she cares about her job and work and customers, too.

Mostly four stars for a decent store with recent improvement in upkeep of apparel: kids and baby apparel used to be disaster areas but are fairly clean when I visit now.Zero stars for phone directory: no one answers anywhere or you're just hung up on by the system itself whenever you select customer service desk. Please fix your phone system.

Terrible customer service, people are so bad here it’s honestly unbelievable..I’ve had the worst experiences in my life here and I don’t understand why they continuously get worse and worse every day and the HR here is useless 😐

I will not return to this location again simply for the older gentlemen cashier who was more unnecessarily rude than he was helpful in todays interaction. He was very talkative to the man in front of me! but barely said hi to me. Nothing i am not used to in stores, sadly. But i mentioned something scanned at a different price than what it was on the shelf as ($12 vs the $6 hook it was on). Its $6, i dont really care but I did say he might wanna have someone go double check the pricing and/or the stocking to make sure all of them are placed correctly. He proceeded to tell me i should have taken a picture and he can change it and that he cant just take the word of everyone who says a price is wrong (not my point anymore, i paid the $12 for it with my other items.) I asked him, "who goes around taking pictures of every price tag assuming their item will ring up incorrectly?" He could have been more helpful instead and politely told me i can go take a pic to show him real quick, among other ways to resolve an issue.

I was just at target a couple minutes ago today 11/12/2022. I was at the bread aisle looking at DIFFERENT kind of bagels to have for breakfast. The association there at around 9:50 AM in blue came a little after me to stock bread. One of the BAgel dropped and I picked it up and put it back and continue looking for bagels to see if pumpkin spice was available. That associate (White) then rudely was like they’re all the same bagel and with all the same expiration date - all so aggressively at me. I told him I was not looking for dates but different kind of bagels. He then proceeded to say “ Well I saw you grabbed that bagel (the one I picked up that fell) and now you’re looking at the other section that are the same dude” again so aggressive! There was no hey I see you’re looking for something can I help you. None of that at all! Just assumed and Rudely interrupted my peace of mind. I will be contacting Lacey or another team manager/lead about this! All so rude for what especially since I was not doing anything!EDIt: 4 stars because I love this target but just to let everyone beware. I came into contact and found out the man is not a store employee but a vendor.

I am just writing this because I had an amazing experience with an employee named Karina. She was super kind and helpful and knew where to point me to when I asked her about a hair product target has. She has an amazing personality and also looked like she was working very hard. Something you don’t see a lot now a days with customer service. Good job target. She’s a keeper.

The inconvenience this store has caused me when they decided to not follow rules and put out Starbucks cups 2 weeks early so when release day comes you guys have no freaking cups for the people who actually want them. How hard is it to wait until the actual date? Should report you to Starbucks so they never send you anything.

The woman who cashed us out was beyond rude. We were trying to buy diapers for our son. We go out every two weeks and buy two boxes, which is what we had. There was also a deal for a gift card when buying two boxes. The lady was beyond rude and said we could only buy one box. I understand there are a lot of people panic buying but we were just trying to get our normal amount. We waited to talk to a manager and was told there was no limit. We went back to the original lady who cashed us out for the first box to get the second box since the girl lied about the limits. She refused to help us and told us if we wanted the other box to have her manager cash us out because she refused to serve us. We weren't rude to her up until that point. No one apologized for her lying or for her attitude. I've never been so disappointed in a retail location. How does she even have a job?
