Lisa is the best. Very fast, reliable and honest. She told me the truth about being taken advantage of on my english bull dogs nails. I had paid out alot of money to get his nails cut and i just knew that they were not cutting the nails.

They will injure your dog and blame the dog for it. They gave my mother attitude and spoke to her rudely when she went to pick her up. I called for information and the owner told me to go talk to him just to avoid any real conversation and to call the police when I was recording him to have something to show to a lawyer. The “owner” Victor was unprofessional. No one even offered an apology they just wanted to throw blame to my mother and my dog who is an elder dog. I posted this on my social medias and several people in my area came to me with similar stories. I promise you this place is not the place to take your dogs. They said my dog was aggressive. But now she’s afraid of being touched. Never in her 14 years has that ever happened with her. I know my dog and that is not normal behavior for her.He will comment back saying I was harassing and yelling. But I was as calm as possible when I showed up. If anyone wants video proof of that let me know. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE TAKE YOUR DOG ELSEWHERE . The lady who grooms dogs is his partner and his clearly unlicensed.

Luis is so good with my dogs he cares about his work. This is the best groomer in town. Reasonable prices and excellent work. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Great place! Staff is very friendly. Girl In the front is very hard working, I see her move back and fourth. Has alot of responsibility love her attitude!! My dog always leaves smelling like cookies and looks so gorgeous especially with the bows they put on her! Thank you very much for taking care of my babie!

They take really good care of all the dogs and cats. Including ours when we take them and are friendly and very welcoming and make sure we are satisfied with the job and are really affordable and have different varieties of collars for the dogs and cats. 😊 I really suggest to go to them!!!! You have nothing to lose!!!☺️

I have bringing my dog here since she was 2 months old. Maira has taken such great care of my pet. Always leaves her smelling so good & leaves nice details on her. I definitely recommend this place & to ask for Maira for the best.

This place must be experts in small dog's because all I see is small dogs on the reviews. The first time I took my sheepadoodle they call me an hour after taking him saying that he was ready, but when I picking up I noticed he was not dry properly and didn't even pass the slicker brush on him. I finish the job at home. Today I gave the benefit of the thought, big mistake they mess my dog again, but now they cut his hair nothing like wha I ask for😭😭😭. I will never go back and won't recommend them never again. Gave the 1 star because I had to in order to post this. People please be real honest when you do your posts I when there because it had good reviews but nope never again.

Ultimately, this place is a great place to bring your doggo.Victor is attentive and a pro.However, PetLand did not get five-stars because there is one female employee, who has the type of personality you'd find on a 'public freakout' video acting in the form of a total Karen.When you visit the place, be sure to interact only with Victor. The female employee will tell you that they're always too booked to take your business or simply that they have no more room. . . So, be sure to avoid any other staff.[Addendum 07/29]Somehow, the staff has gotten more disrespectful. Ive never heard such a rude response toward my wifeFurthermore, they now use Zelle, which itself is fine. But, the staff has to contact Victor, who is offsite, to verify payments, and youre stuck waiting.Unfortunately, we wont be bringing our 'daughter' here anymore

I’ve taken my dog here a few random times, but my most recent experience was not a good one. Not only did they give him a very ugly cut, they didn’t understand the direction of the trim I asked for. They also shaved his private area so short he got a little cut. No one mentioned it to me. My dog was irritated for two days after the cut.

BEWARE! This was the worst dog grooming place I have ever been to. I came in asking for a trim and they buzzed him down to almost bare skin. The groomer ran her fingers through his fur When I dropped him off and said that he was not matted and then asked if I wanted the puppy look for him... That did not happen. Not only was the cut awful, but I was price gauged for $80 when the original price range for a full cut not a trim is between $55-$65. The price increased because one groomer could not handle a 18lb dog when I have had other places handle him with no problems. clearly this groomer is the problem and not my dog. The WORST part was they withheld my dog from me by sending him back when I tried to negotiate the price to $70 which is very reasonable. In hindsight, I wish I had called the police due them withholding my dog and trying to price gauge me when there was no contract signed giving my permission. Additionally they lied about calling and leaving a voice message but when I checked my phone I had no messages or missed calls. This place has their own agenda. I was hoping to support a local business but it looks like I will have to look else where.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Petland for over 5 years. This place is the most reasonably priced groomer in the South Bay. They also care for your pet and do amazing work. The Petland staff is always friendly and as long as I’m in Lawndale, I’ll be bringing my pets to Petland. See you soon, Vic.

I have gone a few times and the first two times the girl cut my two dogs and they looked nice. This last time a guy groomed them and it looked as though he just gave them a crew cut. Same excuse with all the groomer that want quick and fast money. (They state, they were matted, BS they don't want to take the time do do it right.) I'm very disappointed, hopefully he wakes up and gets better and allows the girl to do all the grooming herself.

Support your local business owner. This place is Awesome!! second time here. Great prices better than the franchise owned places. They have done a thorough job with our cats with their grooming. Just another surprise at no extra charge we received our Cats with a Christmas Scarf ready for pictures it just made our hearts melt. Things are difficult I understand everywhere but Petland found a way to bring Christmas Cheer in their thoughtfulness. That's the personal touch of small business owned places that can have their own creativity that makes them unique.

I took my multipoo for grooming not only was it great customer service but my dog looked great and smelled great for 2wks,because of this I've since taken both of my dogs to pet land. I'd like to point out that they have a safe and clean shop. It may be small but you get a home environment. The staff was very nice.

Victor is amazing with both my pups. I have an English Bulldog that he has been boarding for my family while we have gone on vacation and has been great with her. He also groom's my yorkie as well and does a great job everytime.. they really all are great with working with the animals. They also have a lot of unique pup accessories and clothes for great prices!

Love this place! great prices and amazing service, i took my dog there once and I wasn't able to pick her up in time before closing and the owner was so nice and offered to drop her off at my apartment like who is nice enough to do that! only once I had an incident with my dog who got a cut but he took responsibility and i appreciated it so much, this is an amazing place with great service and been coming here for a while. for a small business they are much more professional and friendlier with your pets than petco and petsmart

The owner it's just like Ceaser from dog wispers(great person) my dog adores him. His name is Victor.I trust my son (dog) there with my life. Not to mention t hey are great growmer.George gets out of there feeling happy, content not just because he got a hair cut but becouse he was haging out w/ his friends at the Petland. Also great$$$.I LOVE PETLAND.
