I bought makeup perfume and I had an absolute blast getting what I needed with the help of Hermilla and the rest of the staff. I love coming here it's my go to for everything. I love that my perfume is kept in stock here too, and it's cheaper than other stores! I had an incident where I bought the wrong perfume and needed to exchange it for the correct one and that was quick and easy as well. I liked the fact that I wasn't judged for purchasing a wrong item and returning it to get the correct one. This team at THIS CVS is always so friendly and non-judgmental!! Thank you for allowing me to correct an issue and not making me feel embarrassed about making a mistake.

Pharmacists was a total jerk. Had me going from one cvs to another seeking my daughter's medication. It's 10:25am and my daughter's prescription has been ready since 9am. I have him ask the correct info, yet he blamed me and acted cocky... he really needs some customer service training..

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!! Or any CVS!!! They scam you on your cards then when you try to contact them they give you the run around they tell you what to do even speak to corporate they make you go through all these hoops just for them to tell you at the end they’re not gonna do anything about it!! Very disappointing a waste of money and a waste of my time !!

This store staff is very bad👎, I am a doordash delivery man, last year when I bought something from this store, not only did not help, but on the contrary, the attitude was bad, I have been there twice and did not complete the order, because they did not help me, and their store staff did not want to sell The products are too poor, especially the woman who looks like the store manager. Why is this broken store still closed?

Eleonor is one of the best customer service employees I’ve ever crossed paths with in any retail environment in my entire life time!!! She’s allways cheerful regardless of the situation/time of the night/morning going on as well all throughout COVID was allways there to help and allways is ! We need more people like her in stores across the nation but she’s a one of a kind rare gem of a human 🙏 God bless her I REALLY HOPE SHES RECOGNIZED AND PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF IN YOUR COMPANY AS SHE IS A HUGE ASSET TO YOU GUYS!!! And she also made sure I left with the extra care-pass benefits and signed me up for the monthly deal/ program. (I’m never persuaded into these things yet she made it seem illogical NOT TO given how much I shop and I didn’t hesitate)100/10 customer service always a great experience with her !!

Eko, the Asian American worker, is the BEST and MOST HELPFUL person from all the CVS workers that I encountered. Please give him a BONUS or RAISE!This CVS is able to take passport photo on the spot. No need for an appointment.Its price is reasonable, just a little bit more than the US postal service's passport photo service but CVS has more value.I will be back because of Eko.

This farmacy doesn’t have any medicine. This is the 3rd time my son gets medicine prescribed from the ER and it gets send to this location and they never had it or will not receive it in a long time. Why being open if they can’t even make an effort to offer you to go to a different location. Worst customer experience for the 3rd time in a row

If I could give them a 10 star I would. My husband bought my a few perfumes here. But I didn't want them since, I already have several if them. So when trying to return them, I did get some upsetting treatment. That I will not get into too since at the end of the day Norma and Jonathan made sure I left happy. Norma apologized for the behavior of the lady that helps with the perfumes. She made sure I was help and treated with respect on my next returned. She said Jonathan would gladly help me. Which he did. He was so helpful gave me great costumer service. He made sure I picked the perfume I liked. He even gave me his thoughts on what smelled better. I was amazed with the great costumer service I called my cousin that live 5 minutes from there. We even bought another perfume. My cousin and I were so happy with the treatment and prices on the perfumes , we decided to buy our perfumes there from now on. I'm very pleased with my experience there. Thanks again to Norma and Jonathan for such a great experience at this cvs. Will return here.

Normally when you place an order online they help right away that's the whole reason of placing an order online not to wait. But Alejandro since he didn't want to do anything and just be walking around feeling like a boss he made people do line with only one cashier open. People is sick and that's why we make our purchases online we don't want to be in the store for long or have people next to us since they don't respect social distance. 😒

bad location poorly organized the pharmacy is especially terrible to handle appointments, it’s easy for them to delay your appointment 30 minutes more so be ready for that or just schedule your appointment at another store, and they have only 2 chairs for about 8 customers’ waiting . the store manager mercado is especially rude and poorly handle everything. Avoid this location at all. also they don’t have customer restroom at this location

Bad customer service ELEONOR was probably one of the worst cashiers ever !!! she had a nasty attitude just because I wanted a refund,I was trying to take out the stuffed from the bag she was like NO don’t touch anything? she assumed I couldn’t afford anything and that I was trying to steal and grabbed my basket with stuff without even asking if I wanted to purchase the rest of the stuff and the fact the her SUPERVISOR DIANNA was there and allowed her to treat a customer with 0 respect that’s not okay!! I have the care pass and shop at CVS often but I will for sure cancel the care pass and never shop with them anymore, Specially at this location!!

They have a restroom in the back. However since COVID. Like many companies in low income areas they decided to say they don't have one (out of service). You want to use a public restroom go to Gonzales market nextdoor unfortunately.

horrible customer service, they need their #$&*() kissed, yet I have a degree in organic chemistry, even the pharmacist ( ????) is not available, not that I need their advice,u feel like u ur doing them a favor to order meds. as for the big hairy guy, Christian, what a pos, u have to deal with meth addicts, n the staff gather behind the counter, customers fear the outbursts...
