I have been taking my 3 small long haired dogs for a haircut and grooming since they were pups ( 2 and 3 years respectively). The price is reasonable and they do a really good job with my troublemakers, even though I know they don't make it easy for them. Highly recommend.PS They do health vaccines too.

I called to ask if there was availability to take my grey cat to get his claws trimmed, since they previously said the employee who does that is only available on Wednesdays, and I also asked how much they charge for a cat. The man told me over the phone it's $10 and I took him within half an hour after calling. Once he clipped the claws he charges me 16.00 bc I paid with a credit card. I told him he told me $10 on the phone he said no it's $15.00 and 1.00 to use a card. I reiterated that's not what he said and he gave me back the 5.00 but he made it clear that next time he was going to charge me $25 because it's a large cat. My cat is 16 lbs ok. Yes he's a big boy but it doesn't justify increasing the price to $15 more when he literally took not even a minute to clip his claws. Needless to say I will not be returning because they are price gouging.

I’ve been looking for a pet shop who treats my pup humanely, I used to take him to PetSmart/PetCo and found two open gash wounds by his ribs (he’s like 7lbs) and that was the LAST time he returned almost 5-6 years ago so I started grooming him until I found in my own hometown of Boyle Heights VIP Pet Shop family owned who did an amazing job! My morkie (Yorkie/Maltese) is very needy and sensitive, cries a lot, but they treat him so well haven’t had an issue he’s been here about 4 times now and I honestly am so grateful I found this place. Rebecca is usually who answers the phones she’s very nice and attentive she speaks Spanish as well. It feels good to spend money at a mom and pop shop and support brown business in my hometown! I definitely recommend this place to anyone struggling to find a groomer. It’s by appointment only and they usually are busy so no same day appointments are accepted but they’ll accommodate for the next available time slot. The grooming service usually takes 2hrs especially if it’s later on in the day to noon. There’s also a variety of pet store goods. Please be kind and mindful when calling for the first time employees are owners and can refuse service to anyone.

Horrible place don’t come here!! The lady working has a horrible personality. I went in to get my dogs hair trimmed I waited 2 hrs and I called because I hadn’t received a call from the store to come pick up my dog. As soon as I call her she tells me I called you 3 times and even left a voicemail so I’m going to have to charge you $15 more on top of the $65. I got to the shop and I explained I never got a call. She’s like no I called with her bad attitude. Also when I got my dog back she cried and jumped on me. It also has me questioning if they did anything to her. I do not recommend.

Been there a few times honestly the lady is rude and she tell you anytime you have to have a appointment and she won't let us book basically kicked us out she also did not seem to have any customers and she still did not want to take my dog I have a small dog. Anyway I went again but checked to see if it was someone else and now 8ts the dude same BS we need to make a appointment I tried to make a appointment they do not pick up I went hoping to find a time slot and they said they are booked I told him I would return tomorrow same thing I called and nothing strait to voicemail I went again and explained that I called and tried to set up a appointment but no he said no appointment no service most places take any dog as long as they are up to date with vaccines but this place did not even care to check so this place is a big no and to the owners of this place I know you are going to see this but you guys lack pride and service I could easily recommend 5 shops better and I think I will list them

Dog cleaned, deshedded, bathed, nails trimmed, perfume for 65$ (March 2021). Parking is difficult. Pretty knowledgeable folks. They open at 9:15am and are pretty strict on appointments.

Me and my husband just went in for shots and the woman does the actual shot herself no charge . Everything in there is great prices . She was a very sweet lady and we will definitely come back . She’s trustworthy and very genuine about wanting to care for pets . Muchísimas gracias !!

Very pleased with doggy grooming, Corazon left feeling fresh and with an extra pep in her step! Staff is very professional, accommodating, and grooming was complete in a timely manner. It's a family owned business which is a plus!

I know this place for over 10 years i took my dog there a long time algo .And she did a great job. I'm taking my new dog there to get a hair cut .The shots are very affordable there ,the price of the hair cuts are also very affordable . These people work very hard on doing a good job on all the animals they get.

I just got a puppy, and I needed to vaccinate her. After calling a few places, they had the lowest price for vaccines & their customer service is very good too!

Horrible! No vengan. My dogs came in for a flea wash and they called me in an hour. The puppies came out looked like they were sprayed and they still were dirty. I called them and asked what happend. The groomer said no one could take out all of the fleas and that its more like a quick rinse than a flea wash. All in all customer service was not worth it and neither was ther service. Please take your pets somewhere were they will take care of them. The accept dogs without vaccines ,dangerous for other dogs.

Nunca voy a regresar!Honestly my 5 year sister could do a better job. If you want waste money for a distasterous grooming come here. I know its expensive elsewhere but its worth it because the vip pet shop people are unprofessional who could get your dogs sick and even get them fleas. Bad business...
