The employees didn’t really take great care of my dog. They supposedly “trimmed” his nails but left most not even trimmed just buffed out. They were also suppose to clean his ears which only left discomfort for him causing him to scratch it and shake his head, make it much worse than before.

Just took my dog there and looked like a nice place but when I picked him up. They did not do anything. There was supposed To Do. He still was dirty. Haircut was not done correctly. The nails were still long. I was just very disappointed in this place. I am I will never take my dog 🐶 there again.... 😤

Horrible! Took my Pomeranian in for first time. Long hair, undercoat & some matting. I do realize the work and pay for this service.They called me to say “I” could pick up my dog, brush him myself & bring back for groom? Other groomers do this? I agreed to shave a little as undercoat takes up to 2 yrs to grow back. I picked up my dog and he was shaved to skin with shaver burns across shoulders. I was pissed! Blonde with long nails was “oh well, $80” wth I had to get burn ointment for my poor dog 😢. Bad attitude! Bad service! Do NOT recommend!

We’ve been going here for years but haven’t been in a while. We took my husky mix dog there yesterday and when we brought him home we saw this. I called for an explanation and they tried to tell me it was a hot spot. There is no way it could be a hot spot he can’t even reach that area. When I told them that, they said something about an internal hot spot. Well, we just got back from the vet, it is NOT a hot spot and my dog is now on pain meds and a topical cream for his wound.

WWWWWWWTTTTTFFFF!!!!!! What the heck happened today ? JESS what the heck ? You dropped the ball ! 3+ hours and still no dog given back and with an apt. thats not only unacceptable but ridiculous why and when asked i was given attitude from the broad that thinks shes cute talking to us as if were dumb , also my dog was given back beat up. Rope burns on not only his neck but also on his belly and groin area. I read another review that stated similar problems with the same person is this what is to be expected from this employee? Dog thirsty as hellllllllllll. and not only that he couldnt run away fast enough because all my puppy could think about was going to the bathroom. Very APPALLED by this place i would never trust this place that thinks they are a buisness.

I absolutely love this place !!! My snoopy had a accident on the table and they cleaned it up for a charge which was so cheap!! They are so awsome with Grooming and Dying as well ! and Free biscuits! they were so yummy🤪👍🏻

Absolutely terrible! I asked for a puppy cut and bows. The "owner" agreed to both requests. When I arrived my dogs fur was uneven all over her body and head without bows. My dog was visibly upset. I do not trust these people with my dog.Do your dog a favor go to a better groomer!

This place is great. The grooming is top tier for a very reasonable price. Every time I go, the staff are very busy, so there is not much time for small talk. If you are looking to be pampered and told that your dog is amazing or wonderful, you’ll probably want to go spend $100+ somewhere else. They get quite a bit of business, so you’ll have to schedule a week in advance sometimes. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our dog here for grooming for the past year. Prior to that, one place to the next never getting good quality service without overpaying. Today we brought our newest puppy to get her groomed too. This place treats us so well, and makes the animals relaxed and not afraid of their shop like going to the vet. We highly recommend this place for their professional grooming and spa treatment for your animal. We even love the way our dogs come home all dolled up with bows in their ears.

I took my dog in today at Bath N Biscuit and was so impressed! I moved a few years ago and it was too far to drive back to the groomer I always took my dogs. This business was referred to my daughter so I thought I would give it a try. I have tried to bathe Daisy but I can’t do it and she was looking pretty raggedy, I think she was even embarrassed. I dropped her off not knowing what to expect. I was very, very surprised and happy at what she looked like, didn’t even look like my baby girl! The gentleman was extremely pleasant. I would recommend Bath N is Biscuit to anyone that needs an excellent place to take their dogs for grooming. Along with a great job, it is very affordable! Thank you for doing a beautiful job.

Love this place! Didn't notice how bad my dog needed his nails clipped and they got him in the next day even though they were so busy! Even took time to bath him!!! Love this place and my Frenchie loves the bisquits! He's an old boy but still enjoys to be groomed. Sort of lol

I’ve taken my dog here on two occasions to get her nails trimmed. The first time she had one nail bleeding a bit and they told me to take care of it at home if she has any issues. Fine.But I took her back again yesterday and they bring her out to me... with blood streaking underneath her as she walks. My puppy is happy to see me so she jumps onto my legs, staining my pants and also getting blood on my legs. I don’t mind mud or anything from my doggies, but their own blood? It made me sick to my stomach. They obviously didn’t know what they were doing.I told them there was blood and they took her back and dumped her nails in a tub of some lotion looking creamy stuff. (Seems unsanitary to me but I don’t know what the stuff is).They then give her back to me telling me to carry her so that the concrete doesn’t make her nails bleed more.This would normally be fine but I had ankle surgery and I’m not supposed to carry much more than a few pounds... and my dog is NOT light. I had to carry her to the car then from the parking lot and up the stairs to my apartment. (In 100 degree weather).On top of that, I counted 4 bloody nails. There could’ve been more but I didn’t count before they dunked her nails in that solution.No excuses. If anything, go a little long than HURT my dog.Never returning. I’ll take my business elsewhere or just do them at home from now on.

My puppy is not social at all because of corona virus but he did such a good job with the staff and other puppies here. He got his wispy hair trimmed and he looks soo cute. Im so happy with the outcome. I wish his nails were rounded out but its OK. I definitely recommend.

Our dogs love this place! They treat them like royalty and allow them to casually “visit” with other when they’re well behaved. Our precious elderly golden who needs to lie down for grooming and nail treatments is catered to with tender accommodating care. On the floor! Very high recommendation.

I had a friend who's taken her dogs there for years. So when my groomer relocated unexpectedly, I went to go check them out and it was super cute. They did a very nice job and even sent my little pug home with bandana.

I am absolutely furious. I called the salon two weeks ago to make an appointment for my Pomeranian to have a pregnancy belly shave and grooming. I stressed to them at the time that I was requesting an appointment that she was due on October 5. They told me the first appointment they had wasn’t until September 28. I said she’s going to be VERY pregnant by that point- that’s a week away from her due date. I said you “are you sure you don’t have anything earlier?” The gentleman on the phone told me it would be no problem, It is a week away from her due date on the 28th at 9 AM and they would take very good care of her. I said OK that’s fine. So I scheduled the appointment. Now it’s the 28th and we arrive to drop her off for her appointment at 9 AM, and they refuse to take her because she’s pregnant. Excuse me?? I made it very clear when I scheduled the appointment that she was going to be very pregnant. You told me it wouldn’t be a problem and now we’ve waited two weeks for this appointment when I could’ve gotten her in somewhere else sooner, and you want to turn me away. They are claiming that they don’t want to stress her out however she loves being groomed and it’s not stressful for her at all. She’s super calm and loving and has never been a problem. SHE ONLY WEIGHS 5 lbs & It’s not like it’s the first time she’s been to their salon. I am absolutely livid that now I have to try to find somewhere that will give her a pregnancy belly shave at the last minute. To add insult to injury, they refused to even answer or return my phone call when I was asking why they wouldn’t just shave her belly, Which was mainly what I needed. Pomeranians are incredibly hairy and the puppies would not be able to find the nipples - which is the point of a pregnancy shave

The people here are so focused on the pets they groom and care for. It is amazing. My dogs love to go there. They are great groomers. They do not kennel dogs, just let them play until they are picked up. I highly recommend A Bath N Biscuit Grooming!

I absolutely love this place!! My dog is NOT easy to handle for grooming, but they always do a wonderful job, plus, he is always so excited to go there, which gives me confidence in their handling of him! I recommend them every chance I get!

We keep bringing our puppy back when he needs his nails done! Very fast, well kept, and inexpensive. They do their best to keep him calm when he wants to just get down and play!
