The pharmacy needs some work. Most of the time I'm told the prescription isn't ready, and to come back later... last time the lady working said "well I'm off in 5 minutes". I'm an hour drive away, and to be told I'm out of luck is ridiculous. 4 days after the prescription is sent should be enough time to get it ready! Everyone else was nice except for this lady so 3 stars.

Seems like it’s being closed down. Empty shelves not being restocked. The one in Oakhurst was closed last year and they have a much larger population. We have to leave the county to find a lot of things we need

Michael the pharmacist is great and takes his time to explain things to where I understand and that means a lot when it comes to medication.

I have never in my near 40 years of existence experienced a pharmacy that truly cares and takes the extra steps to ACTUALLY care of their patients in our current healthcare climate.All I can say is thank you to our local rite aid pharmacy for taking care of our community! They all work so hard and deserve our praises!Donna and Carla (and one other I forget) are absolute gems and do whatever they can to help their patients.

This Rite Aid has always been good - In my opinion.I see a lot of not so positive reviews on here and I have to wonder how people expect to have everything- right then and there for them- with no wait. The pharmacy has been good- ( of course they have rules to follow and things take time) the store has been good- the staff has always been respectful and knowledgeable- in my opinion. Headed there right now while I'm in the area to get some ice cream.

Dr called in a prescription for me around 11 AM. After waiting a reason amount of time I went to pick up around 4 PM. To my astonishment not only was my antibiotic not ready but there was no call from the pharmacy to say there was an issue or to get any additional information they needed to complete the order. The literal unprofessionalism is mind blowing. These are ill folks here. Maybe call customers and not make them waste trips to pick up things that should have been done hours ago. The management of the location could use some coaching this isn’t the first time they have shown unprofessionalism and if it’s happened to me multiple times I’m sure other people have.

This store needs better management. The ice cream counter is like an afterthought and I have stood there waiting on someone and they never come and help. I had a gentleman today walk over while I was standing there completely ignore me and walk away. The last couple of times I went it seems like you are a bother to whoever is made to assist at that counter. I actually heard one associate mumble that he didn’t need a break while scooping my ice cream. I am so over the mismanagement of this store that if we had another drug store up here I would never come back. I am a local and we don’t have many options up here so unfortunately I will have to go back eventually.

Employees were nice but had an uncomfortable experience. A customer wasn't wearing a mask and standing right behind me in line, while speaking to his mother who was wearing a mask, clearly ignoring the social distancing markers. No one said anything and when they came up to the register, they weren't told to don a mask.

Stopped at this Rite Aid to purchase a couple of cosmetic products while passing through Mariposa. Found them to be rather well stocked with a nice range of products for a small town pharmacy. Would have no problems stopping here from time to time if we lived in the area.

Handed over my prescription and the dispensing clerk immediately had my medication in hand. Then proceeded to explain that it would take another 45 minutes to process. Even the pharmacist was rude when I questioned why it would take so long. Unbelievably slow and bad service despite there being only 3 people in the waiting area. If you have the option, take your business else where, these people don't care.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, they say they will have your medication ready at a certain time, you go hours after that to finally pick it up, and they still say it's going to be an hour away, I do not recommend I will be switching my pharmacy to pioneer.

Update. Terrible Rite Aide since Ron took over management!! Nothing in stock. Long wait at cashier station. Grumpy employees.The worse management ever. The pharmacy is really good however.

showed up to their pharmacy in alot of pain due to a tooth extraction.. they said they could fill my pain medicine, after an hour wait i got a call saying they needed to verify my old medication with a doctor in florida, Needless to say they left me high and dry and in pain, i took my prescription right next door to Pioneer Market's Pharmacy where they had just closed but they were nice enough to squeeze me in and get my medication filled within 5 MINUTES! on time for when i needed it.. WILL never come to rite aide ever again

Good deals and and quick service..just about anything you might need can found here...for the most part everything can be easily found..but marketing scheme floor layouts may leave you walking around the store buying thing you don't need..
