If you've got to stay in Lindsay, this is the place to stay. The room was clean and recently updated. The grounds were nicely kept and there's gas, groceries and fast food very close. The only downside for us was people hanging out at the pool making noise way past 10 pm and the noise from the highway. It seemed like there were races to get to the lanes merging just past the hotel until very late. The cherry on top was no hot water the next morning.

The room had a couple of roaches and a musky order but was very clean!! The staff was amazing!! They all were so nice and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was a little disappointing because there were hardly any options. Just muffins, apples and oranges, Apple Juice oh, and of course coffee. The staff though was so awesome and made our 5-night stay very enjoyable.

Friendly Staff, Good Prices!Continental breakfast was good.The only thing I can mention is the room needed more pillows (only 2 pillows per bed which were very flat - 4 People 2 Beds) and when showering the water flooded the restroom a bit. I'm not sure what caused this as the curtains were inside.Anyway, I'd recommend it regardless of the 2 things mentioned.Food & drinks: Rite Aid, Taco Bell, and McDonald's are around the corner.

Nice, quiet area. Breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and cozy. Comfortable beds with very firm pillows. We were pleased with our stay. We would recommend it to anyone. I forgot to mention that the doors do not have safety latches. Our toddler and dog almost escaped. Good thing we were paying attention. That's a safety concern. -Regina

The service by the desk attendant, Emiled, was excellent. We requested a quiet room near the stairs, and she did a great job providing one. The room is clean and has plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again.Walkability: Easy walk to stores.

The place is great for a stop and sleep. The rooms and outside area is very well mantained! Would stay again! Very nice and friendly staff ! I super recommend this Super 8 in Lindsay, California. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the hotel is quiet and in a nice area. The staff is super helpful and very nice, especially the manager, Nora Lemus. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I forgot an expensive item in the room and she mailed back it to me in Miami!! Thank you so much, Nora. If we are ever near there again, that is where we are going to stay. :-) <3

Super clean, comfy bed and pillows. We had a quiet night and slept live babies. Plus point for having microwave and mini fridge.Nearby activities: We spent night before going to Sequoia parks. I intended to get to park via 198 in Visalia and this was the best desl found, but the road was closed for repairs. However, we slept comfortably and ate complementary breakfast, so that was nice. I suggest checking road statuses prior to driving to Sequoia parks for sure.

The late night check in lady was very nice. Unfortunately, the non-smoking room had a STRONG smell of smoke. There was a roach that crossed the room as we entered and turned on lights. The toilet paper holder had a roll with about 4-6 squares of paper left. It would’ve been nice if a full (or at least half roll) had been on there. In the morning, the breakfast area lacked coffee and nothing appetizing. The lady working to restock food items seemed overwhelmed and was rude when I asked about the coffee. The only decent food was a green apple. We left and ate breakfast elsewhere. We would not recommend this place at all.

Was disappointed that there had been an error, apparently on my part during booking through the the hotels dot com site, that I had a smoking room and it would have been 13 more per night to change to a non smoking room. I just took the smoking room and luckily the motel is outdoor entry so by keeping the window and door open and running the fan awhile it made it not bad at all. It is just your average basic motel as 8s usually are. Very loud being by the highway. Thank goodness I brought earplugs!

It’s located right next to a speedway, BUT with a great view of orange trees plantation! The rooms are big and clean, the staff is super nice and helpful. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants, a shop and a gas station. The pool is nice and accessible. There is a huge free parking lot. The proximity to national parks is also a plus. The only downside would be the breakfast - coffee and pastries, BUT it’s free, so I won’t complain :)

Very big room, very big bed that was quite soft but comfy. Super noisy, even with earplugs, because of the big road nearby (so not recommended for light sleepers). Bathroom ok. Breakfast was disappointing (just coffee and 1 or 2 pastries, nothing else...). Pool looked nice but we had no time to try it. Plenty of parking space. Some fast food and restaurants nearby.

It was an ok hotel, clean and friendly staff but loud, no curtain just shutters so lots of light on room, barely a continental breakfast very few items, the ac started squeaking really loud and when we told the office they said they would send someone to fix it or change our room, but no one ever came n they never contacted us back. But it’s the only hotel in the whole town. So it’s better then nothing I guess.

Affordable, and rooms didn't look bad. But one car in the car park had a window smashed in, which wasn't a good sign. We then got to our room with the key we were given and walked in on two men already in there. Apparently they had also been given the keys to that room. The receptionist gave us a new room, but we didn't fancy having the next guest walk into our room so we got a refund and went to another hotel nearby.

It's a Non Smoking property but our room had a very strong Musty smell. My Girlfriend was very unhappy. She couldn't sleep well at all. And the people in the room above us. Sounded like they were in a Bowling alley. Very unpleasant to try and sleep. When it sounds like a Bowling ball is being dropped on the floor.

The place was clean and pleasant, and the staff very pleasant. The pool was slightly dated looking but also clean and warm.The breakfast was somewhat lacking in protein and gluten-free options, but you can't really expect much from a continental breakfast. The sheets were somewhat course, but the mattresses were comfortable. The shower could use some updating, however. The head was too low, so I had to duck to wash my hair. The tile too was patched in places and the bathroom was just overall a bit disappointing.Unfortunately the WiFi during our stay was so slow (999ms ping time) as to be unusable. Perhaps other guests were using all the bandwidth.Definitely not at all a bad place to stay, especially for the price.

I've been here before and always had a pleasant stay. This time around was no different, except it was better because the room was recently renovated, and the mattress..... oh, that mattress and pillows were sooo comfie!! Wish I had thought about checking which kind it was because I wouldn't mind having one at home! Hotel is nice and quiet, many different stores within walking distance. Definitely recommend it!

Everything worked, didn’t have any problems. We had a smoking room which was surprisingly clean and nice for a smoking room. Everything is pretty new since the place opened recently. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, a single cup coffee maker, 2 single port usb chargers built into the bedside lights, DIRECTV w/ Samsung 50” tv, pool, bbq.

This Super 8 Wyndham in Lindsay is perfectly good lodging. We chose it for its convenient location...it is a short distance from towns like Exeter and Visalia. The rooms are nothing special, but they are clean and comfortable. The beds are ok for a short stay, the mattresses are on the super soft side of the spectrum...so that's an individual preference. The decor is classic motel... there is a large picture above the bed that serves as the only decoration, and a TV on top of a unit that contains a mini refrigerator, a microwave and two drawers for clothing. The bathrooms are a little small but clean. The staff are friendly and polite. Housekeeping: the ladies are efficient and friendly.
