Who doesn’t love Costco????First thing I noticed walking in was it was clean.Merchandise was presented well and the place had a good feel. They were busy at the time of our visit, but everything was moving smoothly and people were able to move around freely.I was interested in seeing what this location in the desert southwest had to offer that my local store didn’t.We found a few differences, but for the most part very similar to our store back home.We met a very friendly employee up at their self checkout area. He had a great attitude and was fun to converse with. He really seemed to enjoy his job and it showed with his attitude.Great job once again Costco!!!!

Dan P. Is Amazing! Had left my phone in my cart. Had gotten home and had a panic attack! My phone is my life! Everything is on it! Luckily Dan had found it and turned it in! Literally a life saver man! Foreverly grateful for this man!🙏🙌 Thank you Dan P.!

Being stopped twice to recount the items and compare with the receipt when leaving the store is not acceptable.This is very annoying to begin with, checking our receipts waiting in line to show how many items you got and check off the receipt is what crossing a communist border looked like 50 years ago in Eastern Europe. Making me feel like a thief, me who spent probably tens of thousands of dollars at Costco is why you get one star. Costco YOU SUCK! We pay a hefty membership and you treat us like some sort of shoplifters! Shame on you! Yuck!

Meat,seafood and almost every product is great here. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store a d restrooms are always clean. I shop here weekly.

I usually don’t have problems shopping here until yesterday staff wouldn’t provide helping me in the liquor department. Most of them were on the front helping checkers or the ones in the back of the store made excuses like “ ohh I’m not familiar with the liquor,” I only need four bottles of imported wine. I was running out of time and I couldn’t find them at first because I never had them before . I searched five times till I finally found them but it could had been easier if someone was with me. I understand that it gets crazy on the weekends but staff are acting rude and silly . I had two different oder from InstaC, the same time I couldn’t find the wines, the moment of paying a Latino manager at Costco was making excuses for not helping me put times on the check stand. After I had repeated more than once which oder belong to whom, he kept saying , “ooh I not helping because I don’t want to mess up his order.” I felt it was more like u we’re been lazy. Like we say in Spanish, “ el Que no ayuda estorba.”

My stock up place for organic coconut water, organic nuts and seeds, organic green tea. Frozen wild caught fish and shrimp- no farmed fish for me! Also, no one can match their prices on supplements. Buy when they are on sale. The sales are almost every three months.

Everything else was good until we were leaving. The lady at the door checking the receipts was rude and racist . We were on her line to give her the receipt, and she sent us to the other lady checking the receipts, and she helped someone else of her race. We were confused as to why she didn't want to help us. 😕

I am a full-time VanLifer. I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I had to go in person to this location because they would not answer the phone or call you back after leaving a message after two days!! I ended up dealing with them in person, they were not very helpful at al!!!l. I had to leave one of my hearing aids there for them to send to the manufacturer to replace. Specialist asked if I was leaving both!!! Why? Nothing wrong with one. I need to hear! And the specialist told me 7 to 10 days. The other employee told me 2 to 3 weeks!! I called them to see if it had returned after eight days, again never got a callback, after leaving another message. I made a trip over 50 miles to get into the place to find out what was going on and they claimed they called the manufacturer & it would be there, in a few days (?) I said are you gonna call me ? they were very unknowledgeable! also another customer standing there with me. He was very unhappy with them. He had to also go through all of that as well! that they wouldn’t answer the phone nobody ever called him. They were trying to tell him that his appointment was on a different day and he was not from the local area either. This is one of my worst experiences!!!! and traveling I travel all over our country, deal with a Costco Hearing aid departments. I will be dealing with the store manager next because I still need my hearing aid back!! Inform them of the horrible service at their Hearing Aid Dept.

The food line system needs improvement. First, I lined up to order my food by computer. Then I lined up again, to get the food from a live person. It took more than 20 minutes to finally get my food. Other costcos had a smoother system and it is much faster.

Costco Pharmacy is an amazing place to get your scripts filled. While you wait you can enjoy a slice of pizza or hotdog for a meal or snack. I personally love their hotdogs.

Food court sucks. Kiosk receipt has a number. Waited forever for number to be called only to find out only whole pizza numbers are call. Thanks for letting me know. Pizza was cold and greasy.

Victorville !! I went to get my truck washed. I stood park looking at them with my receipt out the window, I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Before I was acknowledged. Some people are so rude nowadays. They check my receipt and look at me and told me no need to be upset. Halfway through the wash. The rollers stop working and the air that blows water off. Stop working, I had to leave with my truck full of soap. All stained I ended up going to a different. Car wash, I called it in to let them know that the two guys at the car wash or We're rude and bad experience I had with them, Have a nice day. What people get away with nowadays?

Fast service and outstanding prices but limited menu. Unlimited cups of beverage 75 cents. 1/4 pound frank and soda $ 1.50! Limited seating only down side but fast turnover yields a seat.

Driving in the parking lot is a zoo! The store is great. Indoor food court so it can stay open in our hot summers. Eggs are a great deal here but they are in the farthest back corner with a poor walk area with carts near the bulk water. People are nice enough that work here .

It's a Costco...what more can one say? The only time I can really complain is if the lines are too long or if the bathroom is dirty (tell a supervisor, they appreciate it).

Was transferred to refunds. The phone rang so long that it hung up. Called customer service again and was told they would walk over to make sure someone answered he phone. The phone rang a long time until someone picked up. They could not solve my problem and suggested I speak a manager. I was transferred to the manager. The phone rang for a long time. I spoke with the manager and the feeling I got was annoyance and distrain by the end of the call. While the Costco executives have meetings regarding whatever, they should include monitoring customer experience at each of their stores..

Typical Costco Warehouse store. Very nice staff, lots to choose from. Gas station is very busy. This store is very well stocked and organized, with good prices and great produce. As usual, quantities are rather large.

I only shop Costco which is a first class outfit, with great helpful staff, great products, and good value, and Amazon!
