I enjoy walking around this store, there’s always interesting things to browse through. Nice candle selection. These I’ve added pictures of are AMAZING! I’ve had one staff member give me attitude because she somehow though me browsing and shopping the display she was trying to reorganize was rude...Umm? Anyway irrelevant! as most of the staff is very friendly! Always on the lookout for hidden gems here!

Found this brand "Invincible In Detail "watch at this store at a fraction of the original price cost of $595.00 got it for less money at the store's jewelry counter.A good place to shop for brand bargains.

The Chico store is well stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially at check out.I always seem to find something I can't live without. They have a pretty good selection of purses. I saw several Patricia Nash purses. She is an Italian designer with a western flare. Great prices on her purses.

Checkout experience was terrible and ignored by all 4 associates. We were next in line and all the associates at the registers were not busy. 2 had their lights on and chose to not acknowledge us at the front of the line. When finally helped, we were not thanked for waiting or acknowledged that we waited.

The selection at this store is ok, but the workers aren’t very helpful. I’ve been to the jewelry counter several times in the past month and this older lady that is usually working there won’t ask if I need help. She seems to only help a certain type of people that she thinks maybe have money ? It’s tj max , stop discriminating who you are going to assist and get a grip on reality.

Great deals, my only complaint is they've made the distance between their aisles so narrow that it's hard to maneuver with a cart without hitting something. They also need more staff picking up during the day. Somethimes it's so tossed that I just turn around and leave.

I have always had a good experience here at this TJ max but unfortunately today I came in and the manager cara was very rude. She would not discount a item when all other items were discounted that I was looking at. I asked her and she rolled her eyes and said “I guess I have to go check” she came back and didn’t do anything about it so I did not bother buying it. she is not friendly and will not help you with anything.

The store is clean with a good selection of clothes summer and fall. The checker was really nice but, they won't let you have hangers. I enjoy going into this store. Always filled with all kind of goodies.

I've been a loyal customer since they rolled into town. Good quality merchandise at excellent prices. Where else can you buy three pieces of jewelry for a hundred bucks and make the little woman smile when she gets home. Thanks to the new manager (little redhead) for being a mensch and bringing a world of business experience with her, not to mention the excellent people skills. It hasn't gone unnoticed. You can find good stuff. Good prices on shampoo and cosmetics. Every time I go there is a line half way across the store bit it goes pretty quick. I got a non sick ceramic pan on clearance for 8$.

Always find great deals and the store is clean. Good register set-up with one line and then multiple cashier's who take the next person in line. Like that so you don't get stuck behind a slow person in line!

I love this store, BUT, apparently they have a stinky new policy about broken items. My grandma bought a necklace as a Christmas present and of course didn't see that the chain was broken because it was broken in the back where it's taped to the card inside the box. They didn't have any of the same necklace for her to exchange, so she asked for a discount, but the lady who checked her out said they don't do that anymore. She also didn't believe her and said that she must have broken it when she took it out of the box. RUDE. Make sure you make absolutely certain that your item isn't broken before you buy or you will pay full price for it.

Well the place yesterday was a "MAD HOUSE" the lines were to the back of the store, but I have to say that the floors of the store weren't messy with products everywhere, it was neat and tidy and the lines went fast and orderly.It was a good day🤗
