I went to the Petco Unleashed on Spring st in LB yesterday. Wow, I was so happy to be there. The employees were so friendly, told me they would be with me in a minute as they were checking someone out. I found another employee quickly who directed me to what I needed and help me find the right size. They were both informed, friendly and polite. I loved talking to them and seeing pictures of their dogs. We ended up talking about quality brands of dog food and I left with a sample. It was an uplifting experience for me!

Came her in July to find medicine for my cat's black chin as other closer stores didnt carry it.Store manager and cashier were very friendly and helpful.They tried their very best to find the best medicine for my cat. Will directly come here when I have any need for my cats even though this store is far from my place.

Everyone especially the cashier is really friendly! The store is always stocked, clean, and organized. Super convenient that they offer immunizations there, been going there lately to have my puppy get his shots. Great place great staff!

Not my usual Petco because I have 1 closer to my home but, it's always a pleasant experience when I shop here! Patty and Sophia were the 2 lovely ladies that assisted me today in my dog food pick-up and a last minute needed reptile basking light bulb. They were so helpful and it was a quick stop! Thank you kindly for a quick and pleasant shopping experience! Above and beyond with kindness here!

I sort of thought all Petcos/Petco Unleashed were all the same, but the customer service I got from Maegan at this particular store was so great. She was super friendly in a genuine and organic way and she was very knowledgeable. I felt like I was in a sweet mom and pop store not a big box chain. What a refreshing surprise. Thanks Maegan.

kind, efficient! Highly recommend PETCO! They offer an "in-house", type of health insurance. If you use their Vet's and purchase from PETCO stores, financially it's very beneficial! Check it out!

Issac helped me out immensely. He is a stand up guy and he assisted me with redeeming my Petco rewards so I could get Free Dog food today. He called petco international I believe it's called and even when they wouldn't help him he persisted and found a way for it to happen anyway. He directed me with how to sign in to the app go through the steps of forget password and set up my profile correctly.Issac is the man!!! This is a guy that will go above and beyond for his customers and he's just funny and cool in general. I had to give him a shout out for sure because you don't see great customer service like that anymore. There was another girl behind the counter as well that was awesome too I just didn't get her name. But she wore glasses Sorry miss i didnt want to leave you out but you did amazing as well. Thank you all !!

I had not noticed that the hours had changed, and when I placed my order and headed that way, I pulled into the parking lot to find the lights dim and doors locked at exactly 7:30pm. I sat there for a few minutes looking online at the hours, when I noticed an employee coming to the door with my order! Wow, above and beyond good service here! I couldn’t believe it!!

Sara, Andrew and all the other people working at this location are Fantastic. Everytime we bring our Rottweiler Betty to come shopping they make her feel like the queen of the world. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, fantastic, and they always go that extra mile to give you great customer service. All of them are always so friendly they love answering any questions you have they are one amazing group of people who are people and pet lovers. Our dog Betty, my Wife, and I are customers for life. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a little pricier than your typical PetCo, but the convenience of not having to go to the BIG store is sometimes worth it.I often find great "oops" deals here on the huge bags of dog food.

It was raining out and cold, I was on break and went into the store. I had on my sweatshirt and left my purse in the locker but had my credit card in my pocket. The girl never said welcome but followed me around the store like I was going to steal something! Then when I turned around she said "oh can I help you" Wow I am 60 plus years old did you really think I went into the store to steal???? I am disgusted!
