I work for a company assisting people with special needs. We visited Dollar Tree to teach our clients money management. During our visit, one client needed the restroom, but we were told it was locked because the key was lost, which seemed implausible. We felt this was discriminatory treatment, especially considering the nature of our group. Despite this, a kind person directed us to a nearby laundromat with facilities. It's disheartening when employees display rudeness or insensitivity, particularly towards those already facing challenges. It's important for companies like Dollar Tree to promote kindness and inclusivity, especially in such situations."

I'm giving IT 3 stars..I don't know what happened to this store,but IT looks like all the workers are lazy. Where is the manager to this store??IT used to be clean and nicely stocked but now all the ailes are seriously messy like the whole store was destroyed..look at the pictures I includedAside from that the workers are friendly..

I haven't shop here for a while. The store was looking bad. There was nearly no merchandise. I went back 2 weeks ago and the store is looking great. I found a lot of items that I love and some new ones too. The new manager is very nice and he show me some party supplies I was looking for, he was very polite and help me a lot. I can tell you he is amazing. Thank you. I will be back for sure.

Beware! Items are always out of stock! Customer service sucks, they dont speak to you if u ask them questions. They dont know anything! They seem like robots

Messy , manager is extremely rude her hair dye is red . She didnt let my son use bathroom it was an emegercy hes 6 told him to go to wallmart . They dont even have a sign that says no public bathrooms .Never coming back .

They closed the Dollar Tree next door to SSI & Goodwill.I bought peach water, but that was the last two bottles I didn't buy a couple of weeks ago . I went to the store on Puente, and they are out too.

This location was messy. Everything was out of place. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. The male cashier with pink hair was rude, loud and obnoxious. With all the down time, they should have been cleaning up the store. Instead the male cashier and a female cashier were gossiping about nonsense. Never coming back to this Dollar Tree.

I'm glad I found this store. This store has more items than other stores in my area. Nice and neat. Two things that should change is the annoying speaker noise instead of music and the carpet that looks very old. Otherwise great place. Friendly staff.

Dollar Tree always has products at fair prices but they're not as big as 99 cents stores so you won't find as many products in there stores but it is handy for a quick pick of a product that you need like party supplies and balloons etc.

A lower key version of the 99 cent store. Still can be a valuable addition to your shopping experience. They had what I needed when regular super markets didn't.

Haven't been to Dollar Tree in awhile, today I went to look for paint brushes, found some plus other items, even though everything is 1.25 now its still a bargain

This store is a mess ... The counters look so clutter mostly on the non food items ... You find one item in too many places... Really not to shoppable I know it's a dollar store, i still feel it should be maintained in a better shopping experience ...

Been going to DOLLAR TREE, from a couple of years, after it open in my neighborhood. Love it, not only for the savings💲but for the products which are close to regular size compared to similar items bought at a regular supermarket.

Very nasty.. Manager is always on the phone.. Can't vacuum the rug. Everything is just scattered everywhere. Lazy workers. Not organized.

The one on Colima is waaay cleaner n smells better. The one on Hacienda was very dirty n stinky.
