Oh my gosh this place has it all. Very well organized but the original staff I talked to was not as helpful as the other Home Depot at Lake Forest. But everything was very clean and I was observing people cleaning the stuff outside. The lady even restocking did ask if we needed assistance which was also nice. But a lot more busy. Got a watch it in the parking lot both when walking in when driving. Totally full.

Not sure why there are 2 Home Depot locations within 2 miles of each other, both on El Toro Rd, but there are.This store is located in a small plaza next to Stater Bros and Rite Aid although the storefronts are spaced apart and in different corners of the plaza. Lots of parking available.Unprofessional staff here at the artificial turf section who provided inaccurate information. Really disappointed in the lack of service.Will head down the road to the other HD.

Rave: Home Depot0800, Sunday Home Depot, Laguna Hills.Replacing a switch in a 100 year old house. Was sure that I would not find what I needed. Store virtually empty, but Dana, a Home Depot Vet by his apron designation, materializes and asked if I needed help. Not only did he hand me everything I needed, but he knew, and explained, exactly what I needed to do! Home Depot, in fact any retail establishment, needs more “Danas” walking the floor!

Cactus arrangement are 👍 Every time I go there get the ideas plus their organic cactus soil are very reasonable price👍But sometimes they loaded in the car sometimes not😰 not very friendly 😰

This Home Depot is much larger than the one we go to in Yuma Arizona.Also has slot more selections. I Highly Recommend this place 😃

I have been super disappointed with home Depotlately. All of South Orange county has been limited on inventory so I can't get super common essential parts for work. When I have to drive 21 home Depot it's significantly each time and time is of course money

Yesterday, I had a very degrading experience here at this particular Home Depot. I wasn't going to initially post about my experience, but I don't want anyone else to have an experience like I did .I shop at this store often and normally have a pretty good experience. I went in to purchase a drill around 4:30pm . I'm not a guy who knows much about drills, so it took me a while to look over the sizes and models of the Ryobi drills.I eventually picked one out. I saw that the cage was unlocked for so I assumed it was okay to get it and check out. Especially since it's pretty much right in front of the self check out station.Almost immediately, I was approached in an aggressive manner by a woman named Mary, who basically snatched the item out of my hand saying she needed to walk it up and that her manager was watching her. So apparently, she wouldn't have done anything if he wasn't watching 🤔... strange statement.I have absolutely no problem or issues with policy. I understand today's landscape of smash and grab around the country. However, I felt violated and profiled as she was overly aggressive. She basically snatched the item out of my hands. All she had to do was politely ask me or say something like ... Excuse me, I have to walk that up as per company policy.Company policy, I'm sure doesn't say to aggressively remove product from a customers arms who's not running out the store with it and has his wallet in his hand.I was polite enough not to cause a scene. She had zero customer service knowledge or even people skills. With the situation in America being as it is, we need to be more conscious of being respectful, not suspicious.As a 59 year old blackman who's been living in OC for over 35 years. I can say from experience, I've been profiled many times. But, I'm not easily offended by the ignorance of some people.Companies need to bring their employees up to speed. Teach them that policies and respect go together.I just went to the Laguna Niguel store, and they were great.I just felt it's time to speak up. Too often I just let things go. The next person who looks like me going there should know. Let's see if they really care and get back to me.

This Home Depot has some of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff of almost any other big box store I've had the pleasure to visit. I especially appreciated Rachel's help today. I had the look of the lost looking for grill cleaner. She not only found what I was looking for, but she also climbed steps that maybe weren't as firm as others in the store to get the item from a high shelf. As someone who has stood on a rickety ladder before I appreciated her extra effort. Thanks again Rachel!

I called to complain to the Manger about the major delivery and installation problems I am having with my new large appliances order.I left a detailed message with a competent employee to give to the Manager.I have not heard from the Manager.Very disappointed.I have always had excellent service from all of the store employees.

I was extremely satisfied shopping at Home Depot this morning.I needed some wood cut. Kori helped me to find the right pieces and cut them them precisely. He was very kind, helpful, quick, and made sure the cut pieces had the right size. 5 stars for him for sure!!!Restrooms were clean, friendly staff.

Unfortunately I had to look for assistant for a few minutes, I gave up and found the location of the product I was looking for on my own. Most of the people on the floor that I ran into were very grumpy! I have visited this store multiple times and The experience have been very consistent. They need more staff specifically the type who can smile! I’ll update my review after I re-visit next time.

I was looking for shower head and help. I was told to wait for Eric at isle 11. From 5:25 PM until 6:10 PM I was waiting for him there he never showed up so I went back front desk to find out what was happened to him and they said he is not available any more. So I wasted 45 minutes for nothing and just came back home. It was very bad way of doing business.

Just want to give a shout to Don in the doors/windows department. I needed a new garage door opening and he was the best of help. Even with some technology challenges, he was exceptionally helpful. Truly appreciate the folks at this store. Always friendly and helpful! Thanks

My favorite HD!I've been to plenty of HD (and other big box stores). But this one rocks. I thought the friendly staff was a fluke the first time, but I've been back and the staff is consistently helpful.I've driven further for this location because the experience is so pleasant. One of the associates in the garden dept offered to go to the parking lot for a table top cart and brought it for me to load rocks.On my way out another person offered to help, and recruited another person to load the rocks in my car.It made my day. I've never had such service at any of the other HD's.I'm so impressed with this location.

We Wanted to buy a portable air conditioner today but couldn't get any help. Several employees walked by and totally ignored us. There were other customers needing assistance as well. None of us were able to even get an acknowledgement from any of the 5 employees that walked past us while we were looking for help! Home depot used to be better than this. Guess we'll try Lowes for our appliance.

There were two associates in the garden department when I checked out. I had to make two trips to get the soil I wanted up to the register. When I checked out no one offered to help carrying one bag to the car. One suggested I go get a cart, but didn't think to help me out by getting it for me while I was with some one with a disability. My brother used to work at another Home Depot and he always asked if a customer would like help out to their car. If they were busy, I wouldn't have given it a second thought. But they were both standing there, no other customer or task. I carried both bags myself and know that I, just as another customer, would've offered to carry one of the bags for another customer.

Surprisingly good service today (2021-12-04) at this Home Depot store! Not always easy to find someone who to ask a question to, today it it seemed all associates were out trying to help! It was great!

It's one of my favorite stores. At least 3 times a week I'm there walking through the whole store (mostly for execise) and always find things my Condo is in need of. An employee in orange is never far to help me with upgrades. Thank you Home Depot.
