BEST MENUDO IN THE ENTIRE 831!!Best breakfast to have.We’ve been buying their menudo for the past 20+ years and as someone that’s tried menudo in many other places from San Francisco to Monterey none can beat this one at El Rancho Market. This menudo comes paired with its cilantro/onion mix as well a crushed pepper with oregano on its separate containers.I’ll be honest I haven’t been in the store in many years but my dad brings us menudo from here just about every weekend.When we go visit family in Modesto area they always ask us to bring them some. That’s how good it is.On the picture I added my own home grown oregano hence the big oregano leaves.Everyone needs to give their menudo a try.

It has a decent variety of dry Mexican goods and other Latin products. It also have a Carniceria (meat market) and a food kitchen for quick Mexican food. The food is okay, nothing exceptional but enough for the craving. The carniceria has an ok selection of cuts. The produce section is small and the produce may not always be fresh, so keep that in mind. They sell pan dulce too, but I would highly recommend making a trip to any of the Mexican bakeries in Seaside. The prices for common groceries are a bit overpriced so I usually limit myself to the meat market. Still, it is good to know we have a store for those hard-to-find products that we love.

I love El rancho my family & I have been coming to this market since I was a little girl! 27 years later I still stop by to cash my checks and I’m always greeted with a smile I love the fact they sell vegetables then they have the meat section with other food items as burritos ect .. It’s a family owned market I think that’s pretty awesome. I love how I come in they know who I am :) as a customer it makes me feel good.. thank you all ! Keep up the good work..

I visit on occasions of hunger for a super size burrito. This establishment has the best in Marina, CA. You can get it with all of the ingredients you can think of for a reasonable price.I highly recommend this establishment for a great experience.Oh, they have rib's already cooked and they are great.

I used to live in Preston Park, we would go twice a month to El Rancho to get one of their Meat boxes. They let you mix n match steak, ground beef, hot links, chicken of all kinds, or pork. Great quality of food, always delicious. Staff always supper nice. Highly recommend....

We chose Rancho for our wedding. We were very pleased with their customer service. After two postponements due to covid, they worked with us. We thank their management.For food, we recommend BIRRIA. It is delicious and perfect for a small and big event that needs to be delivered 40 miles plus. The main entree comes with the works, rice, beans, chips, salsa and green salad.

This place is very good it still has butchers in the store is privately owned they do like burritos and hot food to go and they also have coffee and soft drinks it's a grocery store.El rancho market it's a green place and a clean environment pick up a little bit of food or fruit if you're going out there to the wharf in Monterey have a nice day.

I like going into this Mexican Food Market. It has improved 100%. I have shopped at this market for over 15 years. If you want to cook Authenic Mexican dishes or eat authentic Mexican Burritos. This is the place to shop. It has a full service deli and meat department. People are friendly and ready to help with your needs.

Good prices, friendly staff the food needs improvement. I am a big fan of burritos and carne al pastor. The flavor of the adobe sacue is to overpowering it tasted odd like lemon and vinegar. It is so red it turns your entire buritto into a soggy pink tortilla. Also the ingredients dont like fresh. They do add a lot of meat and personally I like an even to even ratio on ingredients. The salsa was flavorless and had no spice, I am a hudge fan of salsa roja and am used to eating very spicy. I can eat a basic burrito with a basic salsa and be happy but this food experience was unpleasent it made me a feel sick. I forced myself to eat it since I purchased the $14 super burrito especting a good out come but was greatly dissapointed wich hardly ever happens.

Great place to get fresh meats, produce, spices, they have GREAT customer service, and a place that cashes checks. They even have a hot meal menu, seafood, carnitas, carne asada, pollo. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. Come down and experience the quality delight of el Rancho market.

Stopped for lunch to get a burrito based on the reviews on here. There was nobody else in line but me. There were 5 guys kinda working but also had time to chat. They would occasionally look at me standing there and they would look at each other and smile like it was amusing to them that I was standing there waiting. I waited to be helped for ten minutes and was never helped by any of the 5 guys behind the counter. First and last time I go there.

This place is a local FRESH MEAT market and restaurant, it appears to be relatively busy at the restaurant, the MARKET PRODUCTS ARE VERY OVER PRICED; the produce is very old and not maintained, black spotted fruits, including soggy looking strawberries, items that should be replaced and has not been removed: products are just stock for purchased, these items I don't think are really recycled for expired dates, or soiled cans! The placed looks disorganized and unkept!

Used to love it but lately the food just ain't the same my daughter love a simple bean and cheese burrito but for some reason it's never the same price it just depends on who makes it and the worker my my wife super nervous with all the cat calling.

I been here so many time because I just want to support marina business and I been treated so badly almost every time so I’m not going back anymore. I was waiting in line to get meat first but they rather take another person just walk to the line and one time my son went there and ordered meat and ask them to slide it they said the machine is broken when my son walk away he saw they use the machine for the next Custumer so I call the owner so many time all he said is sorry but his worker never change so I don’t feel like he fixes the problem.

This place has great food,chili verde best I have ever had.I don't like it hot thiers is tangy with just the right amount of heat.They have always been a great place for burritos now they have so much more very reasonable prices.I have been eating there for over a decade and they just keep getting better.

I found El Rancho when I started making my own dog food, they have good prices on meat, but now that I have moved away what keeps me coming back is their asada burritos! Other than their hot lunch/dinner, it is also a nice little store to pick up produce and other non perishables.

Friendly staff that are fluent in English and Spanish. Great meat counter that also serves really tasty burritos. Not the biggest selection of products, but you can find most of the things you are looking for.

best local Mexican market in the area ,burritos are the absolute best in all of Central coast of California. they have everything you could ever need and super low prices. you should stop in and see what is cooking ,you will be glad you did.
