This pharmacy is a wonderful change from that nightmare one on Fieldstone. 8-] My prescriptions are filled promptly and the wait times for pickup have been minimal. And my autorefills are done right on time! Highly recommend.

A bit slow, but I'm really wondering where the comments about rude staff workers are coming from? I've never had to wait too long to get my prescriptions filled, even if they're one off ones that aren't refilled monthly / four times a year. It's longer than some other pharmacies, yes, but if you treat the staff with respect and kindness, they will be nothing but nice to you. Convienent place, nice staff recognize me from time to time and we catch up.

Perpetually loses my prescriptions sent to them. At first I thought it was my doctor's office making the error, but now that I've had to have prescriptions sent from three different offices (primary, external specialist, and dental office) and this pharmacy has still "not received them" it's clear the problem is this location.I don't know if they keep their shread bin in front of their fax machine or what, but I shouldn't have to go days and at times Weeks without my medications due to Safeway Pharmacy's errors.

I've only had great experiences dealing with the staff here at the Lincoln Safeway Pharmacy. They have been very helpful, as my 84 year old Mom is new to the area. 5 Stars of service has been earned with us! Thank you for making us feel welcome at this new Pharmacy!

I called to get the status of my daughters prescription and Kaiser had told me to call them prior to coming so they could have it ready. The phone was answered and I was ask to be placed on hold immediately. From the initially pick up the phone was answers and placed on hold again without me able to even say a word 7 times! This is very unprofessional! I understand if you are “short handed” but it would of be nice to communicate with someone and I wasn’t even able to get the option to. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

They are absolutely the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Two times I called only because I was directed to call by a doctor and was quickly and rudely told we’re out of vaccines. The second call I was told go to the county website, and as I said thank you for your help, she hung up the phone without saying anything. Aren’t we all in this together. You should find another job (Debbie)

Safeway pharmacy is awesome they are always willing to help this mom with questions and concerns and the text message reminders to pick up medication helps so much.

Have to agree with what others have said. For some reason this pharmacy takes an extended amount of time and they always seem to have the rudest, short, most unhappy people working there. I go next door now to the CVS just to avoid the people in the Safeway pharmacy.

Grumpiest old man ever. The pharmacy was not busy, and he was there alone. While I was waiting, I heard him complain many times, including telling a lady that if he was interrupted “someone may die”. Each person to approach his window received a loud lecture (“This might cause strokes”), and countdown to his labor-board mandated lunch hour. After I waited 45 minutes, his lunch hour came and my prescription had not been filled. He told me that it still might not be ready after lunch, so I decided to go home.

Super slow pharmacy. We go to cvs next door and our stuff gets done right away. We have had our kids meds waiting at Safeway for hours and find they haven’t even started on them most of the time. Won’t use them again.

Just don’t go there. Every time my husband and I have been, they are soooo rude and feel completely inconvenienced when someone comes by. The only nice person I’ve experienced is the African American gentleman back there.

Wow they changed there whole staff fired people and still are rude and short must be there being over worked the only person who wasn't disrespectful is the manager everyone elses has a attitude towards what type of medications your on or your insurance company i wont be going here any more!
