I came to the Lincoln Lowe's to look for some yard items. I noticed a sign in the x-mas area that said select items are up to 50% off. I asked the associate in the area if you could tell me which ones were 50% off and he said unfortunately he could not because not everything was listed that was discounted in the system. He said I could check with customer service they should know. So I went over to customer service and even spoke to the manager and they could not tell me anything about what was discounted or not unless it was on their tag. I then asked about an item I was interested in purchasing as it was on display and they do not have a box for it I asked if there was a discount. She said she could not do any discounts on open items as they are selling the Christmas stuff for full price regardless. I then told her I understand she can't do that but can she call manager over so I could speak with him. She called a manager named Parker over and at first he was reluctant to come meet he just said no when asked about the possibility of discounting something that was on display. Then sounding visibly annoyed on the speaker phone he said he would be on his way but it would be a little while because he was busy. I told her never mind I'll call corporate and see what they say about discounts and if it's possible. She said to him that I was calling corporate and he said he was suddenly on his way. He shows up looking visibly annoyed that he had to come over. I start to ask him about the items and you said we're not selling them for any discount because we're not really supposed to sell them right now anyway. Then I told my come to the store a lot and I know that there used to be quite a bit of stuff up on the wall that is obviously been sold or thrown away. He said he sold it but none were done at a discount. He said they don't do that anymore with open items. Even if they don't have the box. Then I was asking him then can you point out the 50% off items as no one seems to be able to tell me where those are and he told me you can go look and see if you can find one. I said you don't know or can't look it up and tell me where it is? Another customer came up and asked him a question he turned and started talking to them turning his back to me. At that point I felt that Not only was I disrespected but he was done talking with me as I was an irritation in his day. I'm going to recommend to anyone who comes here not to come to the store as that's how you will be treated here. You used to be able to go to these stores and and get customer service and shown some respect. They didn't have to give me a discount I get that but being rude at the end of it because I asked about it as it never hurts to ask is BS. Beyond the fact that I have been here several times showing patronage and have been treated well up until this point and bought a lot of items here. I am not going to come here anymore. They have pretty much lost a customer.

The store experience was fine. Paid extra for delivery AND installation of new stove. Delivered, but WOULD NOT install. Being disabled I rely on the installation of products, especially when paid for. I now have a stove in the middle of my kitchen. 3rd chance for Lowes, strike 3, you're out. Back to reliable Home Depot.

Nice, logical layout makes it easier to find items. A good sized nursery area with lots of choices. They have storage buildings in stock. The staff is really helpful.

Bought about 20k in blinds and cabinets. Spent 10 hours in 4 days they ended up mismeasuring wanting me to pay the difference. Went to deal with it had to get a hotel they couldn't even tell me when the managers where in no managers knew how to do a even exchange and put the right ones on fast track. Only 1 person does cabinets but there's a manager good luck with that everyone has a title bit no power. Then I get a call from manufacturer saying completely different from what they say. I wouldn't buy a plunger from them now. Go to a custom cabinet place and pay the extra 2000k it will be worth not having a headache when only 1 person knows anything. Good luck getting that person. I even have a granite or quartz counters I need to do still and I'm going straight to a rock place paying extra otherwise I have to deal with the exact same incompetent people.

The employees put a great deal of effort into avoiding customer contact. There is zero interest in customer service, and those that are forced to talk with you do not know where products are located. It's like this every single time I've been in the lincoln store in the last 16 yrs. I had a relative that worked in this store and told me the employees make a game out of not helping customers and avoiding interaction with anyone needing help.

They have a good selection of home improvement products, and the staff was helpful. While it's a reliable choice, I believe there's room for improvement, especially in terms of pricing and product availability. Overall, it's a decent place for your home improvement needs.

I shop at this Lowe’s in Lincoln primarily because it’s convenient location. As with many large home-improvement stores it is often hard to find people to help you, but this Lowes has plenty of personnel with knowledge in their area to help you with your home-improvement projects. The nursery is well stocked as well. I’ve always had a good experience while shopping at Lincoln Lowe’s.

Love Lowe's. Returns are simple, very helpful staff. Lowes app makes shopping in the store simple. Can easily find any item and how many in stock before I go to the store. Went to look at pots on this visit. Only negative is there is never enough cashiers. Sometimes the wait to checkout is long.

On the decline. Took items to self checkout. There were no price tags on the items. The sales associate said: "The best to do was for me to go hunt for barcode and take a pictures on my own and then try to check out again." I asked for help in determining the correct prices and was told by the same associate that they were unable to perform any duties not directly related to monitoring the self check out stations. Abhorrent customer service. I can get all this stuff on Amazon and they know the price and deliver to my door in 24 hours or less.

Luv this store. Never crowded. I drive from Auburn to Lowes because prices are better than the Home depot in Auburn. Plenty of staff around to help. At home depot I can never find help. It's always crowed with long lines.

I have gone twice to bring home 15 bags each of mulch, and will be going for more to finish my project.. Each time I have had a wonderful young man load up my car. Jakob with a K, and Anthony. Both of these young men were absolutely great - strong, good attitudes and so helpful. They are an asset to Lowes! Lowes Garden Center has come a long way since they first opened. They are well stocked and well maintained.

Purchased a dryer and associate was awesome! Phil, the manager, is a great person to work with. We got great service. Until delivery. When the delivery service arrived, I asked him to wear booties as I just put in brand-new carpet. He refused to wear booties, walked out, slammed the door and said he wasn’t delivering to my house. I ran after him and asked him to leave the dryer, he ignored me, and I yelled at him again to leave my dryer. He finally decided to turn around and told me to open my garage door, and he would put it in there. He then proceeded to lie about what happened to his boss AND in front of me. I probably won’t buy an appliance here unless I plan to take it home myself. Lowe’s wasn’t quick to fix the situation as I paid for delivery and install. After a few days of calling Lowe’s, I finally got someone to get them to come pick up the old dryer. In my opinion, I did half the work-taking the dryer downstairs and putting the new dryer in And installing it. I definitely didn’t get my $40 worth for delivery and install.

Ordered a workbench at their website and picked it up within 3 hours. Parked in the curbside pickup spot and went inside to scan and confirm my order. The pickup desk employee had to get the item from the back of the store and also helped me lift it into my car. Very easy process and very friendly staff. Go to Lowe’s in Lincoln, they will be pleased to see you and answer all your questions 😊

They have some friendly, knowledgeable people on staff, I've only really dealt with plumbing, electrical and paint but there's at least one gem in each of those departments, probably more I've just not had the opportunity to have any interactions with the others. Well in plumbing I did and that didn't go so well but who cares they got the other guy. Sorry I didn't get any names! Hah! Front end staff is friendly as well.

Had recent leg surgery.. Ordered online. Was ready in 1/2 hour. Drove into space, and transaction was done in 4 minutes without getting out of the car.

Nice store, pleasant staff to assist you but stock on many PVC pipe and fitting parts are lacking and prices due the Democrats in State/Fed office have inflation and prices sky high. Sad to pay for consumer goods so dang high and that's what we get for voting incompetent people into office and jack up our economy as it is.

Lowes delivery services have been a consistent let down. The communication is so poor, and trying to reach customer service to straighten out issues is usually as difficult as pulling teeth. That being said, I love their plants and in person, the staff all seem nice enough. I just wouldn’t order big things from lowes again. Home Depot will always be better

Good Lowes location. I shop here 2-3 times a week. The store is usually pretty clean and well-kept. Most of the staff is knowledgeable in their departments. The only reason it gets four stars instead of 5 is because a few employees still treat me as if I'm going to try to steal something.
