i wanted to like this place because i personally know a lot of people who take their pets there, but if you care about your pup's health, do NOT take them here. i took my five month old puppy here to get his first grooming experience and they left his ears raw and he developed an ear infection in both ears immediately. he has never had an ear infection because when i bathe him at home i make sure to dry his ears well in order to prevent an infection. the lady who helped me up front was really nice, but there has to be some sort of impatient unexperienced groomer in the back because this is not okay. i have attached photos as proof. -10/10. The first two were the day we noticed it and the others are from after I cleaned and flushed his ear out.

Took our dog here for her first grooming in LA and they did a great job!The place was pretty spacious and clean. Took about 5 hours—it seemed like they had a lot of appointments today.The staff was also really friendly and kind! Prices were VERY FAIR! $50 grooming for our 20-pound cockapoo.

Their dog cutting skills are fine, but their customer treatment is horrendous. I was a regular at Olympic Pet Shop for 3 years, every few months I would get my dog groomed there and only there. I had an emergency with my dog having fleas and this business told me it would be 10+ days before they could get her in to see her and get her a flea bath. I made an appointment regardless just incase but I immediately reached out to other groomers who could help me save my dog. I found another company who helped resolve my flea issue the next day and I never called to cancel the appointment. Thus, this company decided after 3 years of loyal business with them and only them - I was banned permanently from ever returning and paying for their services. They have my phone number black listed as well as my girlfriends and they refuse to respond via text or phone call when either of us try to reach out. I’ve never seen such disgusting treatment from a business over absolutely nothing but a missed appointment. Unfathomable. I highly recommend you do not waste your time with these ruthless and disrespectful business owners.

At this grooming pet shop you’ll be welcomed by sweetest ladies. They will take care of your doggies as if they were their own dogs. I bring my three small doggies to get washed/groomed and every time they LOVE it! The ladies even give them treats and cuddle them on top of doing an amazing job in grooming them!

We've been going to Olympic Pet Shop for years now and in addition to their reasonable prices they always do a superb job. Everyone there is always so friendly. Even though we moved further away, we have continued to go there for our dog grooming. Highly recommend.

I just loved the service here. It was my dog's first time getting groomed and they were very patient and lovely with him. My dog's hair was a disaster! It was a bit matted and knotted. To manage it, they had to cut it very short but despite this he looks super cute.

I brought my dog here a while back and she came out completely transformed. She smelled amazing, they handled her nicely, she looked beautiful, and they gave her the exact trimming I wanted. The only downside would be that they took quite long to attend to her, about 3 hours or so, but once I saw her it was worth the wait. I definitely plan on bringing her back again when I'm in the area.

I love how they cut their hair and I think it's very reasonable for Japanese style cut.The store is very clean so that's what I like too because some grooming place is very smelly and dirty but They keep store very clean and nice:)

They nipped my dog. The cut got infected and I had two expensive vet bills. They claimed to have filed a claim with their insurance company but it’s been 4 months and I have not gotten a response nor have they answered my calls. My next step is to send them to small claims court because this is unacceptable and I will NOT foot the bill for their negligence. I under that accidents happen but the way they handled this is unacceptable.

I came to this pet shop hoping to get a poodle cut for my toy poodle that wasn't TOO short, and after talking to the groomer she advised me to cut it pretty short because my puppy's hair was pretty matted. However, when I talked to her she made it seem like it wouldn't end up too short and when I came back it looked like my dog had had it's body shaven except for it's legs and face!I was so mad because it didn't even look like my dog, except for her cute little face :( I give this place 2 stars because my dog smelled nice and they put a complimentary bow on her head.

Besides parking, I am ridiculously attached to my dog and they made me feel very comfortable in leaving Fluffy in their care (even though he's a biter) which they were patient with. Loved his fur cut lol the price was affordable and I will definitely be taking Fluffy again ... Thank you Olympic Pet Shop

I have decided to adopt a Shihtzu and as a first time dog owner, I had to look for stuffs like shampoos, vitamins, dog food etc. I did a research online and I found this pet shop which is just located nearby. On Saturday afternoon, I walked in with my dog and I got all the things I needed for her plus I got some new toys for free.The friendly owner gave some advice on food and vitamins, told me what to do and not to do, and even played with my little Shihtzu. I could see how he cares about dogs.And as a first time dog owner and a first time customer, my dog got her nails clipped for free.Without him, I really don't know what to do. He is so knowledgeable and a true professional! I will be their regular customer from now on.

I feel so angry! Last time you cut my dog's eyelash. This time I told you do not cut her hair and eyelash! I even sent the picture to you！Finally, she became a baldy！I leave my dog's hair grow long to make sure she can be braided. But now, she is a baldy! So ugly.
