I love this bookstore! The aisles and the books themselves are clean and unobstructed. Even better, the proprietor keeps them well-organized and in alphabetic order, where applicable, and has a great selection of both fiction and non-fiction. She greets you cheerfully, is happy to help you with your list if you have one, or leaves your to browse or read peacefully if that's what you want. I spent a pleasant 2 hours there and went home with a nice stack of books for my collection. What could be better than a store that sells you what you want and makes the shopping experience an enjoyable experience rather than a necessary evil!

I came to pick up a box of pre-made popcorn for our popcorn machine at Aloha Floral. Everytime that I come in it is nice and clean even in the restrooms. The workers work clean and don't have debris everywhere so that it is impossible to get around. Everything is pretty much stocked, the popcorn could be more stocked but everything else is awesome. The cashier's are super friendly and helpful. The produce always looks gorgeous! They even have flowers to buy. I'll definitely keep making the trip out to smart & final! You guys are winning!!!

Not a lot of choices. But on those choices are a lot of good prices. Lots of good deals on many products. Many things are high in prices. Just look for them deals. Good meat price...... I go here for my produce. I find that it is the best quality and in my area. Not the cheapest though but I go for quality with produce........

Today I encountered the rudest & nastiest employee at your store. This employee was a slender built male with a mustache wearing a blue disposable mask & a black hooded sweater. I simply & politely asked for help only to be met with rolling of the eyes, mumbling, sighing loudly, curt & remark that I will not repeat.My advice this employee is a liability & is going to one day cost you a lawsuit.

This store is busy during the day. You can buy products in bulk here. If you have a restaurant or janitorial business, this store is a good place to shop. Personally, I'm not a fan of their produce dept. Their vegetables don't stay fresh long. If you buy the bulk bags of vegetables, make sure you check the product before purchasing please. Other than that, this store is perfect. Holidays are packed. After the holidays are smaller groups of customers doing simple shopping.

This place is very convenient and if you download their app and make an account you can have access to many digital coupons. Great prices and has everything even a good selection of liquor

Decent place to buy things but do check the labels in case some of the merchandise has been expired. I go here for the meat specials when they have them marked down. The waiting time at the checkout line in the store is relatively short. Staff is usually friendly.

Smart & Final. Store was clean and we'll organize. Very crowded though. But even with the crowd the people were friendly. Cashier seemed not to be there...no hi... how you doing...nothing. Maybe having a bad day. Who knows? Gave them three stars...just an average store. Gotta go. See ya.

My first time in the store was yesterday. I like it, it's got a good variety of stuff. It's like the big warehouse store in a smaller easier to shop store, and they don't have membership fees. They may be smaller, but carry the items in bulk that i need. It's easy to compare prices on items because the price tags all have a breakdown price on them, such as a per item or price per ounce, etc.. that is very helpful for a bargain Hunter like me. There prices are very comparable with the big warehouse store but the lines are so much shorter. I went back again today and i will be returning again.

I love the cleanliness of this place. It's a very big store and has quite a few kind workers there. It always smells nice there too, especially in the bathroom!

Nice store. Consistently clean and well stocked. I have always been a fan of buying in bulk but when you pay for a membership, how much are you really saving? If you are feeding the neighborhood maybe Costco is worth it. If you have a normal household and don't want to buy 96 rolls of toilet paper at a time (I am sure they will say it's a good deal) you should get rid of the club card(unless it's free) and head over to Smart and Final. You can get most of the bulk sizes for the things you actually need.

There was trash scattered outside their doors. The place was run down inside. It was crowded on Saturday afternoon. The isles had so much clutter with boxes you couldn't pass by another cart going in opposite direction. They had 1 checker open & the line went all the way to the back of the store. It was at least an hour wait just to check out. The vegetables were wilted looking. The floors were dirty. Homeless people were laying around the property. Not what I would expect of a Smart & Final.

This store is making a serious effort to provide a clean, organized environment for an area that doesn't have a ton of grocery options. Staff was very helpful and polite. Need some sort of spacial modification to create line space in the front of the store.

Prices are good but lately the quality of the cold items have been poor. The authentic Guacamole was 5 days past the expedition date. The baby carrots in the large veggie tray were all slimy and turning to mush.

Bad customer service the cashier/manager was rude and she made me feel like I was bothering her when I got in her line when I said hi how are you she just looked up at me and stared at me but didn't even acknowledge what I said. When my transaction was done I said thank have a good day she just gave me a dirty look like I was the one being rude. Guess I'll just start shopping more at Costco since the workers there will always be polite and go beyond they way to make sure you visit is a great visit

I love the store. The cashiers not so much. Super super super slow and not friendly. Had 2 people in front of me in the 10 items or less express line and stood there for over 15 min. If she moved any slower someone would need to check her pulse. I finally moved to a much longer line and was finished before it would have been my turn.

Pros:They've got just about anything you need as far as food and food related products. Great for the Preper looking to buy in bulk at a reasonable price.Cons:Since the outbreak of the pandemic, they make everyone form a single file line to check out, calling one person at a time up to the registers. I don't see the logic. You spend twice as much time in close proximity of other shoppers, just standing in that line that's sometimes goes all the way to the back wall of the store.

Dirty, dingy looking. Smaller than I expected. Cashier was less than friendly and not interested with any exchange of a thank you or have a great evening at which I recieved no reply and then she flatly turned her back and ignored us. Some really good hit and miss sale items. However, most basic everyday items are just flatly over priced. My first visit & I wasn't impressed.

Waited 15 min for someone to move some pallets around to get us 4 bags of Ice only to have an off the clock employee have the manager Sally go in the back and quickly pull some bags for her. Very unprofessional! Dont ever shop here and just a reminder to stick to my Costco. So annoying!

If you are black...simply do NOT shop here. The store employee walked up to us less than a min of arriving to store and upon seeing that 10lbs of baked beans said that his "manager" (who never materialized) said she wanted to see what was in a very tiny, childs backpack. Mind you in line, i saw two carts, both with larger backpacks I see were not checked in. For sure it was because we were African American. We were shopping for our 40th Annual family reunion. We immediately left. Your store loss at least $400. And to the poor boy that was sent to tell us to give them the backpack...sorry your manager was to scared to ask herself. I will never shop here.

I know a few people who unfortunately work at this location. There are various injustices with management pre-COVID and during COVID. I have shopped at this location before and management doesn't even try to fake their treatment with their employees. They are so transparent with the way they manage its sickening.I really hope there is a lawsuit brought upon this place because the toxicity in atmosphere is unreal. Worst than Walmart to tell you the truth. We as citizens of the public need to stop buying into the idea that employees are separate and unequal to a customer. All customer service employees are human and have lives outside of work. Stop treating them like animals.I really hope you stop shopping at this place. Shopping there will only help support their twisted culture.
