First timer here ⭐️ I needed a new spot for feeder rats for my 5 foot ball python after the other spot closed down. The price on the large feeder rats is a killer deal. They have lots of exotic reptiles here that I don’t think has been mentioned. Plenty of fish and pet supplies too. Owner is very informative and nice. This will be my new go to spot to re up on feeder rats. Give this spot a visit 👌

Extremely helpful and professional, Phat would not sell me a set of loach I wanted because they had not completed quarantine. So I had to wait, I've had my loach for over a month later and they are happy and healthy. I also bought a couple of guppies. I received great advice on care and maintenance. I would definitely recommend.Update: March 2024I still have my loach, happy and healthy.

I want to write this review for this new aquarium store that just opened up. I live in Long Beach and found out about this shop from Offer Up,And was really impressed with the stores set up and how the fish were kept. And the staff was really amazing the owner was extremely knowledgeable about tank set up to how one should maintain it once you got it up and running. The store was super clean prices were on point,It's not a big store but they are still setting up.They made me feel very welcomed and I didn't feel like I was bother when I had a few Q's about my aquarium. If you are looking for a great new aquarium store, please stop by you won't regret it. And they also have dog grooming too. So for those who have dogs and fish and even reptiles this is the go to place, you can take your dog for grooming, shop for your fish, and pick up some worms for your reptiles. And FYI, the Blue beta fish in my opinion was a model in his past life.He was showing me major beta fish realness he was so camera ready, he loved the attention.Someone must adopt him cause I'm gonna go back and get him.So, please, please visit this new store you won't regret it and I'm a BIG supporter of local businesses. And the owners mom was SUPER NICE, SUPER FRIENDLY, she was great too!!!!

These guys did an absolutely amazing job with our dog. We’ve tried Petco and other local shops in the areas, but always run into issues such as nails not being properly trimmed, or knots not being properly taken care of, but at Fresh Pets & Grooming this was not the case. They check all the boxes and we would definitely recommend them for you and your dog! I hope the images I’m attaching to this post speak for themselves. Thanks for the great work in helping us get a much needed grooming, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

The owners of this shop are super down to earth, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all things animals. They have specialty items that you won't find at any mainstream pet store like petco or petsmart. If they don't have something you're wanting, they'll look to have it sourced for you. I can't say enough good things about this up and coming shop

Our dog is rescued and still very skittish so it has been difficult to find a good groomer.I was told this place has just opened recently and recommended by the other groomer.I was a little nervous since it was the first time to bring her there but they are so nice and friendly. They treated her like their dog and gave her a really nice summer cut. I am so happy that I found this place in our neighborhood. I will definitely go back there and recommend to my neighbors.Note: My dog is 13lb terrier mix small dog.

I accidentally stumbled upon this place when I was on my way to Petco to buy a new aquarium filter. I will never be going back to Petco again! The customer service here is excellent. Phat spent a half hour going over fish diets and helping me to solve some issues I've run into. New customers get 20% off, and they even tried to give me a free betta. I am so happy to have found this gem of a store!

I'm very glad I stumbled onto this place better than PetSmart. Their Bettas are beautiful! Employee was extremely nice and happy to talk about fish. Definitely coming back here to get a pretty betta

We stumbled upon these amazing souls while in a jam. We couldn't find a groomer who would squeeze in such a neglected matted dog. This man came in on his day off spent hours on this poor complicated soul and oy charged 75. This was a large long haired dog. I could never explain how greatful we are. Our next option was to sedate the dog.
