This CVS has the customer service and staff. From the cashier to the Pharmacy staff and Pharmacist, they are all very customer focused and friendly. This is the star gem CVS in Northern California. Lincoln, CA has the most awesome staff.

Your voice mail system is useless. I wanted to talk to the pharmacy, a LUVE person. I've left 2 voice mails. No one has called back and I'm getting very frustrated. I need to find out why an RX is on hold and the app does not give a reason for the hold. Again, your new voice mail system SUCKS!! Is there another number to call and talk to a real person?

pharmacy associates were very helpful and I was able to save a great deal of money with the CVS discount that the pharmacy tech told me about at the register.

Rude, unsympathetic and very unprofessional staff. This line of work is not for those with attitudes or anger issues or the inability to multitask. I was literally rushed to talk about what I had a concern about then talked to aggressively and then cut off. A lot of people are most often dealing with an illness or just had surgery and they don't need any added stress from anyone working as a professional in healthcare.

Cashier was super cool and helpful. He helped start up a new account, chatted pets for a bit without slowing down checkout, and made it an overall good experience. The store looks really good.

Went in this afternoon and the cashier Jyoti was very rude. Tossed the receipt to us and had an attitude the entire time. She was very impatient and made it seem like we were an inconvenience. Love the store but she is a very bad representation of this store/location.

I was calling about a vaccine. I finally got a hold of someone and before I can say anything she tells me to give her a moment and the HUNG UP on me. Not put me on hold. Actually hung up on me. I called again and she sounded very annoyed with me for no reason. Not impressed.

The main female manager will harass me for asking where items were located and verbally assaulted my grandmother for asking if she could walk past her when stocking in an aisle. The other employees are no better and will blow you off if you talk to them at all. I feel abused and advise everyone I know to never come.

the pharmacy is understaffed, although very pleasant and cheerful. However, the wait times are consistently long, and some problems arise due to more influx than handlers. Very friendly, and the staff is quick at what what they do, willing to bend over backwards for you, and very patient. the pharmacy is very slow to answer the phone,== long hold times.
