Really great place for supplies and for washing your pet! We too our dog there a number of times - the dog washing fees are super reasonable, and they have a rewards program as well. Staff is super friendly and the store is clean. Great selection on quality products, and a one-stonp-shop for all the things you need.

Update: this past Saturday, Pet Supplies Plus celebrated their three years anniversary. I can’t believe that it’s been that quick. They continue to be the go to for all my animals supply shopping being a foster parent I’m always looking for good value and quality products which they never fail to deliver on. Pet Supplies Plus is a welcomed part of our community, and I find myself visiting and wandering the ailes on a regular basis.I like old fashioned service by people who actually care. They do not up sell or push brands of the month. If they don't have something they will find it. This is a family owned shop and I feel good everything I visit.

Went in for self bathing station after being told that was a service offered figured it was was worth the drive for the price ($14.00) because my white puppy was so dirty he was no longer white and its to cold to bathe him in a hose outside and he is to big to bathe in sink. I thought at the price it is i probably needed to bring my own supplies. I was wrong. Towels, 4 choices of shampoo, dryer, brushes, even a smock to keep you from getting wet are supplied. When we were finished they completely sanitized the bath we used before next customer went in. The staff is amazing as well. I will definitely be a frequent customer. More than worth the drive also have huge selection of products at a great price.

Once you visit once you'll look for reasons to return. I have used the self serve wash and ill never wash my dog ever again. I also had the groomer wash my Labrador and was happy. The service is so much better than that of the large chain stores. I find the prices competitive and product selection great. If you need delivery they can do it too. My dog eats Victor Dog Food which is hard to find no more searching its on their shelves.

Excellent service, great products, and great prices. I stopped in on a whim and man was I pleasantly surprised. The customer service was amazing and they even went out of their way to find me a coupon for the products I was buying. The prices were great and I was informed that they price match. they have little to none reptile supply. 3 rows worth of dog supply, and half a shelf of small hides and little substrate. why does a "pet store" have zero items for my pet?

What an awesome store! The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly staff member and they are more than happy to help you find whatever it is you need. The selection is far better than all the other pet stores combined. They have a perfect little diy dog wash station in the back as well they take appointments for professional grooming service. Everyone in there is happy always smiling live that. So if you havn't gone in, it's time you do.! You'll love it!

Bought fish that the salesperson said were not aggressive. One fish killed 4, one existing & three of the new ones. I returned 2 days later at closing to get a net to remove the aggressive fish & told them of the issue. They didn't offer a free net, nor to take back the fish nor give me new ones. Once I got the aggressive fish out, my wife took it back the next day, 3 days after I purchased them. Unfortunately, it died overnight in the bag we put it in. They didn't give us any fish nor any credit. Probably won't go back for any pet needs. It's unfortunate because it's the closest pet store & we have 3 cats & a puppy along with a fish tank with only 4 little fish. But just because it's the closest doesn't mean it's the best. No thanks, managers & salespeople... your greeting may be nice, along with your staff but your fish knowledge & customer service regarding doing the right thing failed. Listen to your customer, I asked for non aggressive fish, i come back for a net to get the aggressive fish out & bring the dead fish back right away & I get a sorry? Doesn't cut it.

We come here to wash our great Dane. The washing stations are big and they supply everything you need from aprons to towels and shampoo. So if you don't like making a mess washing your dog at home this is a great alternative for 14$. They also do deals if you want to buy 5 packs of washes...

What a great place to go to get supplies for your pets. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Jamie, the owner, was especially helpful to us. We got the treats we needed for our dogs and we even picked up a new harness for one of our dogs. Very very helpful. We attended the Valentine's Day event that they held. We got pictures with our dogs, paw prints on hearts which was a nice touch and the Kona Ice truck was there giving away free shaved ice drinks. Thank you so very very much for taking care of our fur babies.

It is smaller than the superstores, but they make up for that by being willing to order things for you, available pet grooming/spa. Our favorite is the self serve pet washing station. What a huge thing to offer! Hands down always great service to our pups and humans.

Easy to find cat food and litter box supplies here. Very nice and helpful staff. I see lots of grooming activity but we haven't used those services as out cat would NOT enjoy such a thing. But definitely see the dogs coming looking and smelling great.

I joined and I'd give them a 5star...but didn't carry yet the size of bag of dog food I require.Man at register was excellent, very knoeledgeable....this is a Nat'l company and I like the convenience. They have 3 shampoo set ups...which we like in winter...there is a club plan that saves $ Belmont Launderpet....you have some new competition!

Such a helpful and friendly staff. I brought my puppy in and one of the co-owners (her name escapes me) walked with me through the whole store picking stuff out with me. It’s a decent size store with good prices and a grooming station in the back. I’ll definitely be taking my pup back as she grows!COVID edition: curbside pickup available and she said delivery is on the way. Support your local shops! They opened during the pandemic and need their community.

I was so happy to find that this store has bulk bird food for my parrot. Many stores have hardly anything for birds but this one has a good selection and it is near my house. Most importantly my bird loves the premium parrot mix.
