Why offer curbside pick up if you're just never going to send someone out. I waited over an hour.I go inside and have some older lady named Lucy or something like that, "help" me. She just seemed annoyed having to talk to me. Just for me to not have any help taking a DOOR out to my car or even help with loading it. It was all just frustrating.

This used to be my primary go-to for home improvements... however, new employees with better things to do than help customers (especially with cement) or loading anything, negative/ unfriendly attitudes, and snarky chauvinistic comments severed my interest in continuing to shop here. Lowes is down the road and worth the extra 2 minute drive.

Very helpful! They couldn't locate the zinc paint that the website showed was available in the store. They had it delivered to home before 8 am. next day! Great way to keep customers by going a little further!

I wouldnt give them any stars,There were no shopping carts in the garden area, customer service were rude AF, I will possibly go to Lowes, Fresno or general lumber, not surprised I had prev major other problems with that store.

This place is like our Disneyland! Home Depot we are happy as H, E, double hockey sticks (LL)there! This last visit we got the necessary items in order for us to properly clean our butts after we drop a load or two. The girls were pretty embarrassed while we were there at the items we were getting but I explain to them would you rather clean your muddy hand with a dry piece of toilet paper or would you rather wash it off with some water? That muddy hand that’s cleaned off with a dry piece of toilet paper is what your butt has been all these years. We’re on a mission to clean Americans butts.

I only leave review when I feel employee goes beyond just to have a customer happy the manager Matt was great. He helped me when everyone was busy I was waiting for a while he Did not hesitate and took my stuff to my SUV him and Jeffrey I believe that his name they were both awesome, and went beyond to help me I appreciate it.

Do not buy your appliances from Home Depo because I bought a new refrigerator and it did not work. It’s been 4 months and they do not want to replace it or give me a refund. They sent technicians to work on it however it still does not work. Since the technicians from the first company that came 6 times could not fix it they switched us to another company because they do not to replace it. I will not be making anymore big purchases from this company anymore. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Way too expensive. Lowe's has better prices and nicer employees. We ended up getting our product on Amazon, because Lowe's didn't have it, and it was $107 at Home Depot. $43 for the same exact product on Amazon. I understand there is a markup for these big guys, but that's just too much.

They have just about everything you need for any size project. Great place to go for the do it yourselfer or for large contractors. Never the long lines at the registers and the self check out is always open. I personally shop there often.

I use Home Depot often. The only problem I have is website shows item in stock but not actually in stock when I get there. I highly doubt items are purchased before I get there considering the amount shown of items listed as being in stock but overall I’m happy with the store.

Everything was fun but the only thing was none of the associates was available to help customers. Most of them was on their cellphones and other than that was busy doing their stacking. Weird thing was one associate in windows section was soo busy in her online training stuff that she didn't pay attention when I ask her for help in blinds section.. at the end I was able to find my stuff without help. Loved the associate on front entrance encouraging everyone to sign In the raffle draw....

We had floors installed and purchased here. I will tell you horrible experience. Purchased floors and the install at end of March 2022. Floors did not get installed until June 2022. Apparently the flooring we wanted was on back order which no one explained to us. Wanted to cancel because they couldn't give me a date of when floors would be in. They promised a refund of 1500 if we kept the order with them. That was a mistake because when flooring came in the first sub contractor quit 2 days in then there was a change order for 1k and this whole time I had know where to put my family because I was having the whole house done with new flooring. Had to miss work to be there with second sub that was hired and get hotel for my family to stay in. They finished in June and we are almost in August and Home Depot still have not held up to their end of the deal. Definitely not using them again. I will go to lowes or hire my own contractor. What a mess.

I stood at key cutting after having them page someone for 10 minutes and when no one came asked clerk to call someone again and stood another 10 minutes and was just about to walk away and someone going on break finally ask if I was waiting for key cutter and offered to help. Another associate walked up and neither one was able to help me because the key was not one they could make a copy of. What happened to having a good old fashion machine that could make any key there was?

Bought fence posts and concrete today. Unlike at other places, a worker volunteered to load my flatbed cart for me. He also volunteered to load the material in my vehicle! Truly outstanding customer service! Color me shocked and thankful.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for years and customer service was great until my last two visits. First rented a carpet cleaner and was charged a cleaning fee even after I cleaned it as I usually do. It wasn’t my first time renting and the manager said “I know sometimes our guy employees don’t charge cleaning fee” which was completely out of place. Second time was purchasing paint for my kitchen and I asked for assistance regarding the right color (which one would be brighter/darker) and the girl assisting me had a horrible attitude and treated me like if I was stupid. Of course I don’t know much about paint that is why I was asking for help! There is no need to treat customers this way.

Went to buy paint, stood there for about 15 minutes. Went and found someone to help me, the young gentleman couldn't cause it wasn't his department. So I went back to paint department and 10 minutes later they called for someone to paint. I waited for twenty more minutes and nobody ever came to help. Worst experience ever.

This HOME DEPOT is the best one there is because of the store Manager!! David Began!! He’s the best there is as Store Managers he really is dedicated to the store he’s family oriented he has a great heart and just because he’s manager he actually works he’s a great role model as a store manager he rocks! This is my honest opinion and I am pleased and honored that I was able to meet him!
