Pharmacy Tech better check her attitude before her shift Deana or whatever her name is and flirt on her own time. This chick had the audacity to give me attitude when I said I needed another prescription "next time tell me at the beginning" no "please" "can you" direct order "next time tell me at the beginning" then when I ask to speak to a manager he low key made excuses for her "it's how we make things run smoother sorry if she came off rude" like this chick stepped away to go flirt with the other tech in the front she wasn't helping she was just all smiles and talking. Then when pharmacist finished talking to me my daughter's prescription sat there ready to go meanwhile miss flirty was no where bear the window. I told the pharmacist manager that came to speak with me if she didn't step away from the window things would go smoother too and if she wasn't rude I told him your other tech the male one who usually helps me is always so kind and first question he asks me is "are you picking up more than one" why can't all techs learn proper customer service skills instead of blaming the patients and talking about "we are so busy and so stressed" I'm busy and stressed too but I talk to people with respect sir.

Poor customer service. They take days for the prescription to be ready. They tell you, " you can take your prescription somewhere else" even though you've been waiting for days. I just switched. There's no way I'll be dealing with Lemoore Rite Aid Pharmacy.

It's a humble little drugstore with decent prices and decent deals. Bogos, New prices and promotions Sunday. Pharmacy can get behind like any other drugstore. If you want the best in the business stop falling around and go to CVS.That's not to say that I like this place any less. From my personal experience most the employees & manager are awesome.

They will waste your time. 30-45 mins of waiting my medication refill and it’s still not ready after giving them 8 hours to prep it. They admitted that it’s their mistake and want me to come back tomorrow or wIt for another 15-20mins. Time is money

It is possible that my one-star rating will be only temporary, but right now, I am quite upset with this Rite Aid. I have been filling my MANY prescriptions for MANY years at this particular pharmacy, and the one time I need my medication the same day (to treat severe pain), I am told the pharmacy is “backed up” and cannot fill my prescription until the next day. This is unacceptable and makes me want to change pharmacies, even if this means driving to the next town over.Update: July 2020- I've changed my rating to four stars because my overall experience at the Lemoore Rite Aid's pharmacy has significantly improved since I first wrote this review. The in-person customer service has been much more friendly and efficient, whether it is at the counter or the drive-through. I am very pleased with this change and hope it continues (to a five-star level).

My go to pharmacy. Wish they sold cherry chip ice cream in the box still. Pharmacy gets very busy at certain times - not unlike other businesses. Silly to get upset because they're busy. Just don't go when they're busy. Same approach I have when I go to my bank.

By far the worst pharmacy in lemoore, they dont answer the phone even after multiple attempts. I been placed on hold for over 30mins waiting to get in contact with someone regarding medication.

While the retail employees are helpful, the pharmacy itself is incredibly slow and unreliable. Our prescriptions usually aren't ready when we are told they will be, and oftentimes not until the following day. We just decided to change pharmacies after dealing with this on several occasions.

Mom has a new blood pressure medication that was prescribed by the Doctor Last Tuesday morning, September 20. I have been calling since Tuesday and nobody is answering phone calls until today, Friday, September 23. They finally answered the phone and a male staff said that they did not receive the prescription and it'seems not on my Mom'said profile. So I Called the Doctor's clinic if they did not send the prescription. And the Doctor's clinic said they did last Tuesday. I called Rite aid again and a female staff answer and she check my Mom's profile and medications are there. She is not very helpful that is why I ask for the manager. Pharmacy staff has no professionalism and no proper customer service. Pharmacy staff argues with me when I'm explaining my situation and giving them insurance informations. It's a blood pressure medication and what if my Mom will have a stroke because we did not receive the medication after 4 days. I'm not going back to this Rite Aid.

Worst customer service of any Rite Aid Pharmaceuticals I have ever in countered. They make mistakes then expect the customer not to get upset. I use the drive in for convenience and the last two visits they screwed up my prescription and after waiting in line for 15 plus minutes they tell me to come in the store and wait even longer because they have to make a change in their computer. Then when I ask them how this happened they get rude and tell me to come back later. What a joke. I highly recommend you do not use this store. This is my last time after using them for over 15 years. Calling corporate tomorrow to complain but I am sure they won’t care.

If you’re medication is urgent I would recommend getting filled anywhere else. You could be waiting up to 2 days plus. And for some this could be dangerous. Good Luck!

My husband uses rite aid all the time. He has never had any problems. I think the people writing most of these reviews are impatient and rude. Everyone wants everything fast n quick n sometimes you just have to wait. That's life!!! Things some times happen that the pharmacy has no control over. What happened to if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?

Would leave a 0 star rating if possible. Every time i have to get a prescription they never have it or say to close to closing this is at 4pm. They dont call when its ready and as im writing this ive had to redial the pharmacy 6 times. It's for testing strips and a blood glucose monitor, stuff you literally don't have to make. The person i spoke to said it be ready tomorrow morning. I mean come on this is ridiculous. After this incident, which i have called customer service on previous problems, i will be moving my insurance information to a pharmacy that can actually deliver on medicine and equipment.

Every month this pharmacy messes up my husbands meds. Every single month he orders his meds and every single month they mess them up...I now have been waiting for 3 days for a prescription transfer. I've called twice, the other pharmacy called to no avail. I called again and they literally told me well we don't know the phone number or name of the pharmacist...it's in the same town...you truly are going to make me get this info for you??? How do you think I got your phone number? I looked it up!! Done...we will not be dealing with the incompetence that is Rite Aid Lemoore anymore...

Horrible pharmacy service. Last month my daughter had an ear infection and we had to wait two days for her antibiotics because they said they were short staffed. This month my son got bite by a spider, yesterday couldn’t get medicine because they said they were closing in an hour. Today they said tomorrow because they are short staffed. Rite aid does not care about children.

I want to give this less stars but it won't allow negative stars! Worst pharmacy EVER! My sister called in all her meds for refills over a week ago since then she has gotten the run around. 1hr here, tomorrow morning there and even a 30 min. She waited there for that 30 min that turned into an hr. When she went to speak with someone the lady asked her who told her it would be 30 mins?.. My sister is not to go off of her meds. She is experiencing withdrawals and I blame this pharmacy. They should know that you can't just stop taking meds!!!

Worst customer service at pharmacy.I called today and after 20 minutes on phone line and no answer just keeped on hearing machine over and over again and being transfer. Finally just hung up. Even when you go there they either don't have anything ready even when you tell them you got a text they act like they don't know what your talking about.

Poor customer service they can’t even tell you how long it’s going to take for the prescription to be ready and when you do get a time it took them a full hour after the time I was given. I also tried calling ahead of my been there and they keep hanging up on me.

The staff is understanding and kind, i was able to find what i needed easily. I did have to wait for my medication, but i wasnt the only prescription they had. They did it fast, concidering that there was alot of people dropping off. Great store!

I love the place but feel bad for the workers, picked up water the day before Thanksgiving and learned they don’t let there workers off on Thanksgiving or Christmas, which I feel very bad for. I think RiteAid should let there employees off on holidays to spend time with family. Very disappointing.

About the worst customer service ever and double high prices they want you to buy for their products and there are expired pharmacy makes you wait at least two days or more for medication and also when they serve you ice cream they’ve made me wait 30 minutes and he just laughed and said well we’re busy like they were doing me a favor so I Walked out!This place is the-worst Rite Aid I ever been in! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!! I have been coming to rite aid pharmacy for a few years and they have never had any of my prescriptions ready on time. One time it took them 5 days to fill my prescription and they still charged me full price!!! The only reason I have not switched to a different pharmacy is because my insurance is only accepted at rite aid but if you can avoid coming here you really should look for a different pharmacy!!

Bad service waited literally all day for my baby’s medicine called so many times no answer had to go myself to see what was going on they told me 30 mins wait and hours later nothing had to go again 20 mins before closing and finally got it if I didn’t go myself they would’ve forgotten to give me it smh
