Stopped in here a few Sundays ago to pick up a pair of half chaps, and really just needed to let the team know they were fantastic! Short, wide calves make this sort of purchase so difficult, but the staff knew their products, the sizing, and kept trying options until we had something that was exactly what I'd been hoping for!Thank you all so much! Amazing service, amazing people.

My daughter shops here a lot and she always comes back saying great things about this place. She says the customer service is great and the staff is so friendly. It is very good quality things and are always worth the price. They help you with whatever you need for your horse. The have a wide verity of saddles. Thier tack, show apparel, casual apparel, and much more is always has amazing choices. Overall, our family thinks this is a great place to shop.

We thought this place was great. The ladies were very helpful and kind in helping my 12 yr daughter try on multiple pairs of full chap boots. We also found her riding pants.

This is a very nice store and everything was very clean and organized. The employees also provide great service and greet you when you walk in. They also ask you what you are looking for and walk you right over to where that item is. Would highly recommend this store!

Lots of gear and clothing with sizes and styles for all riders. The store has a good assortment of tack and products for riders. Friendly staff tips off a great experience. Truly appreciated the advice of our associate when it came to choosing boots.

I was honestly not impressed... This was my 2nd or 3rd time here and the workers were not very helpful at all... I was looking to get Spurs, fleece work, and a dressage whip but they didn't have all the sizes and gave false information. I only ended up getting my dressage whip and spurs because the customer service was very bad and I didn't want to buy anything too expensive that I would not use. I do remember the last times that I went were not that great either so I think that they should really improve on their customer service and their staffs knowledge of horse products. 3/10😶

What a pleasure, my daughter and I returned to Dover Saddlery regarding an issue with her riding boots. Alexa and Holland, helped us and nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Dover Saddlery. We found Alexa and Holland to be very knowledgeable and from their interaction with us and other customers it was plain to see that customer servers was a proud priority, which is so rare these days. These people are nothing but crooks!! I would warn you to not purchase anything from these crooks!!! I orders something and returned it because it was the wrong product and these crooks would not give me a full refund!! Looks like i need to go visit their headquarters!! But if i were you i would not trust these company or purchase anything from them!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I'm still waiting for my shipment, I ordered on Friday and paid for expedited shipping and by monday had not received a notice my products had shipped. I called to confirm they had my order, I was told it was being packed as we speak ( this was at 12:00 noon) and would receive it by UPS ground in 6-7 days. I said I paid for expedited shipping and should receive it in 4-5 days. Today is Tuesday and still have not received confirmation that it shipped. Called again....oh it's going out today. I asked it I was still going to receive by friday? probably not....I said we are suppose to get rain and that is why I paid for expedited shipping for a pony turn out...I guess I should have ordered from Smart Pak...I'd have it already!!! I said I guess I'll call on friday for my so called expedited shipping refund and let you know my pony got rained on. UGH, it's almost noon Tuesday still no confirmation anything has shipped.
