Took my mother in laws dog to get her nails clipped after they neglected to cut them for months. She had one curled up piercing her skin. They took very good care of her, and took the time to explain to me how bad it was and how to properly take care of her nails.The dog is Tiny, 8 pounds and she bit the groomer and he didn't make a fuss about it at all. I will be bringing my own dogs here and my mother in laws dog regularly here from now on. Very clean & Great service.

I am truly so upset. Took my dog here to get his haircut. He was completely fine before we took him in. Once we picked him up and we got home we noticed he was not able to walk on one of his legs. We called the store back to ask them what happened and they couldn’t find what to tell us. The man working in front has always has an attitude for no reason. How does someone expect to have a good running business if they are unwelcoming and always have a nasty attitude. Please don’t bring your dog here. It’s hurts to see my baby not being able to walk. I feel that it is my fault he can’t walk now because I took him to this place. Please avoid taking your dogs here.

DO NOT take your dog here. I would give zero stars and I felt like this was necessary to be said. I took my 2 dogs and they said it was gonna take about 4 hours but when I called they said they weren’t ready. We waited another another two hours and they said they were not done yet. We waited a little and went to the place since it was about to close. We walked in and we heard them talking and treating the dogs including mine very poorly. My dogs were not provided with food nor at least water for more than 6 hours. They did not even do a good job cutting my dogs hair and when I got home they were so scared. Plus they put some bows on my dogs hair which were way to tight and close to their skin. So if you’re looking for a good place where your dog gets a good service DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!! Unless you want to scar your fur babies.

When it comes to my puppy, I will always be protective and make sure she gets the best service provided. I went with my girlfriend to get our puppies groomed, only to show up in person and receive horrible customer service. The girl in the front, had no idea of the prices and attended someone else that got there after us. She was unsure and didn’t know what she was doing. On top of that, she checked her personal phone multiple times. We agreed to a full-on grooming service (including nail trim) which cost $65 for each puppy. The cost was affordable. When she finally attended us,, she asked the groomer how long the service would be. He responded, “about 2 to 3 hours. I’ll give you a call. Between 5 to 5:30.” We got there at 2:50pm. He seemed annoyed to be getting bombarded with questions, and responded in a rude tone as if he was stressed. After dropping off the puppies, we left and came back around 5:30pm since we got no call. The groomer responded in an annoyed, rude tone and said, “they’re not ready. I work an hour and a half on each dog. I have a lot of dogs. I will give you a call okay.” As any pet owner out there, I’m sure they’ll feel the way I did with just wanting an update on your dog. The hours were wrong as well, because the ones posted on the door were not accurate. Also, online it said would close at 7 but I didn’t get my puppies back until 7:10. When it was time for pickup, he handed back our puppies and said the amount in a rude tone. We paid him (along with tip in the tip jar), and he walked away without saying “you’re welcome” or “have a nice day.” Needless to say, the customer service made us never want to come back and write this review.

Horrible Customer Service.An OK grooming, however, there are so many groomers within a 5 mile radius, why put up with bad communication and rude encounters.When I leave my fur baby at a groomer, I want to know that he will be taken care of. The service here was better in the past, but it has really gone down hill.The groomer just stares at you as you walk in and ignores any greeting offered. He looks irritated, and I hope that he doesn't take out his frustration on our pets. There's a teenage boy who has absolutely no people skills. I wonder if he's taking notes from the groomer? Everything is purely transactional, abrasive in tone, and lacking of standard etiquette.Over the phone interactions? Good luck.When I come to pick up my fur baby, it's that dry, annoyed demeanor once again. I guess he'd rather be somewhere else. Again, this makes me question my choices. I felt like I probably shouldn't have left my dog with them. If they didn't want to be there, they could probably care less about my baby.It's a number. You pay that number. And then they walk away. Nothing else. So I excuse myself from the shop.I won't be returning. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

I took my puppy to get a bath, hair cut and a nail trim. I was super happy with the results! Plus they gave me free hair accessories, she looks adorable!!! Amazing customer service! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!! 🏽😍

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS! I took my dog to this shop and they charge me up front before the service although it was my first time there. My dog was TERRIFIED when I went to pick her up. Her hair cut was cut super short to her skin were you could see redness from the irritation. They were so unprofessional and mean to us, never going back there again.

Found this little gem today on google and my baby came out smelling great and just looking oh soooo ca-Ute ! 😍😍She got the fulls works and was taken in right away with no appointment. The people working there were so nice and the place is very clean. Bella will definitely be back as this will be her new go to place. I highly recommend everyone to try it out.

Edit: She passed away, not from the grooming but because she was sick. I was too harsh in the review, they tried their best with a sick dog who had cancer. Thank you for making her so pretty. Her eye did get better.

I always take my dogs to petsmart but fully booked until June, so decided to give this place a try. I have to admit im always scared to take my pets elsewhere but i left more than happy. My pup has never looked this good!! In love with the work they did!!! I will definitely be bringing my dogs here from now on! Thank you Emanuels pet grooming!
