I have stopped in at Birds and More many times over the last few years. They are always friendly and very helpful. A few days ago I brought home a 3-year-old parrolet from their store. His name is Benny and he's very sweet. I really appreciate their helping me find the right bird for me. Thank you Justin and Junior!

These guys know birds!! My elderly Amazon parrot that I inherited is very mean and bites everyone who comes near him. He needed grooming but nobody was willing to work with him. They took him right in and groomed him. I was shocked and how great they were with this bird. They were able to reshape his beak trim his nails and even notified me that his gait was off from a possible stroke. They referred me to a great vet who helped me nurse this bird back to health. I am soo grateful to this place. Their prices are extremely reasonable and my bird looks forward to seeing them and gets all excited when it's time to go.

I just wanna say how grateful I am for this place! I bought my baby budgie from this wonderful place about 5 years ago and he is my baby! I absolutely adore him. He says so many phrases and words and sings all the time. He is a very happy birdie! Since I bought him as a baby and he was hand fed, he isn’t afraid of people at all. He lets me hand feed him easily. I plan on coming back for another birdie soon. Very soon!

Great advice via Email!Update: Great experience in the store a month later. The staff's knowledge was extraordinary: patient to understand my endless questions and thorough in response. My babies didn't hesitate to explore their new perch, seed, or diet within hours of exposure.I can't wait to buy seed next month, because I'll have an excuse to say hello to the rescue birds! I'm so lucky to be within driving distance of this store!

We have had our two parakeets, Turk and Violet, groomed here since we got them about a year ago and every time has been nothing but positive! Justin (I think that's his name) performed the grooming each time; trimming the flight feathers, beak and nails, and was immensely delicate with our little birds. He always handled them very professionally, explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and thoroughly answered any questions we had. He provided thoughtful information and insight for future bird care and gave us good suggestions to upgrade our birds food quality, like how to introduce fruits and vegetables into their diets. His care and knowledge is an essential asset to us new bird owners and we greatly appreciate him taking his time and being patient with us!

I love this place! Justin and company are the best. I boarded my African Gray, Smoky while I was Ireland and Scotland, couldn’t be happier. I recently adopted another Gray, Angus and took him in for grooming. I highly recommend them!

Nice and Clean. The Staff greet you at the door. They ask you to please sanitize your hands. The Location is Clean and has no Odor of Birds. They offer a Bird Hotel, Birds for Sale, Rescue Birds and Grooming. The Gentleman I spoke with explained the necessity of not over feeding Birds with shelled nuts to prevent liver damage. I received a list of proper feeding positives and negatives to help keep your Bird(s) Healthy. A nice array of Toys and if they don't have what you are looking for They can order it for you.. This location is definitely going to continue to receive Our Bird Business 🐦😷

I took our 2 baby cockatiels to this store for grooming and general advice. The grooming was great, it's a week later and they are still so clean, fluffy & happy with their beaks, nails & wings (well maybe not the wings but we are loving them being clipped a bit!) Justin let me sit and watch as he groomed them, and gave me a lot of good advice including a very comprehensive list of food do's and don'ts. They care very much for birds here, you can tell. They also have a very well-curated stock of food, toys, cage cleaner, etc. that is really well-priced. I will definitely be back with the babies for grooming and supplies.

This is a great one stop shop for any bird enthusiast. Extremely knowledgeable staff, expert grooming, amazingly well taken care of birds, and an awesome variety of Manzanita perches. I love this shop. The owner and staff are educated in avian care, and truely have a heart for what they do. Well groomed birds, and clean facility. Completely stocked with all items to make your bird happy. I bought my Angel from them years ago.

Worse experience ever I will never take my bird here again . The staff is nice and well informed. But the lady that clipped my birds wings handled my bird very rough. I told her I wanted my bird to still be able to land ok and not fall straight to the floor with the trim she was going to be receiving. She cut them as short as possible. My bird falls straight down now.When she cut her nails which first of all I told her not to cut them she made her bleed! I told her to be careful with her I mentioned that I clip her nails and I have never made her bleed she replied it’s better if they bleed I have 50 years experience I know more than you do .A staff member bragged about how well they shower their birds with shampoo and even blow dry them. The shower my bird recieved was 1 squirt of a liquid in a bottle. I ended up paying for services I didn’t ask for.

Great place to buy your bird!!! The manager Justin was so knowledgeable and spent so much time educating our family! We were able to spend a lot of one on one time with the yellow sided (green cheek) conure we ended up buying. We bought everything we needed from the store and they even gave us some of their already made fruit and veggie mix. When we got home and had questions, we were able to call Karen (store owner and parrot lady) at any hour of the night. Even though we never called past 9pm. Lol! To top it off.....we took our baby to the vet to have his physical as required, and he came back with a clean bill of health!!! There is no better feeling than to know you purchased a healthy and happy bird!!! Thanks Birds and More!!! :-)

Birds are breed by breeder & easy to raise. We bought 2 African Gray both birds talk at 3months old. Both follow me like dog, never go out side patio with door open unless I am out side.6 month ago we bought a Cockatiels again following me too like a dog,. yesterday flow toward street then make U-turn land on my shoulder. So beautiful.

This guy knows what he is doing I’m glad we found this place. People we got our little cockatiel didn’t trim his feathers correctly, he would fall off like a rock trying to fly. But now the way he trim the feathers the bird can glide and land. Thank you for a great job.

If you're after a pet bird, this is the place. It was well stocked with all kinds of feathered friends. And Clean. The place you buy a pet HAS to be clean. Justin was very knowledgable and helpful.
