I ordered some flowers for my stepmom‘s birthday, while I was out of the country, and they delivered them on her birthday, they were gorgeous and she loved the flowers! I always like dealing with a local florist, and Lincoln Florist always does a great job!

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day delivery. Online ordering was super easy. After I placed the order, I called to follow up, because, you know... Valentines Day is important. The person I talked to was really nice.The bouquet I ordered was gorgeous. Like, AMAZING.The delivery person was as nice as the person I talked to on the phone.Here's the big thing: there are loose horses in the yard. Gate security, meaning, CLOSE THE GATE, was perfect. No horses got loose.All together, 10/10.

Ordered an Easter bouquet for my aunt in Lincoln city. She happened to get admitted in the hospital the day of delivery. Lincoln Florist notified me and said she would be discharged the following day and would re-deliver them. So grateful they took the time to call & re-deliver! My aunt loved the bouquet. The arrangements are always as fresh and beautiful as they appear in the pictures! I've been ordering from Lincoln Florist and Gifts for a few years now and I'm always satisfied with their services. The only downside is that they don't deliver on Sundays so I have to send flowers the day before. Other than that I will always recommend their services.

Recipient of the flowers reported that Lincoln Florist staff was "super nice" to her. They were super nice to me, too, when placing the order. Flowers were delivered on time, looked great. Candy was also good, I'm told.

I ordered roses for my wife's birthday online the evening before, I called in the early afternoon, went over which roses I wanted based on what they had available, chose lavender and assured me it would be delivered by 1 PM to where she works that very day and they delivered in a very large and beautiful vase along with a large bear to whom we call Winston because he looks very distinguished. Made her day! Thank you Lincoln Florist!

My boyfriend is deployed and so he ordered some flowers to be delivered to my apt before work for vday. They called him to ask if they had been delivered around 1:45pm and of course they hadn’t. They then let him know it was still out for delivery so I waited 2 HOURS was late to work and still no flowers. They weren’t delivered until 8:00PM. Not worth the $235.00

First time using Lincoln Florist. I usually use O'Shays Florist in Auburn. Since they don't deliver in the Lincoln area they recommended them. Great customer service & the flowers were beautiful !

I called them to see if they could do an order... SAME DAY... and they did it, a beautiful flower display WITH DELIVERY... they delivered it to job site before eod with ease. I am very happy with their service and ability to take on such a short notice job. Will use again if I need the service. I got other items as well and the Customer Service phone agent knew all prices for different quantities on demand. Great experience. Will also call in advance next time

Ordered a family spray for Aunts funeral service Design was beautiful and with blue and white flowers as requested. I hate seeing the legs of a stand so design also had greenery draping over the legs. Called several times to add names to the card and everyone was very accommodating. The flowers were fresh and on time and greatly added to the beauty of the service. The price was within the normal range. Thank you.

DO NOT ORDER from Lincoln Florist and Gifts! I placed an order for my parents' 50th Anniversary and they 1) failed to deliver the flowers; 2) failed to contact my mother on the day of delivery to schedule re-delivery (I provided them her phone number); and 3) failed to give me ANY update on delivery status, including the fact that they didn't deliver the flowers as scheduled. When I contact them to discuss these issues, Jennifer (position unknown) was unbelievably rude and argumentative. She claimed I was “talking over her” and “not allowing her to speak”, which is shocking as I certainly heard her excuses, her rudeness (include telling me “I feel sorry for you”!), and her accusations. What Jennifer did NOT say on our call was an apology for their failures nor did she offer to correct the problem. She provided zero customer service AND she cancelled my order. I tried to support a local business and all I got was a horrible experience and my parents didn’t get flowers on their special day. I'd give them ZERO Stars if I could!

I love supporting small business’s and my mom would always send me the most beautiful arrangements from this florist so I ordered an arrangement for a little girls first birthday, I told her what I wanted and the size, and look that I wanted. I also told her what I wanted the card to say. Well they received the flowers and had no idea who they where from and it was nothing like I had described to the gal that I wanted. I was very disappointed with the flowers. My friend was disappointed as well and went and got flowers from the grocery store that looked 100 percent better and the service I got when I called and told them what happened, the lady insisted that I had the wrong store and was very rude. I was nice about it and said have a good day she barely replied back but I will never use this florist again or recommend them.

The flowers were very nice. However and this is a big however. I was adamant about delivery for a certain day and it was delivered a day early. This caused an awkward moment between myself The sender and the receiver who thought it was odd to receive flowers. That is why I specifically said a certain date for delivery. I called the shop and talked to it sounded like a very young girl who apologized but it still hurt to have the flowers sent on the wrong date. Excuse from them busy Mother’s Day. I get it as I was in the business myself and there is absolutely no exceptions on delivery dates and being the wrong dates.

Disappointing!The bouquets I ordered (and paid $100 each for) were not like the photo and were nothing better than what I could get in a grocery store cooler for $20. I live abroad and the florist does not have an email address (or I would have written them directly) so I will post this review instead. Not acceptable to make a substituion that COMPLETELY changes (aka: eliminates) the elegance of the bouquets I ordered and paid for.
