Bad news. Took my dog in for a slight trim and he came back almost shaved. His full bushy tail had gone through a pencil sharpener and his page boy ear cut was almost bare standing up. I didnt recognize him and once home he hid in the bathroom. OMGosh what a shock. No phone call asking me before just "he's ready for pick up". Groomers are tattooed and ear modifications. Nice but odd and poor communicators.

Tina was very friendly and knowledgable. She was able to hand our Pug, Punkin, who can be a handful when getting her nails done. Punkin came out soft and relaxed.
