They don't accept 95% of the available coupons, even the physical coupons received in the mail. They didn't even ask if I want mayonaise or mustard - and when I asked about it she just slapped in the middle of the sandwich. Not to mention the abhorrent price of a sandwich. Just serves as a reminder why I don't go to Subway.

Awful service vegetables were not fresh at all; completely browned lettuce, spinach was wilted it was just awful service! In addition, the store was rather dirty. Will not return to this location and I highly recommend choosing to go to the subway on olive instead, much better service and quality of food.

March 14, 2022 at approximately 4:15PM. The employee's behavior towards me was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. She seemed to be having a bad day (hope so) judging from her impatient body language. I don't care how bad you are at making my sandwich, but if an employee is going to be disrespectful like that, then they don't deserve to take my hard-earned money, period! I ended up walking out and going somewhere else with actual customer service. I will not return to this particular Subway until they hire employees who know how to address customers in a friendly manner!

They don't stay open until 9 like they claim. I got there at 8:20 and they already had locked the door. If your not going to stay open that late then don't post it everywhere that you do. Bad business.

Our sandwiches were spot on. I tried the California club done my way... With every thing on it except iceberg lettuce and it was toasted on Italian herb bread. The employee young lady was very nice which made my sandwich. Very attentive to my requests. My sandwich was great. My boyfriend enjoyed his as well he ate it all. going to this subwaywas peaceful...no one is really aware thats it's there. Some of the other Subways are very congested. Young lady was very courteous. We chatted for a bit.

Best Subway in town if you catch the right staff... some stuff members not so much... the owner is friendly and speaks foods usually fresh at this location.

0 stars!!Worst customer service I had at subway!! I don't know why they even have a phone for if they don't answer! I called them like 10 times because I had a question and didn't even answer once!! Definitely won't be coming here and I will sure let my people know!

Suoer quick in and out. Made my sandwich really good. They were understanding with how picky I am about my sandwich and worked with me on getting everything exactly the way I wanted it.

This subway is the most cleanest one I've seen in Merced very great service and food people are so nice there and the food is just so fresh I can't brag enough but I love it I will be coming here every day only subway people should be going to .

I came here twice and every time the bread would be hard, crunchy, and was not fresh. I’ve worked for a subway before and we never used the bread from the previous day.
