2 check stands open, lines 3/4 way down the isle. I was 3rd in line and waited 20 minutes to get checked out. No express lane open!You spend more money when you shop in person, but I’m done. I will only order online or will go to Safeway. Every time you go in the lines to the check out are long and you wait forever! I spoke to the front end manager on the phone, and he was no help at all. His response was ‘We’re doing our best to get everyone check out safely, we’re short handed today’.What is so dangerous about going thru the check stand?? I didn’t see him in the check stand. And a couple employees wandering around the store. I remember when they would call produce up to help in a pinch. Now they just don’t care about the customer. Just make them wait! That appears to be the motto at this store.

Self check is a joke the employees manning the monitoring station for self check our jokes .this store sucks .Don't waste your time at Raley's go to Safeway instead where everyone's welcoming and friendly.

I tried to place an on line order for a schedule pick-up and it stated it didn't service my area in Lincoln, Ca.I called the local Raley's and I was given the corporate office phone number to see if they could assist me futher.I was on hold for over an hour and disconnected 5 times within the hour as Iwas next to speak with the Customer Service Representative.I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. I'm so very disappointed. I tried to call the store and all I got was a recording that wasn't working properly. Oh well....

Again, lines were 15 people deep, down the aisle. No express lane open and two of the self checks were not functioning…For being only one of two major grocery stores in the area, you’d think they would hire more checkers for this store…Don’t go if you need to be quick.

90% of the time they have everything on my list. Most recent visit had several issues at self-checkout, longer lines than usual. Go to place for many junk food items and drinks that other local chains don't carry. Great bakery, deli, meat department and produce also comparable to other stores in the area, but normally all sourced locally.

I am sorry to say it was most disappointing upon entering I went for a cart to find a dead rat in a sticky trap. Next I went for butter to find the type/brand was to expire in 3 days and the other was to expire in 4 days. So next I went for cheese I selected 4 types upon looking at the expiration dates again 2 of the 4 had all ready expired 10 days prior. Be very cautious in this store expo dates mean nothing here I begin to think.

Some of the best employees work at this location! There's always someone close by if I need help finding something. Every employer in the meat department are very accommodating. Cashiers are quick and sociable. I live in Rocklin and make a drive to the Lincoln location for these reasons.

It just seems to me the most of the employees that work in the café area and the deli area are not happy people very rude. They don’t acknowledge you when you stand there and you’ve made eye contact, they still walk by and won’t greet you. I just think that if they’re that unhappy at their job, they should get a new one and definitely not work with the public. This has happened to me not only on one occasion but multiple occasions and after speaking with the store manager yesterday, I told him that I would not be shopping there any longer, because their employees need a better attitude and customer service skills.

Really well stocked before Thanksgiving. Can always find what I need, even special ingredients. Some of the staff could use some customer service training. They complain and converse a lot in front of customers. Also, the parking lot has been really dirty lately. Still, the best store in Lincoln.

I stopped here Friday night for milk and bread. Decided to buy a rotisserie chicken and some grapes. Then potato salad. A few other other things but we found everything to be so high priced we decided to stop looking. When we got home the chicken skin was like rubber, no crispness at all, it was dry, under-seasoned and overdone. The grapes were sour and the potato salad had strange ingredients, which I’m usually open for but it was just odd and inedible. Times are tough enough, I won’t be going back.(I also had my hubcaps stolen at dusk while parked in a handicap parking place in front of the store)

I use the online pick up, The App does not alert the staff, They ignore the text and never pick up the phone, I use the online because of convenience. Short staffed or not the process needs to get better. I walked in the store to get my stuff after waiting and the lady with clown make up on , was not very nice or helpful I just SMH anymore with customer service excuses excuses I think its time to try out Safeway

Had to give a review of the Manager-Bill. I had an issue with my ecart order an Bill, listened and made it right asap he and Ramona. Professional, Respectful, Understanding and just a great customer friendly Manager. I will definitely continue doing business with this location. Please keep up the great work of making sure customers are treated with respect and kindness. Thanks again

Very clean and well organized. Rewards point is a plus for gas. We love ordering cakes there. They always do better job than expected. Even there ready cakes are very delicious with lots of varieties. Very good customer service. Employees are very helpful and polite. You can always order online in advance a d pick up if in hurry.

Very clean and organized. Love that they offer one piece of fresh fruit for my kids when we shop. Shopping with kids is always a little more challenging so it occupies them and makes them happy. Customer service is great here as well. The cashiers are always happy. Lastly, one of the last times I was there an employee at the meat department asked if I needed help instead of running the other way which happens in some stores. He helped me cut some pieces of meat I couldn't find out on the shelves. Love attentive employees.

I love this location! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The selection at the produce and deli areas are always fresh and delicious looking. The only reason I can't get 5 stars is the price. I would shop here daily of it for in my budget :( alas I'll just continue to visit for those special treat occasions.

Clean store, kinda just don't want all the choice they offer. Sounds crazy but it's not set up w items in the regular way...nice people shopping and friendly staff every trip there...prices are okay. $5 Monday items are good buys. All deli foods are delicious and family meals are decently priced. Health foods are fresh lots of Vegan, organic,and GFree options as well. Plenty of parking w Aisle 1 gas station in it to use rewards to get $ off purchases there. Freeway is 1 block away... Happy w each dollar spent !!
