Fantastic grocery spot - they have everything we need at great prices. The staff here is above and beyond helpful and friendly. Shopping with two young boys can be exhausting when they are hungry 'NOW' and your shopping for food! So we were able to take a break and sit for an enjoyable (healthy) lunch at the cafe located inside the market.by far the best market in OC.

Great Sprouts Farmers Market location right off the freeway in Lake Forest. The staff is great here. It seems as if every employee makes eye contact and is willing to help you find what you need. Their bulk items are located in the middle of the store. Nuts, granola, beans. You name it, they have it there. I like their bulk spices.

I mainly come here for the best bottled water ever and certain supplements, but they have a crazy selection of unique fruits and goof veggies, among other things as well, of course! I also LOVE their reusable shopping bags, they are so dang sturdy, and cute too, one of mine even zips closed which is kinda nice!!

They recently opened this location. It has very cool and clean interior. Many choices of vegetables. Unfortunately the quality of veggies had some issues when I picked some. Maybe their stuff might need more experience to take care of it. Overall, I like this new location and definitely come back soon!

Nice selection of great fresh organic produce and other organic items. Appreciate their large selection bins with bulk items. You can bring your own jars or buy reusable small cloth bags.

The store was very clean and well organized. The staff were very polite. There was barely any line when I went, so I was able to get in and out relatively quickly. The BOGO sales were nice also.

This supermarket used to be a wonderful place to get some fresh produce from. Starting around 6-7 months ago they had a major change in upper management! In fact I do recall one of their top managers come out to parade for me in his satanic formation of crossed arms! From that point on, I have noticed more Satanist harassing shoppers and supporting employees in my interactions!

I like Sprouts and I shop here often. Overall it’s a good store. But I just have to vent now. Me and my wife already know that the fish counter can be a bit of a wait. However today took the cake. I waited a good 12 minutes before I was helped (for more than half of that I wasn’t even acknowledged either.) There was only one customer who was being helped when I walked up. But I guess he had a problem case that was too much for the young guy working the counter.I’m not one to raise a stink in the store, but you need to get that sorted! It’s constantly understaffed. Pay and train your people right and make sure customers are helped in a timely manner!

This is a good sprouts. El Toro road so close to the 5 freewayMeans in can but a busy traffic area during the day. I like to hit this Sprouts at night after all the traffic. It’s a big store and a good layout, customer service is good most every time I was there.

The best Sprouts I have ever been to. It's a huge store, beautiful and clean with a fantastic selection of healthy, organic, vegan, wholesome food and deli items. Prepared meals section is big with a large selection. Plenty of parking, very nice staff and a perfect location right off the 5 freeway.

I agree with previous reviews that this Sprout is one of the best if not the best Sprout here in SoCal. The employees make eye contact and smiles when you walk in and shop. Even if we are just browsing, an employee will come up to us and ask if he/she can help us find what we want. It's the little things that matter and this Sprout has really impressed me and my family.

I went to the Grand Opening today and was greeted by the wonderful helpful staff. Lots of savings, plenty of parking. You can’t make a left into the parking lot if you are coming from Lis Alisos on Rockfield, so plan your route in advance.

I usually help for my bags but Bre (a tall girl) was the cashier and even after receipt was printed and there was alot of stuff pending bagging for. Instead of bagging, she was just standing after scanning all items. I mentioned i need bags for everything. My stuff was on the table and rather to bag she took next customer. Being kind, i help cashiers to bag my order but this is not acceptable at all. I am mentioning again her name is Bre.

Fun and open shopping experience.. Prices are not cheap but still worth it. Also has a really good homeopathic section where I get my propolis spray. I always feel like they think I'm going to steal something from over there but I get it, I usually have a backpack and we're kind of baggy cloths. I'm not offended. At the very least I get extra customer service because they're watching me.

Most rude employees except cashiers. They have some old milk about to expire in dairy n don’t stock up new ones.This white employee in orange vest on April 17 at 7pm who was checking out behind me was making whining noises as we had to wait a little bit while I was checking out . I asked him to go in front of me and he was rude . I would have reported him to management but I let it goI would go to another store for better service than take their attitude .There was nobody for customer service for 2O min while I waited for help.

Ive really gotten to love sprouts. The sanwiches are great and we love the prepared kabobs. We especially like the pre-split shrimp it makes prep so easy. Ive never had a bad experience with the staffs, they dont just tell you what aisle something is on they walk you to it...grat customer service.

Sprouts is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh and delicious. They have good prices and I like their selection. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I got some sea bass there that was some of the best fish I have ever had. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Sprouts is always a great place to shop IMO and this particular location is no exception! The staff are very friendly. They have a great selection of fresh and frozen foods. The interior is clean and it isn’t quite as crowded as some of the other grocers. I find that this location is consistent with the other locations.

I love Sprouts and this is hands down my favorite location. It's huge, it's got a great selection, and the staff is friendly. This is the location that I always want to come to when I need to do my shopping because I know it won't be as crowded as the rest. I don't really know why, but I like it that way!
