Love this as a stop to get gas, stretch our legs and use the restrooms. The restrooms are very clean and they have more then 1 stall. I have it saved as one of our safe stops for our resting breaks.

I drive a Ram 3500 and haul campers around the country. I was tired of driving and had to get off the road. I usually don’t stop at Pilots but Loves across the street has construction going on so a portion of their parking lot is closed off. So I decided to go across the street to this Pilot. Asked if I could park along the curb closest to the street and cashier yelled across the store for management. Manager lady said I couldn’t park where I was. So I moved to where I wasn’t in the way. I put my window shades up and crawled into the back and fell asleep for a couple of hours. Only a couple of hours because I get a pounding on my window. I see the lady walking back to my camper and I already know she is going back to knock on that door. I can tell by now I’m not welcome. I crawl up to my front seat and take the windshield shades down. Then this rude angry lady pokes her head in front of my windshield and rudely says I gotta move. I’m still trying to wake up so I just shake my head yes. I guess she was mad at life because she had to empty trash cause she didn’t look happy when I seen her walking around. I got stuck in those spots cause the fuel truck guy blocked me in. There are no signs up for no overnight parking or any other heads up. I’ve been traveling the country for 4 years delivering campers to dealerships and I have never been kicked out of a truck stop for parking in the front. I don’t frequent California or this area but I’ll make sure when I come through here I won’t ever stop here again!

I have been here several times I’ve always had a good experience here with the employees I’ve encountered.Great place to fill up, use restroom ( almost always clean). Plenty of things to snack on if you’re hungry. They also have a Wendy’s restaurant attached.There are cinnamon rolls that are handmade and try your willpower By not buying one after you smell the aroma.

LONG REVIEW: IMPORTANT FOR THOSE WHO USE ALL PILOT FACILITIES.The pilot first of all has limited parking, therefore parking is limited most times of the day and night. There are only a few showers and it takes a very long time to clean them, so the wait is obscene. Once in the showers the plumbing is awful. The shower heads spray in all directions, leaving the entire bathroom and all your belongings drenched. The showers aren't vented properly so if you're taking a hot shower, the ceiling drips continuously and again all over your dry belongings. Don't leave your wallet or phone on the counter they WILL be SOAKED. The store itself is very busy, so they're not organized or clean. Wendy's has dirty tables and floor, and the staff don't seem to care to clean.

Usual Pilot Travel Center with heavy traffic. The gas prices here are close to if not the best in this area.Traffic is confusing as some people turn left at the stop light and approach the pump heading away from the store, while others turn left into the store, thus pulling up to the pump facing the store. This causes a bit of a traffic jam at times.Otherwise, it is a good Pilot stop.

Mr Buffett you need to cancel your people on hundred-dollar bills I had a little corner missing on my hundred-dollar bill and they wouldn't take it and left me stranded with no fuel because they can't feed it into their machine you would make a ton of money on common Sense courses now I'll use love for now on

Can I store a lot of products close a lot of essential for the cars and trucks and inside you can find a Wendy's and a food stand take some hot dogs other typical comfort food public restrooms and I do them out of showers here I definitely recommend this place to be a good rest area you can find a Taco Bell outside and a couple of other food stands fast food joints to eat decent amount parking and if you are looking for a good rest area this is definitely one.

Walked over to Pilot to use the washer and dryer!!! Great crew on shift!! They even let me get a free coffee while I did laundry 👍👍👍👍👍

Good service store close to I5. Most of the restaurants are closed late night. On site laundry and shower. Safe area. Convince store. Limited fresh food availability after 7 PM.

Half an hour just to get off the street and onto the lot to get parked, requested a shower an hour and a half ago and there's still 17 guests in line...and nobody cleaning showers. Which reviews show as a constant theme at this Pilot.

Great place to stop with the family for gas, bathroom break, and something to eat. Enjoyed their Cinnabon section! Also, Wendy’s and other fast food places to eat nearby.

This was our first gas stop from doing a certified ride of 1000 miles in under 24 hours. The bathroom was clean and there was a large selection of snacks available. I think there were showers there as I kept hearing it over the speakers. There were also washer and dryers inside. All in all, good stop.for gas and necessities.

It's a good place to stop. Lost Hill's has plenty of choices for snack and drinks. Has a Wendy's restaruant too.

WOW GIRL NAME DAE AR THE REGISTER DIDN'T GREET A SINGLE PERSON DIDN'T TALK TO THEM TOLD WHAT THE TOTAL WAS FOR THEIR PURCHASE DOESN'T EVEN LOOK AT YOU SHE JUST TALKS TO HER COWORKERS REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. WHY DIES SHE EVEN WORK THERE? SHE CLEARLY HAS NO INTEREST IN PEOPLE INTERACTION. MAYBE SHE NEEDS TO FIND HER SELF ANOTHER JOB CAUSE IF SHE'S THE FIRST FACE THEY SEE WHEN THEY COME IN WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO BE RECEIVE WITH THAT ATTITUDE!!!

Pretty clean bathrooms (3 stalls) for women. Lots of tea and coffee choices for those late night drivers. Craving something sweet? They have an extensive snack selection and even a Cinnabon and Wendy's! Also, I heard over their loud speaker that this stop, also offers showers.

This Pilot is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I hate stopping here because its so nasty. Nobody deserves walking into filth and stench after many hours out on the road and away from home. This is the ladies room, not once have I stopped here and seen the restroom in an acceptable condition.

This is my favorite place to fill up heading South on Hwy 5 from the Bay Area to Los Angeles, California. The gas is cheap, the bathrooms are clean. I can go to Disneyland and back with one tank and then fill up again for my ride home!

The parking area inside the pilot is small. I will not reccomend buying their Wifi it is horrible. The upside is that there are plenty of things around here that is walking distance and does not feel isolated. That's why I gave it 4 stars

Restrooms were clean and prices were decent but the one unusually long traffic stop that one has to pass to get back in to highway makes you think if it's worth stopping by.
