Whoever, was making sandwiches this morning at 8:00 am. Did a terrible job on my sandwich. They put in old lettuce that was in pieces and only gave me the white part of the lettuce. I asked for extra pickles and I didn't get any at all. The sliced bread was hard. I get sandwiches all the time here and this has never happened. The sandwiches they make here ate my favorite. I was very disappointed with my lunch today.

My sister always recommends the deli sandwiches from Sprouts Farmers Market. My wife and I were in the area and wanted to pick something up quickly. We weren't too far from Sprouts so we decided to finally give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity they put into the sandwiches. We got one ham sandwich and one turkey with bacon. Each sandwich was under $6 and was very filling. Knowing they have a closer location to me in Lathrop has me wanting to try that one out too! Highly recommend you give them a try and look around the store too to find some brands and products you won't find at most other grocery stores.

Excellent customer service and grocery selection. Bulk items are reasonably priced although not as affordable as Winco. Their prepared food section at the deli is a colossal ripoff. Bread quality is so so, more or less at Raley’s level. Vitamins and supplements are well stocked.

Pricey but you get what you pay for and in this case, the baked goods,meat, prepared meals, fruit and vegetables as well as there Natural Vitamins and supplements are Top Notch. With that said,I don't mind paying a bit extra. Helpful and Friendly employees, there Vitamin and supplements are very responsibly priced,and there prepared heat and eat meals are Very Good. I Highly recommend the Turkey carnitas.! 😋 Yum‼️👌 You couldn't tell it was Turkey..Excellent Flavor. But You Have to get there early or call to order because That is a Hot Seller. Been there twice and it was Sold out. But.. again.. A Very Good..Little Pricey if your on a Budget but Worth it.

My daughter purchased a powdered chai for me for Mother's Day at Sprouts & it was the most most blah, no flavor, overly milky, terrible chai I've ever had!! When I went into the store to return it I was unable to do so without a receipt. Do not try to return anything here without a receipt!!Chai Diaries Instant Cardamom Chai is disgusting!! Do not buy!!And their store policy for returns is very disappointing !! Zero customer care!!

Great store for organic food and products. I usually buy fruit and vegetables. The seafood prices are very reasonable. LOVE Sprouts. Definitely go to check it out. Very clean and well spaced out. 💥💯

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is the second time I have come to this location and dealt with being treated like a criminal and racially profiled by the low IQ employees in the Deli Department. I went in for a sandwich and was treated like a second-class citizen by an employee who looked like an ex-convict with a heart tattoo. She was degrading because I made a mistake when ordering a sandwich.That individual needs to be held accountable and terminated, I will definitely not stop until I get this escalated to corporate.

My review is for the deli counter. The women that were there did not help me, they just watched me and laughed and talked amongst themselves about how they hate their lives. Normally I don’t care but I decided to speak to management since the cashier and I were talking and she mentioned that customers have complained about them before. I was offered a free meal but I refuse to ingest bad energy!!

Today I went to buy my normal fish and I always get nicely Greeted by employee Ray S in the meat department. He always make me feel like we are family and that type of customer service is hard to find. I shop a lot there at Sprouts and Ray is always smiling and happy to be there and that is what makes customers like me my wife and son keep coming back to shop at this Sprouts. I can shop anywhere else but the service that Ray provides makes it fun to shop there. My little son wife and I wish Ray S. Gets recognized for awesome skills and gets a pay raise he deserves it, hey you should make him a Store Manager. Hope Ray S Gm store Manager Shayla sees my review of Ray S. Merry Christmas and God bless you Ray S. For caring about us as people like family.

Apparently they close earlier than stated for the reason everything is shut down with it looked like shades an hour before they closed. The customer service used to be somewhat decent but has really lowered the bar as of current. I do like some of the products they offer but that's no reason to have bad customer service remember the customer pays your bills maybe they should act like it.

Sprouts Farmers Market I have found has the best organic vegetables and fruits in Modesto. Their prices are very fair and the store is very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I really wanted to share my experience at this specific location. I came into the store looking for Castor Oil. One of your employees by the name of JENNIFER so kindly assisted me. She initially had to inform me it was out of stock. I decided to look around for a bit. Low and behold, Jennifer took time to find me in the store to bring me a bottle of Castor Oil. Stock just happened to come in today. She went above and beyond to assist me. I want to say a big Thank You to her!!! That is real customer service..... You ROCK Jennifer!

This place is how every store should be. If u look at the cereal aisle here compared to all of the other "regular" grocery store cereal aisle and it's only a quarter of the regular grocery store because they don't sell all that "garbage" cereal that claims its good for kids when in fact it's not at all good for our kids. Most of all of general mills cereal has Trisodium phosphate in it and in case you don't know what that is, you can buy it at home depot in the paint dept because it's to strip paint from walls. They dont even sell lunchables at this store or "regular" chips so that should tell you something. But yeah this store is the way to go for a more healthy life.

All the staff is nice, all the staff is helpful and the only thing unpleasant are the customers when they act rude and entitled. Other than that, it's a pretty sweet experience.

Always shop at Sprouts. Love them, but this one's employees weren't as nice as the ones near home. Also, I wanted to buy a reusable bag, which are normally up front near the check stands. This one has them in a aisle away from the front causing me to not want to get back in line.

I love this grocery store from their great deli, fresh produce, and large selection of grains, beans, dried fruit, trail mixes, etc. that you can all buy by the pound. Customer service is always exceptional and make sure to stop by their bakery so many delicious choices.

The store and products are just fine. Pricey but to be expected I think. The issue is their staff. Very unfriendly and junky customer service. You feel like you're bothering them by just being there. So definitely don't expect any friendliness from them or even to be acknowledged. Today pushed me over the edge when I clearly bothered the cashier and inconvenienced her. I'll be heading to Trader Joe's from now on.

Huge variety of vegetables,meats and more. I found that their organic section is larger than other stores as well. They also do dinner creations which I find helpful after a long day and you still have to feed the kiddos. Helpful staff with a friendly smile willing to go an extra mile to get you the freshest vegetables in town.

I like going to this place to get some healthy food but I recently found a hair in my premade sandwich which was a pretty long strand. This just shows that they are either not wearing hair nets while making food or not being careful while making it.

One of my favorite places to shop for groceries. Reliable produce quality, plenty of hard-to-find items (especially for people with dietary restrictions), and courteous staff. As a side note my wife and I are strict vegans and we appreciate not only the vegan food items, but also vegan soaps and such.Prices aren't bad on many items, although you'll find certain specific things do tend to be pricey here. Look for discounts and promotions.
