Whoever is answering the phone for the target guest services/ order pickup/ drive up department today needs to be fired immediately. I have never come across this bad of customer service in my life. They had the worst attitude and tone I was actually shocked they would let someone answers phones like that.

The Target in Lincoln, California is a super size Target and carries a huge diverse array of merchandise. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. I needed to return a purchase today. It was a very easy transaction. I highly recommend shopping at this Target!

I saw several boys smashing a cell phone on the wall of the store between gardening and the main entrance they saw me and I ask what they were doing and they said they found the cell phones there was two phones they smashed one against the wall another boy had the other one in his pocket and he showed it to me by pulling it halfway out he says I found this one I went inside and reported it but they were almost oblivious to me telling them what the boys were doing I finally had one man come out pick up the one cell phone that was smashed they brought it in but the boys were still out there roaming around I asked for them to do more inside the store I could see if they found one but there were two cell phones first thing that strikes my mind are they breaking into cars went back in store and tried to get them to do something came back out the boys were getting pretty smart about the whole thing finally two boys said one lady inside gave him the phones a worker at the return table I was told they did not have security so they finally called the manager he came out and I pointed the boys still hanging around outside but still no effort was being done to at least question or call the authorities I'm going to try my hardest to stop shopping at this store if this is happening I don't want my vehicle vandalize employees understand that their cars are also out there and subject to the vandalism and so are the customers this Target store needs to get their Act straightened out they are showing real lack of responsibility

Customer service employees need work. I went in to exchange a sweater I bought online for a different size. Meanwhile she’s fighting with her device and not handling it well. Unprofessional. Then says they don’t have the size I need in stock in store and proceeds to return my sweater without asking me if I still want to return it or offer to buy from the online stock. Then hands me the receipt and leaves. Extremely irritating.

This is such a nice store. People are so friendly, especially Cody the barista in the Starbucks kiosk! Great and knowledgeable on drinks and always has a smile on her face; even when people are rude to her.

The employees were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I placed an online order for pick up and it ended up taking longer than expected. Despite there being two separate lines for returns and online order pick ups, people making returns were in the online order line. I didn't mind all that much but next time it will be simpler and faster to just grab the product myself and go through the checkout.

Doing pickup orders when you’re VERY pregnant, not feeling well and in pain hoping to take advantage of this service to make the day a lil easier just to realize that an expired food item was placed in my order, then only to stand at customer service as the associate helps everyone else then she starts cleaning up around the register area still never acknowledging that someone is waiting to be helped, another customer comes and is waiting and another associate comes and offers them help then I ask why I’m being ignored and they start making up excuses, when I say look all I need is for this expired item to be replaced and they proceed to tell me to walk to the other side of the store to exchange the item myself! Wow talk about the worst experience ever, they never even stopped to recognize what the problem actually was, what’s the point of doing a pick up order if I’m going to have to go shop for myself to fix the error that was made and no apology or show of care or concern what so ever! Would give Zero stars if it was an option

I love the Woodland Target!!! Of course I already love target in general but it seems like every single employee at the woodland store is so fun & positive & willing to help. Definitely an A+ store!

Of you are trying to call this store, in any department forget about it. I called 10 times over the course of a few hours and not one time did anyone pick up. I don’t care to shop inside this Target, due to the layout, unfriendly team members, and the crowd. The last two times we’ve shopped here its been online and we drive up and our order is brought out to us.

Two checkers. Two employees standing thanking people. At least 10 people deep in both lines. Self checkout empty. Hate hate hate using self checkout. Used self checkout only because I'm irritated at the lack of " service" in a store that claims lower prices and better service. People walking around the store asking me if I am doing okay or have I found everything I'm looking for is kinda redundant when the last chance to build a customer relationship is at the check out. I used to call the store to complement great customer service now I ask myself why do I continue to return to this store. UGH.

I went to pick up a few things with my husband.I shop at this particular Target in Lincoln almost on a daily basis.Usually I checkout through the line with a checker ringing me up but this time we went through self check.The lady that was working that area made my husband and myself feel horrible by watching us like a hawk.I wouldn’t care at all if she had given everyone that same attention.We did nothing whatsoever to cause her to be suspicious other than be born people of color.I wish there was video of what happened to show that I’m not making this up or playing the race card.The experience was extremely disappointing and hurtful.I truly wish that people were trained to base their suspicion on behavior not the color of someone’s skin.

Extremely understaffed. not the smartest employees. Hands off managers. Favoritism in the workplace. (I’ve worked at this location before) Very overworked and frustrated employees. Especially during Covid with order pickups.I bought rain boots and when I opened the box, they were yellow on the outside and had used socks inside them. Then I had to wait 30 minutes in a return line.Ordered delivery through the app, and the delivery time was pushed back 4 times until target closed. And to cancel you have to call SHIPT which has another wait time.Please go to literally any other target.

This Target is very good as far as big department stores go. It's rarely crowded, very clean and neatly stocked and has a small feel for a large store. They carry a wide variety of items at a good price but as most Targets tend to be, are probably stretched a little thin. There is not always a wide selection for things like clothes or food. You can almost always find close to what you're looking for but not always the exact item or brand.

Update: Bought a displayport to HDMI adapter, on shelf $19.99, on website $6.39. Customer service does adjust but it is rather inconvenient to literally check every item you get to avoid paying triple the price!Just returned from target, about 5 young people employees standing around doing nothing as I walked in. Out of every kind of market pantry ice cream, mediocre prices on everything I did buy with my ransom red card. If I didn't need baby formula would not have even bothered. Last weekend out of hotdog buns.Most items are marked up compared to the website and neighboring cities' Target stores. I have contacted store management and corporate and they don't view this as a problem, just common practice at Lincoln Target. So, choices are check every item or pay 10-50%+ more. Neither option appeals to me, avoid the store as much as possible.

I called Target to asked if they had Lysol spray. Their website says they have it and I would have to drive a long distance to get it and just wanted to confirm they did have some.In the past I've called other targets and ask if they have a certain product of Lysol or disinfectants and they informed me if they have them or not. I know that they can't tell me how much they can't put any on hold which is totally cool.This Lincoln Target usually as a great place but today I called and I got guest services and the young lady who was on the phone told me point-blank she could not tell me if they have it or not due to covid.I never heard that before so I called another store and asked and they said that they can tell you yes or no they have the product but they cannot tell you how many items they have and they can't put the item on holdThat's the reason for the one star

I have been to all of the Targets in the area and this one is one of the smaller ones, so the selection of items is limited. They seem to not stock up the fresh grocery items as often as the other stores. It is kept pretty clean but they need more staff checking out. Multiple times there has only been one checker and about 4 people already in line.

This target left me feeling like I was dealing with walmart employees....I drove here expecting to buy a $200 item(plus whatever else whispered to me) that the website said was on isle e35. I get there and not on the isle so I think well maybe tech might know since it's kinda a high dollar wifi enabled device. Young person at counter was lost and kinda just wondering isles with me. I mention it's a massage thing and he goes oh! Right here yesterday but they moved it. Don't know where. I ask if anyone else can help they say uhhhh maybe guest sevices. After wandering around looking for a guest services sign( since Young person that doesn't know didn't bother to point me in a direction) I settled at a return counter. Guest services returns was a bust. Best I got was te website doesn't always keep up but uhhh we got 2 in the system but no clue where. Want me to call the blah blah person? Me:Can she help? Uhhh maybe I don't know. Me:Does she have any other tools to find the thing? Uhhh maybe I don't know. Me: never mind. I don't want to waste anyone elses time here. 2 stars store was clean

Nice place to shop. This store is clean and well-stocked. Store has a friendly staff and is less busy than other Targets. Will price match, but you must first make the purchase and then get an adjustment at the service counter.

Be very careful with food expiration dates from this store! I am very careful to check everything I buy, but just ate part of a Hillshire Snacking "Small Plates" meat and cheese snack before discovering the expiration date of 10/21! That's more than 1 month it sat there on the shelf after expiration. I really hope I don't get sick. I feel like so rude when I am at the checkout and stop the cashier so I can double-check dates, which I even did on this visit for another item, but it is definitely necessary! Unless I check every single item, I often end up coming home with expired items. This store needs to do better on this. I can see items a few days or a week past, but 10/21 and sold on 12/5 is unacceptable.

Good online shopping experience! Bought a queen sheet set over a year ago, but recently decided to switch out standard pillows for king size.Hoped Target still had that same style and color available, and that I'd be able to buy just pillow cases. They did and I could!

Nice store. You only pay for shopping bags one time. They give you back .05for every bag you bring in with you and use. Very appreciated. Alsi have option of not buying bags to put purchases in.Very clean, good prices, friendly staff.

I am in the process of moving to this area, not my first visit to this store, I just wanted to say, I was surprised when I got to the checkout area, that there was only one cashier with her open light lit, lots of employees standing around the area but only one cashier with the open light, long line. Thankfully as I was making my way to self check (which I hate using) out a young man opened his station. Surprised at this situation to say the least!
