😡This Safeway pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! They put you on HOLD, and keep putting you on HOLD, then they HUNG UP the phone! I called back and they did this for 20 mins!!! Don’t use this pharmacy. We should NOT celebrate such RUDE behavior from a business! They obviously DON’T CARE ABOUT US as individuals who need a pharmacy!! Go anywhere but HERE! Safeway in Lincoln, CA is TERRIBLE!!! 😡

Having no services in Plumas Lake except gas station traveling to shop is a Beeech!!! So the trip to Lincoln is pretty easy. And this safeway is in a very nice location. Very clean and the employees are very helpful. The drive was less than 30 min. Many other services in this shopping center.

Great store, plenty of places to park, lots of adjacent useful businesses. Adequate bathroom. Good place to take a dump. They can make an adequate breakfast burrito when they're not screwing around. Lots of chips and soda pops and candy bars and heads of lettuce. Probably not the kind of place I would go on a date but then again that's just me. Gas station is around the corner. Mini Mart plus a bathroom at the gas station. Adjacent to the community full of old people. Across the tracks from the single family homes of Lincoln. You can get some pretty good Donuts here if you like frosting.

Deli guy w good eye color gave us the wrong price for the ribs we bought.. He said it's $5/lb.. we bought 2lbs. he gave us 2.5lbs and was charged $25+what?!

If it’s on sale -it’s EXPIRED GOODS! 90% of items I get from Safeway (usually via Instacart for I work 12 hour days) is expired!! Or their fruit is moldy because they keepIt on nasty moist astroturf. But seriously- check expiration dates on EVERYTHING! Mid August and these Nerd ropes were 10 for $10….expired in July.

This Safeway is easily one of the best in Northern California. I travel all over the state and have visited a Safeway in nearly every county. The store is easy to navigate, always looks clean, and has a great selection.The biggest pro is that they’re a 24-hour location, whereas the 3 Safeways closest to here all close from midnight to 5am.

Unfortunately this store is the nexus point for a large population of retired senior citizens. I say Unfortunately because a large percentage of them are oblivious to how they drive, inattentive when walking directly in front of moving vehicles and seem to have significant difficulty making decisions when pulling into or out the parking lot or individual parking spaces. Apparently many own vehicles with non-functional turn signals or review mirrors.Just be aware of this when visiting this store.

Watch out for new check-out clerks. I was charged for three 12-packs of beer without member savings by 'Kitlaly' when I brought two 12-packs and entered my member phone number. Next time I'll wait for a clerk I've used before.After "response from the owner"Who is he writing to? Yes - I had two 12-packs at check-out and I was charged for three. And yes I wanted the advertised price - doesn't everyone?

Always well stocked and clean One problem with no minute tapioca often in sale ad never at either location I shop. Also had an issue with expired and soon to be expired Pepsi products. Management immediately removed the product. Have to watch the registers as I've had to return to get money owed for items that rang up wrong. 3 times in a 4 week period totaling $24.00+. Always feel pressured unloading cart and trying to watch everything ring up and keeping in mind the customers in line behind you.... prices are outrageously stupid can only shop here if I have coupons... Prices are continually rising...not just at Safeway. Shame and karma to the money greedy... Auburn native 5th generation now now I really understand when people say they have to get out of California. Why? Because they can! Our governor no price gouging. Yeah right! I call it stealing! I never voice my opinion

The store is always well stocked and open 24 hours. Peak hours check out both self and assisted can take a long time but usually not the fault of the store. Slow or fast at the register the employees are always friendly. For a few quick items while in downtown this is my go to stop

Not much to say about Safeways..... They are large and well stocked and generally very clean. This is my new local store since I've moved. Of this particular visit I was looking for a canned item that I could not find. I asked one of the staff who directed me to an aisle and a location in the aisle for the product. I had been to that location but went back thinking I had missed it. The product simply was not there. As I was about to leave, the woman who I talked to appeared in the aisle with a can of the product I was looking for. She apologized for the misdirection saying that the product had been moved to an end cap for the holidays. Exceptional service in a busy store exceptional service in a busy store.

The Lincoln store is great. Always clean and well stocked. Bakery department always has really cute holiday themed cupcakes ... also this location is 24 hours. The delivery service is top notch. Always right on time and whoever does the shopping for me has been awesome. Nothing squished or missing and text updates are good.

I was @Lincoln Safeway today and this is what happened. I am in a hurry and went to first checkout which is supposed to be express line. The person in front of me did regular shopping with way over 15 items. The cashier was a young guy about to change to an older lady. Before he left, I asked him " if this is an express line why don't you remind people this way, we keep things in order" that he said " It is not my job to yell at customers!!!? Then the other lady (new cashier) tried to make excuses. While this is going back and forth the customer lady said, "I did not pay attention!!" which could be true THE WORST OF THIS STORY WAS the new female cashier's answer "OH WE DEAL WITH THOSE ALL THE TIME YOU ARE FINE!!!!" This made me to leave the store without any purchase while the cashier yelling behind she was not the one did the wrong thing.I have been shopping at Safeway over 25 years and I though Safeway has great customer service all around however I was wrong. Lincoln Safeway is not at Safeway standards. Sad!

So it's Christmas day 2022, and of course, no stores are open, which is awesome....except when you really need some items to hold you over.Well, Safeway was open and incredibly busy. I expected that. I had the best cashier who was so sweet and kind. No rushing or irrelevant chat, just took care of me, and I continued my Christmas day!Thank you for being our Neighborhood Safeway in Lincoln!!!

Nice store. Just doing a delivery. Went in and asked for help from the floral gentleman and got a curt answer and he was more rude than helpful. Then I had to go around behind the store, up a huge ramp, stood in line for a few minutes before getting to the door. The male employee was not in a good mood. He was slow, tossing kids around. Was not polite or friendly. They need people that are more respectful!

This is specifically about the Starbucks in the store. I ordered a mocha frappuccino the other day. After I few sips, I noticed a sour milk smell. I took a big sniff of the drink and the smell was definitely coming from it. It tasted fine so I think it was the whipped cream that went bad. I went into either Starbucks and asked for a new one and they were nice enough to make me one.TLDR The Starbucks in the store gave me a drink with whipped cream that had gone bad. Beware.

I went into safeway today and the checker I had Ariana has horrible customer service. No greet no eye contact nothing. Very rude in my opinion. If I was a secret shopper. Should would of failed. Never will I go through her line again.

You can never go wrong with Safeway. Well I guess you can when it comes to the floral department. I struggle to find a nice selection when I am in need that I have to head over to Raleys.

The pharmacy has been great this last few years. Nice people... Yes it's a bit pricey but the store is open all night and it's got a great bakery n deli. Still the same but the people who work here are so very nice a kind and go out of their way to help you out..

Went there to get lots of things for my cupboards, my Frigidaire, and my Dog. Wasn't paying attention to prices, gettin' stuff I needed. I go to checkout and the total was not Good to me, then the cashier asked do you have a club card, no I don't,so I paid the bill (ouch). When I checked the receipt and it was the total if I had a club card WOW what a difference. Anyway if you go to Safeway better have a Club Card, O'YA the store is clean,nice, comfortable place to shop.
